Overall, the experience met the expectations of a five-star hotel. comfortable room, smooth check-in, and I appreciated the early check-in as well as the complimentary photo provided to guests. One area for improvement is customer engagement. I sent an email for a specific request but did not receive a response. I also shared my experience on Instagram story and did not see any acknowledgment or interaction. I mean, what is the point you manage social media but not engage with your customer? Active communication, especially through official channels and social media, would further enhance the guest experience and reflect the hotel’s service standards. The room I believe is not sound proof bcs I can still hear clearly other person talking in other room.

Come to join us buffet all you can eat in Tian Jing Lou Intercontinental Bandung. Atmosphere good, on top of this building can see around Bandung City. Next time we will come again.

- Cellia (8/5): - Hotel, our room (premium) gym and heated pool were all excellent. Breakfast had a vast selection and food was very good. The view was so beautiful Hotel did not have a jogging track which is a shame since it's surrounded by nature it would have been nice to have one. There is a big road in front of hotel but no pedestrian zone so a bit dangerous to walk or run on that road. The maintenance of rooms could be better eg our bathtub did not work properly and this got fixed the next day and we were asked to change rooms due to electricity issues on our floor - a bit of a hassle since we had to wait around until new rooms were ready, the maintenance team and room team could have coordinated the change better.

From the moment I arrived, I received a warm and professional welcome. Right after check-in, it started raining, so instead of going out, I spent time relaxing and exploring the hotel. The atmosphere was calm and not crowded, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and able to communicate well in English, which made the entire stay very comfortable. The room was excellent—spacious, clean, and offering a beautiful view. Since the hotel is located on a hilltop, I could enjoy a stunning view overlooking the surrounding houses and landscape. The weather was pleasantly cool, and the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The bathroom was also large and well-designed, with a bathtub where I could relax while enjoying the view—truly a refreshing experience. Regarding the food, I tried both dinner and breakfast. Dinner was good, but breakfast was especially impressive. The variety and taste were excellent. What stood out the most was the service at breakfast, especially from a staff member she named *Kayla*. She was very attentive, consistently checking if I needed more water or coffee, and engaging in friendly conversation. It made the experience feel warm and personal. Overall, the staff in the restaurant were also very good at communicating in English. Overall, this stay made me feel relaxed, welcomed, and truly impressed in every aspect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Bandung.

All staff hospitality also very nice. Room design is comfortable for kids, and good facilities. Fine dining atmosphere is good view you can see top of dago. I think this is one of the best hotel in Bandung area. Very recomended if you need staycation with family.

Love the food as well, the staff during breakfast mba Rheissa and the staff during house keeping mba Peggy are all nice. My family loves the stay a lot. Booked 2 rooms, one of it (1623) during checked in there's a nail remain on bathroom floor (but quickly cleaned up by the staff. Another thing, cooler in 1623 is not as cold as room 1625.

The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the room overlooking the golf course set the perfect tone for a joyful start to our vacation. At night, the breathtaking view of Bandung city lights created a memorable atmosphere, especially while enjoying my favorite book. I highly recommend having dinner at TIAN JING LOU Restaurant. The stunning view from the 18th floor, the delicious food, and the excellent service completed our holiday experience. I added one extra person for breakfast. During check-out, I kindly reminded the staff about the additional charge for the extra guest. They seemed it might have been overlooked if not I mentioned. Perhaps clearer communication would make the experience smoother. I would recommend joining the IHG membership, as it offers points and breakfast discounts, which is a nice benefit. The tea selection was pleasant (teh dilmah), with 4 tea bag options provided. The soap and shampoo were also good, with a fresh scent that was not too strong (masculine). However, the hand soap in my room ran out and was not refilled, although I did not report it during my stay. My room faced the parking area, but it still offered a nice view and a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a spacious room and several nice spots to relax.
