- Michela (4/5): ESPERIENZA NON ADATTA A ITALIANI - Abbondante buffet, e dopo cena carino a bordo piscina. Un animatrice é stata molto simpatica e accogliente. Struttura decisamente molto dispersiva avevamo la camera distante alle maggiori aree, struttura lontana dal mare e da tutto. Pulizia pari a zero, le lenzuola del letto ce le lasciavano sul letto e in pratica dovevamo rifarcelo da soli. Nel bagno quando facevi la doccia si allagava tutto e quando abbiamo chiesto quantomeno di spostare il checkout ci è stato detto che dovevamo pagare un supplemento. Se non noleggiavamo uno scooter non saremmo potuti andare nemmeno al mare

- Angela (9/5): Ignore negative reviews - Food was ok we always had something to eat. Only issue I would have is the gaps between meals. It says there are hot dogs etc at pool bar but we only ever seen paninis and considering lunch ends at 2:30 and dinner doesn't start until 7 it's not really enough. Room was great it was spacious, a balcony with stunning view and aircon. Also cleaned everyday. Shuttle bus down to the town a few times a day but just be sure to get your name down early as it fills up immediately once released at 6pm the day beforehand. Lots of pools. Kids loved the kids club the staff were brilliant. We had a great stay overall and would happily go back! Rooms were definitely cleaned daily but not to the highest standard. But again, we were only in to sleep and straight back out again in the morning. Beds were always dressed which was the most important thing for us.
- Eleonora (4/5): - Ho appena trascorso 1 settimana qui, ho prenotato nonostante le recensioni negative e devo dire che è stata davvero una pessima scelta. All’arrivo abbiamo aspettato le 15:00 per il check in, come da indicazioni, peccato che poi abbiamo dovuto aspettare un’altra ora per arrivare in stanza, tutto questo perché il resort ha una parte di camere staccate rispetto alla reception, ristorante, noi siamo capitati proprio in una di queste e abbiamo dovuto aspettare l’autista che ci portasse in camera in macchina. È stato molto stressante perché la camera distava 5-7 minuti a piedi dalla reception e dal ristorante (per giunta in salita al ritorno in una strada buia di notte) e l’autista non sempre era subito disponibile. Sul sito non è indicata questa cosa, che invece secondo me è molto importante specificare, se lo avessi saputo non avrei di certo prenotato. Per quanto riguarda il cibo tutto buono nel complesso, eccetto il ristorante italiano che hanno in terrazza. La vista è il punto di forza. La posizione molto scomoda, bisogna per forza noleggiare un mezzo o chiamare un taxi se si vuole raggiungere il centro altrimenti sono 40 minuti di cammino in strade di collina. Il bagno in camera necessita di restauro, ho avuto paura che la maniglia della porta mi restasse in mano. La pulizia lascia davvero a desiderare.. Il personale comunque è abbastanza cordiale.. Più di tutti è Ghasi, sempre molto gentile. Altro punto negativo la navetta del resort, orari troppi ridotti per il centro, l’

Maro at reception and George at restaurent were the only nice persons of the staff Dislike : Almost everything. - Far from everything (the shuttles stop at 3 pm and you can't go by yourself (45 min of moutain road without sidewalk; - Everything is cheap and not tasty and food did not vary; - It is not cleaned every day for rooms as pools (and after complained with expedia they choose to not clean at all the room). We had a lot of insect like coackroach in the room and ant in the baby powder milk ! - The staff (except for Maro who is super person very good) is not helping (Evy is pretending to help but that's all). After complaining with expedia we ask them why the room was not done by 7 pm they say maybe tomorrow they come and we had to stay at reception 30 minutes and beg for us to do it ! A shame ! - A lot of rooms are far from restaurant and you may need the reception car to come; - There is almost just beer pong or drink animation (wonderful for a family friendly hotel); - There is a lot of power outage every day : i had to trhow out to trash my medecin which was in the fridge and i fall in the bathroom when it went dark ! - No safety for stairs in the rooms - You have one towel for the pool for the all holidays and there is no shower before you go in the pool (very dirty so)
- Jordan (4/5): - Could not fault the hotel staff. However, whilst we were there we had no electricity and water for some of the days. Shower did not work properly, along with this there was no shower screen, a blocked plug so the water couldn't drain and no air con at times. Pool area and room cleaning was very poorly maintained on top of this. This is very poor and unexpected from a 4* hotel, especially with children.
- Mikko (4/5): Needs uplifting - The place needs total uplifting, carbage everywhere (most of them the plastic cups which fly because of the strong wind). Same carbage remain at the aquapark. There are a lot of electric cuts during the hot weather. The buffet is like a school buffet. Vegetarian options are good.

