Établissement bien placé mais le personnel n'est pas à la hauteur, dans la réservation il y a 1000bth à régler en espèces comme caution, elle n'est mentionnée que dans les détails minuscules de l'annonce du coup c'est considéré comme un visse caché et ce pas dans l'intérêt du client. Je ne recommande pas.

- Clementine Wilhemine (8/5): Poollandschaft sehr schön - ZIMMER geht so. - Tolle Poollandschaft, Die Zimmer haben akuten Renovierungsstau. Der Kühlschrank ist über die Stromversorgung von der Schlüsselkarte gesteuert. Er kühlt daher nur wenn man im Zimmer ist und die Schlüsselkarte eingesteckt ist. Keine kalten Getränken möglich. Zimmerservice tauscht Handtücher nur jeden 2 oder 3. Tag. Ein Regal soll den Kleiderschrank ersetzen. - Liebe Grüße von Ikea.

- Sebastian (10/5): - War rund um ein schönes resort. Es war zu viel verlangt, einen Teller zu bekommen, um sich eine Wassermelone kleinzuschneiden. Internet stark ausbaufähig — geht eigentlich nur am Pool.
- Steinbach (8/5): Günstige und relativ zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit Pool. - Gute Lage unweit der Thepprasit Road. Swimmingpool vorhanden. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Balkon / Terrasse Matratzen etwas durchgelegen, Wasserkocher und Geschirr, aber kein Kaffee im Zimmer. Mini-Kühlschrank im teureren Zimmer. Überflutung beim Duschen, da keine Abtrennung vorhanden.

- Michael (8/5): Downgrade between 2023 to 2026. Ob ich ein Drittes mal komme ist fraglich ? - Der Pool & das Restaurant. Die Leute vom Service & Bedienungen vom Restaurant waren sehr nett. Der Preis für ein Zimmer ist günstig. Der Pool hat leider nur bis 18:00 Uhr geöffnet. Bis 20:00 Uhr wäre für die Gäste viel besser. Der Drachen über dem Pool war vor Drei Jahren noch nicht da. Dieses Tier & die Milka Kuh passen überhaupt nicht zu diesem Resort. Diese zwei „Kunstgegenstände ???“ wieder entfernen, die sind meiner Meinung nach Geschmacklos. Die Klimaanlage im dritten Stock hat die Leistung nicht erbracht. Tagsüber war es für AC zu schwer, unter 24 Grad Celsius zu kommen. Das Momento Resort wird von der 150 m entfernten Querstraße, leider sehr wenig von den günstigen Tuk - Tuk‘s; in beide Richtungen angefahren

Facilities ( They provided only two plastic disposable glasses for drinking water for four days. I have been to Thailand many many times and this is my experience. 4. There's no Kettle in the room. When asked for one they said have to pay THB 100/day which was unacceptable. 5. Very old building and furniture. 6. I will never go there again or recommend to anyone. 7. On the last day of my stay from 11.30 they started knocking the door asking me to leave. 8. Finally I give them 00/100 marks.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht gutes Englisch. - Die Preise sind sehr günstig, es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze für Motorräder. Die Preise im Hotel für Speisen und Getränke sind moderat.Mini Big c und Seven sind ca. 150 Meter entfernt. Die Räume im ersten Stock (50*) sind alt und verwohnt und sollten renoviert werden. Die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen, Kanten fallen ab und die Fliesen im Bad sind zum Teil beschädigt.

Restaurant with excellent food! - This place is absolutely relaxing and pleasant, with nice well-maintained rooms and garden. The pool is just perfect with sun-beds around. I have been visiting this place since 2020 because of its kitchen which offers a really good western and thai food as well. The room is also nice, clean, with nice big balcony. If you come for food, you still can use the pool and relax on sun-beds. Thank you very much! No complaints.

- gavin (7/5): Good value hotel with a nice pool / bar area and very friendly staff. - Room was a decent size next to the pool. The pool itself was very nice and sunny up until around 4pm. Food was good and they have a bar/restaurant open all day until late in the evening. Music around the pool starts a little too early for us at least especially after a late night! No baht bus available here so it's a bit of a long walk into the centre but you can also use grab which we did when needed. A few more sunbeds would be great.
