Katı olduğu için hiçbiyerde tabela olmadığı için bulmakda zorlandık , ayrıca otelin gece resepsiyon hizmeti olmadığı için herhangi bi numarada olmadığı için geç saatlerde oda ile alakalı bi ihtiyacınız olursa kendiniz karşılamalısınız

• Ilkay Nur (8/5): price/performance - It is located on the 16th floor in orbi blocks. It has a very beautiful sea view. The place is very close to the shopping centre. There are many places to shop and eat around. Towels and sheets were clean. A polite staff helped us. There is no parking. You need to park your car on the roadside.

• Johannes (8/5): - Das AP-Hotel befindet sich im 16. Stock des Orbi G-Towers. Alle Zimmer 20 Zimmer verfügen über einen Balkon mit Meerblick. Der Balkon ist groß genug für Tisch und 2 Stühle. Mein Zimmer hatte eine Küche mit riesigem Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und türkischem Kaffeekocher, aber keine Kochplatten.Fernseher mit 800 Internetkanälen, aber deutsch nur deutsche Welle. Die Matratzen sind Federkern, daher etwas unbequem. Geräumiges Duschbad mit großem Wasserboiler. Die Rezeptionistin sprach passabel Englisch. Hier ein paar Tage kann 8ch gerne empfehlen.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Fantastic Sea View - Conveniently located apart hotel with very nice and helpful staff, and fantastic sea view. It has everything and all work well as seen on the internet. The location is the best in Batumi, as I wanted self catering. It is ideally located between two Carrefour and 5+ local supermarket. Other locations might offer more restaurant choices but less convenient supermarkets.

Personel güler yüzlü ve anlayışlı, taleplerinize karşılık veriyorlar. Odanın genişliği iki kişi için gayet yeterli. Anlık ihtiyaçlarınız için buzdolabı, ütü ve ısıtıcılar mevcut. Otelle ilgili rahatsız edici tek problem yatakların genişliği. Yataklar, normal boyutlarda bir insanın rahat edemeyeceği kadar dar. Kesinlikle bir miktar genişletilmeli. Genel olarak memnun kaldığım bir konaklama oldu.

• EMRE UGUR (10/5): Sorunsuz bir konaklama.. - Sorunsuz check in ve check out islemleri ile 5 gun gecirdigimiz otelden genel anlamda memnun kaldık. Odaların temizligi, manzarası ve konumu güzeldi. Tek sıkıntı banyodan koku geliyor, sanırım binanın yapım kusurundan kaynaklı.. Parfum , kapalı kapı vs yontemlerle atlattık :) Genel anlamda tavsiye ederim.

• ECE (2/5): The Worst Accommodation Ever - The worst hotel experience ever. The bathroom was very dirty. We arrived at the hotel late and we were very tired. I was sick and I just wanted to take a shower. I had never seen this kind of dirty bathroom, before. We asked for a new room and they hadnt any available room for us. We asked for a mop and cleaned our room at 11 PM. Next day we agreed to refund our first-night accommodation fee back. After two weeks, they didn't pay us back.

Silkroad diye ararsanız zor bulursunuz.şehre 3 km mesafede ancak gezmek için gelenler için bunun bir önemi yok. Hemen 100 mt ileride merkeze otobüs durağı var.Tavsiye ederim.Tek sorun yaklaşık 500 kanal olan tvde hiç Türk kanalı yoktu.Wifi gayet güzel.

Negatif Yönleri: * Girişte koltuğa ilk oturuşumuzda ayağı kırıldı, bunu görevliye bildirdik ve bize girerken sağlamdı dedi. Biz de tek oturuşta kırılıyorsa sağlam değildir dedik (en ağırımız 80 kg). Görevli yaklaşık 3 saat boyunca yarım saat aralıklarla gelip gidip telefonda biriyle konuştu, fotoğraflar çekti, en sonunda sizin ödemeniz gerekiyor 50 Lari vb bir rakam dedi (120 TL gibi birşey ediyor). Biz de asıl sizin bize tazminat ödemeniz lazım çünkü güvensiz bir ortamda konaklamamıza neden olduğunuz dedik ki öyle, çocuklar koltuğun ayağı kırılınca düzebilirdi. Neyse biz ödemedik, onlar da zaten ellerinde başka koltuk (çek yat) olmadığından değiştirmediler. Bir gün sonra çıkarken yine yarım saat aynı olayların üzerinden geçtiler ve bizi beklettiler. Doğal olarak biz yine ödemeyeceğimizi söyledik. Görevli siz ödemezseniz patronum ücreti benden alacak ama dedi, 1000 TL verdiğimiz bir yer için (2 ayrı oda tutmuştuk, ben, eşim, 2 çocuk ; diğe rodada annaanne-dede ve dayı) çok profesyonellikten uzak ve yönetimsel olarak zayıf, çalışanların iletişim becerisi olarak vasattı. *Özel bir parkyeri yok, yakınlardaki umumi park yerlerinde yer bulmanız gerekiyor. * Odada mikrodalga harici bir ocak yok, kahveyapma makinası yok, sadece 3 bardak , 3 çatal-bıçak-kaşık var, bulaşık makinası yok, çamaşır makinası var. Buzdolabı düzgün çalışıyor. *Klimalar biraz gürültülü ama düzgün çalışıyor. *Oda küçük *Old town yürüme mesafesinde değil