- Ronald (10/5): - the resort offered extensive options of poolside areas with bar and snacks throughout the day. the entertainment for children also very good the animation team worked hard. the Greek night was enjoyable, and we felt very much on vacation. The different levels of apartments would need careful consideration if mobility is a concern. A buggy cart service was available on request.The reception staff very helpful and friendly.All service staff worked to keep the experience amazing . The buffet option was amazing so much choice. A special thank you to the Maintenace Manager for giving his time to us view the entire resort. i would highly recommend Aegean View Resort. this comment is not the fault of the resort but if you arrive from Turkey by ferry you will expierence long queues going through customs.

- elliott (6/5): - The place had plenty of pools too swim in however the pools weren’t well maintained one day I couldn’t see clearly after being in the pool, the food was a wide variety but not very well made. And a lot of things tasted on the verge of being off. Make Receptionist was not very hospitable and very grumpy and seemingly unwilling to help. The evening entertainment was ok probably one of the better parts of the hotel. It is not 5 minutes walk from the beach it it a 5 minute drive. The rooms were not cleaned thoroughly we found the people before vape. Towels were pretty gross and no covers for the beds. At best I’d say 3 star hotel not 4 star

- Minna (5/5): Still had a nice vacation but this hotel is 3 start hotel, not 4 - There was a nice view to the ocean. - no gluten free food even if requested -shuttle bus runs only, 9,10,11,12,13,17,18:00. There is only 5 taxes on the island so getting taxi took always atleast 30min. - classes were dirty and we told them about it but they said its the water ... - Food was average, no helathy options. that much. - this hotel is far away from the city of kos and there is about 1 km to walk from the stop where the shuttle buss droppes you off. by walk it takes 45 min to walk to the city

- simona (8/5): - Avevo letto numerose recensioni negative, in realtà io sono appena rientrata con la mia famiglia ed abbiamo trascorso un buon soggiorno. Certo le camere sono essenziali, ma la nostra tripla era spaziosa, ben climatizzata e pulita. I letti abbastanza comodi, lenzuola pulite, non si usano sotto federe o coprimaterassi, ma erano comunque puliti. Quasi tutti i giorni la camera è stata pulita e sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani, se richiesto. Ci sono tantissime piscine, ben tenute, sembrano quasi delle piscine private davanti alle camere; a parte la piscina centrale del bar che era più affollata, nelle altre non c'era quasi mai nessuno. Il cibo vario e direi discreto, certo se si cercano i sapori della cucina italiana si rimarrà delusi, se si è disponibili all'assaggio si potrà comunque scegliere tra numerosi piatti caldi, verdure, dolci etc. La struttura è molto lontana dal centro, noi avevamo noleggiato un'auto, nel resort c'è una navetta che va prenotata e che porta alle spiagge, ma non so con che frequenza. le informazioni riportate sulla distanza dal centro non sono veritiere, a piedi è molto lontano e a mio giudizio non fattibile. La sera l'animazione, in inglese, termina presto, per cui già dalle 23 non c'è più nulla da fare. Kos città è raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto, dal Resort si possono raggiungere facilmente numerose spiagge rinomate. La reception è sempre aperta. Personale disponibile e gentile. Nel complesso piacevole soggiorno.

- Joel (10/5): Everything you could want from a hotel - The whole stay was amazing. We were a group of 4 guys and had a great time over 6 nights. The staff were instantly warm and welcoming upon arriving at 2am. Instantly impressed with the complex of buildings and it looked great lit up at night. The room was fantastic and spacious. The room was cleaned often and the towels were changed more than enough. Breakfast lunch and dinner were all nicely laid out and the selection was always really good. The staff were absolutely amazing. Whenever we needed a drink Earnest was the man to go to! The entertainment crew were always a good bunch and we loved the darts, aqua gym, water volleyball and the array of evening entertainment. By the end of the stay it was like we were all friends. The music was incredibly catchy too, so much so we had to ask for the playlist so we could recreate the aqua gym In the bath at home. We didn't use the shuttle bus as we just got taxis which were always readily available and pretty cheap into and out of town. Food such as hot dogs and toasties were always a go-to option and even some days they had chicken gyros and burgers freshly made. What more could you ask for!

- gerard (8/5): - The bathroom was never cleaned,I asked for toiletries which I never received.The safe was broken and never replaced.I am not 100 sure but I am think money was taken from my wallet ,a 50€ was replaced with a 10€ .You might like to pass this on to the management in case it happens to some one else.Apart from this it is a very good place to stay.

Howfull food even all included .Bad staff - The view facing the sea and all the islands nearby The food at the restaurant was substandard.The cleanliness and service in the room left to be desired. You could see se signs of limescale into the toilet and they did not provide new towels or soaps . And last but not least, the room was noisy due to some animals (rats or birds ) into the roof. After two days we had to escalate our concerns to the receptionist. However, they said there was nothing they could do without even changing the room. I'd highly advise against it.

- Kerry (9/5): Great stay and would come back, the staff made the holiday! - The staff made the stay! so friendly and helpful! Did all was possible to make the stay enjoyable and relaxed. Spacious area’s, well set out properties in beautiful surroundings. I don’t really want to say anything negative because I had a great stay and enjoyed my time there, however my Apartment was not clean upon my arrival, during my stay housekeeping visited daily, but they did not clean, just changed bedding. Half emptied bins, rinsed out cups in Bathroom, Patio furniture and area was very dirty. Although exterior is beautiful, inside apartments are not so. Missing/cracked floor tiles, no phone line, Air Con not consistent, TV no signal, bleached/chemical stains on bedding and some stains on pillow cases. No milk for tea/coffee facilities or spoons. little things, that with improvement or redoing, will make a massive dig fence to overall experience. A lot of Wasps and flies around the Pool Bar and Cafe. Also Restaurant area, which can be off putting.

- Jan_ci (7/5): Nice place with average food, far from everything - Beautiful view on the city and the sea A lot of different pools Spacious room with AC and TV Comfortable beds Free Wi-Fi - good if you need to find some info or send emails, but not for work or media The food and drink selection was fine (but not all the time fresh) Free shuttle to/from Kos (around 6 times a day) The location is not great - it takes around 45 minutes to walk from Kos, there is nothing interesting around It happened quite often that fruits and vegetables were already spoiled, so I recommend to smell everything before you eat it (even limonade at the reception), otherwise the food wasn't bad, but I think the less people are in the resort the less fresh the food is as they like to recycle it Be careful when you take the shuttle in the morning as it leaves you about one kilometer further(in downtown) than pickup location (Marina)