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice, but fits only 3 adults comfortably - The room was fine: clean, nice view. The service was great - everybody was very helpful and we had everything we needed. Minus is that the suit was advertised for 4 adults, but the pull out sofa was so tiny that it was difficult for 2 people to comfortably sleep on it. The beds were on the softer side, so not the greatest for people with back problems. Overall - fine, but will have to get more than 1 room for 4 adults.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Hochhaus-Apartment mit sehr hilfsbereitem Personal - Minuspunkte bei der Bewertung gibt es für die Lage und die Umgebung. Batumi ist zur Zeit eine riesige Baustelle, und vor allem in der Umgebung dieser Unterkunft wird sehr viel gebaut. Es sieht nicht danach aus, dass die Bautätigkeiten bald aufhören werden. Außerdem liegt die Unterkunft weit weg vom interessanten Teil Batumis, d.h. von der Altstadt. Der Fußweg ist sehr weit, und die öffentlichen Busse sind nur mit einer speziellen Karte zu benutzen, welche für Ausländer nur an einer einzigen Verkaufsstelle in der ganzen Stadt zu erhalten ist. Damit muss man entweder sehr lange ins Zentrum zu Fuß gehen, oder jedes Mal ein Taxi nehmen (rund 3 Euro pro Richtung). Die Unterkunft selbst ist aber sehr zu empfehlen. 16. Etage eines Hochhauses. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sauberes Apartment sogar mit Waschmaschine. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis jedenfalls in der Nebensaison (ich war Ende April dort) ist unschlagbar.

There is a grocery store close by. Our room had a gorgeous view of the sea. The room has everything you need, maybe adding a small stove will benefit the stay done people who like to cook. Tamila, front desk person, was super helpful. Her area knowledge and personality made our stay, she was helpful to assist with every need we had.
• Michael (8/5): Udsigt mod stranden fra 1 række - Værelset havde en fremragende udsigt og lå centralt . Sengene var desværre hårde som sten, dog hjalp det lidt at få en ekstra dyne mellem madras og lagen. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale . Naboejendommen var en meget faldefærdig boligblok, der stod i stærk kontrast til hotellet.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great views, good value, some distance to city cen - Nearly new (still has the new smell) studio apartment on the 16th floor. Has a balcony. Clean. Large refrigerator, microwave, no cooking stove. Helpful young manager arranged my bus ticket to Tbilisi and for an early morning taxi. The hotel is on the 16th floor. It is some distance walk to the old city center - about a 45 minute walk along the Pleasant Black Sea prominent. There is a supermarket about 2 blocks away.

• Tab (10/5): Very comfortable Apartment Hotel at the beach - Ms Dea at the reception is an angel who spoke good english and very hospitable and helpful.Apartment is clean has just sufficient kitchen utensil for short stay.Hot plate would have been a plus.Highly recommended.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Go to this Hotel - It was great. Staff was wonderful ready to help. We had to cut short our vacation as my father in law died, we left early and hotel did not charge for the days we did not stay even though the booking was non-refundable .
• Yuriy (8/5): Brand new aparthotel right on the beach - The hotel is located in one of the three apartment towers just built by the ORBI group on the Batumi beachwalk, 3 km from the cetner. Some of the apartments there are still for sale, there is a building consierge, and the hotel staff greets you on the 16th floor, where the Silk Road hotel is located. The area in itself strives to be the second center of Batumi, with many shops, restaurants, a casino, Italian-styled landmarks, overturned White House, and the dancing fountains, one of the best attraction in Batumi. The beach is pretty much the same for the entire stretch of the boardwalk, although there are more beach activities available in the historical center. You can always take a bus there for .40 lari. There were no problems with the hotel, everything was as expected, they even have a washing machine built in (although I would have preferred a stove, in addition to the microwave they had). Check the weather before you go, as nearby mountains bring lots of clouds to Batumi, and you may not see the sun for days.