- Anonymous (6/5): Our stay was great apart from those few issues, the service from the young gentleman that took us and our luggage to our - The pools and sun baking areas were great, enough spread out throughout the resort so it was quite peaceful to relax. The bathroom was not great, the shower was over the bathtub that leaked heaps of water which we had to use several towels to soak up the water, water took a long time to warm up which wasted a heap of water just waiting for it to get warm. the bathroom was also dirty. the bedroom curtains were broken and unable to close properly allowing a lot of morning light to come through. I notified staff multiple times about the leak but nothing was ever followed up, we also never had room service that were supposed to come clean the room daily and refresh our bath towels as we had to use so many to contain the water on the bathroom floor and the wall from our room to the car wasn’t great, we were told there was parking available but only 4 spots for an entire resort
- laura (8/5): - This hotel complex is stunning and with a bit of time spent on it will be amazing. Some areas of the accommodation and pool areas are a bit tired and need updating but nothing major. The menu needs to be improved even though we always found something to eat. The entertainment programme also needs improving. As there is nothing else within walking distance they have a captive audience but the programme was poor during the day and night. The staff work hard and work long hours and majority are pleasant and happy to help. Overall a great place for a holiday, just a few improvements needed to make it amazing.
- Lucas (6/5): Pleasant - Very friendly staff, they were all with a smile and were eager to help. Food was nice as there was a mix of Greek and other dishes. Location was pretty bad as there is a shortage of taxis on Kos and you can wait for over an hour for one. After the room was cleaned there was no soap, and were a towel short. Could not open the window in the bathroom as the nob was missing, making it a steam room.
- Paul (4/5): - They run a shuttle bus to Kos town during the day but it’s €10 in a taxi if you want to return at night. You will want to go to Kos town at night for a meal as the food isn’t great quality and there’s no variety so going out is a must. The rooms are basic but okay although not cleaned very well, we found a piece of mouldy fruit under one of the beds. Overall, I can’t recommend this hotel as it’s too far out (we hired a car) from Kos town, the shuttle bus doesn’t get into Kos early enough for any of the trips. Also, the food is the same every day and not very good. There can be a long queue at the bar in the evening and all drinks are cheap, non branded with no alternative options available to buy. The only positive is the range of swimming pools but I won’t go back.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good but needs improving/extra staff - This hotel has massive amounts of potential but it is not achieving good standards due to very low staffing levels. That being said, the situation improved considerably towards the end of our stay as extra staff were recruited. The staff that are employed are incredibly hard working, particularly Aldo and Dimitris. There were a couple that appeared rude but this may have been due to the language barrier. Food was just ok for the first few days but good for the last few days. We were disappointed that the additional restaurants were not open during our holiday due to a lack of staff. Our room wasn’t cleaned at the start of our stay but cleaned every day after that. Rooms were dated and needed a fair few repairs. We stayed in a family suite with a very unstable staircase. The free shuttle service was excellent but poorly managed. The booking form is left out for guests, so is open to abuse, which we experienced during our stay. A few extra time slots would be helpful. Although not a reflection on the hotel, prepare to be bitten by mosquitoes/flies during your stay, particularly of an evening near the pool bar. In conclusion we enjoyed our stay but there were many improvements that could be made.

- Katharine (1/5): Horrible don't go - The entertainment staff were nice that's it The rooms were unclean no toilet seat for the stay we couldn't use the showers people throwing up the pool so we couldn't use it the water park was unclean the food was uneatable and the staff were rude unhelpful and my son caught food poisoning and they gave us a small bottle of water to help we couldn't buy anything on site as it was cash only the nearest ATM was 2miles away in a taxi that cost 10euro or a 1hr30min walk The free shuttle was on till 6pm but couldn't get on it as everyone else had pre booked it

- Tahsin (5/5): Passable - Lots of pools really good, room is a nice and cleaned daily. The food is basic it could improve, kid's entertainment is very very poor, receptionist no very good, not enough staff in restaurant, they use staff as slaves, some of staff paid £700 Euros.
- Eftychios (4/5): Badly managed hotel with great potential - The setup of the hotel is fantastic, and it had great potential. Lots of pools, big spaces and even a (basic) water park. Also Anya at the Kids club did a great job at keeping the kids entertained in the evenings. Mini Disco was our standard 8pm activity with the kids, while we enjoyed a drink by the pool. The rooms were dirty. You could see dirt and hair floating on the floor and spider webs on the walls and by the wardrobes. Room service did not come every day, and even when it came to clean following our request, they merely made the sheets on the beds, and all the dirt stayed on the floor as it were. Food was not good. It had great selection, but we would never probably order 90% of the stuff there if we had a choice. It felt like food was cooked a couple of days ago, and for example, for lunch, you got the leftover sausages from the breakfast with some sauce. We ended up feeding on Greek salad and Greek cheese which was very good, and pasta almost every day for the children. There was decent ice cream (vanilla, chocolate and strawberry). With a few notable exceptions, stuff was not polite, and borderline rude. They hardly talked to you, and they never bothered if you had a request outside exactly what was offered, even if they could easily accommodate it. Though, to be fair, I think they were too few of them and they were being overworked.
- Tibor (6/5): Trying to be good, but they are average - Great variety pools and the majority of the staff is really kind and helpful. Overall quality of food is average and preparedness is not really professional of the whole hotel.
- Helen (2/5): Not in the location shown on map - This hotel is not in the location shown. It os far from kos town and can only be reached by an infrequent bus or taxi (15 usd one way). Taxi is very hard to get. Rooms are basic, rundown.
