• Zhong (8/5): - 酒店位置极佳，距离马德里皇宫、修道院建筑群、波德神庙、普拉多美术馆、、皇家美术学院、提森美术馆、浪漫主义美术馆等景点步行均可以到达。虽地处繁华但感觉比较安静。酒店整体干净，可能我们订的是最后一间空房，房间位置不太好，浴室过小，通风效果不甚理想。但是接待人员都比较友好，管理也比较严格，住在这里感觉比较安全

• Robin (8/5): Family city break - Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and functional. Hostal perfectly situated right in the heart of Madrid with attractions, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. This however leads to only downside as although on seventh floor, due to city centre location, dont expect a good nights sleep. City noise from into the wee small hours, starting again early morning is unavoidable. Loved Madrid and if we return wouldnt hesitate to stay in Hostal Andorra again.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - スタッフはみんなとてもフレンドリーで居心地がいい。場所も便利で観光、買い物途中で疲れたら帰って休めます。グランビアなので夜中の騒音を気にしてましたが、ホテルは建物の奥の方で静かでした。（隣の部屋の音はちょっと聞こえます。） シャワーの温度、水圧も十分でレインシャワーまで付いてて気持ち良かったです。 残念なところはドライヤーはホースのような壁に備え付けのもので髪の長い人は乾かしにくいかも。（先端部分が壊れてました。 部屋の金庫が不具合で使えなかったので、パスポートなど貴重品を部屋に置いておくのが心配でした。 天井の扇風機の風は気持ちいいのですが、音が気になり就寝中はクーラーを付けてました。

• Jose Mª (10/5): Un 10 para todo el personal. - No es la primera vez que me alojo en este Hostal y espero que no sea la ultima, la amabilidad y simpatía de todo el personal hacen que tu estancia sea muy agradable, si a eso le añadimos la privilegiada situación, la relación calidad-precio y la comodidad de sus instalaciones hacen que pasar unos días en Madrid sean gratamente inolvidables.

• Ana Paula (8/5): Bom custo beneficio - O Hotel é muito bem localizado, limpo e tem um conforto para o custo beneficio razoável. Porém os travesseiros são bem ruins, troquei 3 vezes e não conseguir dar jeito. Também fiquei em um quarto muito próximo da recepção e o barulho de manhã de pessoas chegando e saindo incomodava bastante. No mais o quarto individual que fiquei foi muito bom. Recomendo pra quem quer gastar pouco, ficar em um bom lugar e gastar pouco. Vale a pena pelo custo beneficio, já que ficamos muito pouco dentro de hotel.

• SJ (8/5): 마드리드 시내 중심가 - 솔광장까지 걸어서 3분정도 걸려요. 대로변 쇼핑가와 가깝고 마드리드 한번 둘러보기 괜찮은 위치입니다. 프라도미술관까지는 15분정도 걸으면 됩니다. 공항까지는 솔광장에서 렌페 타면 되고요.

• RICARDO M (10/5): Muy lindo Hostal en el corazón de Madrid - Muy lindo Hostal en el corazón de Madrid, sobre la Gran Vía, a pocos metros de la Plaza del Callao. Cumplió con creces nuestras expectativas. La atención es muy cordial y la habitación con baño privado, contaba con todos los servicios necesarios para una muy buena estancia. Lo recomendaría sin dudar, como una excelente opción para recorrer Madrid, moverte durante la noche y hacer compras. Está un 7mo. Piso de un hermoso Edifico antiguo y en nuestro caso nos tocó una habitación a la calle lateral, por lo que no tuvimos inconvenientes para dormir por los ruidos de la calle. Cuenta con espacio común, con importantes ventanales a la Gran Vía, con sillones para descansar, comer algo y mirar televisión.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Excellent location value for money - Within walking distance of most of the main sights of Madrid and very easy to get to, Hostal Andorra was good value for money. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the staff very friendly, with just one or two areas in need of a bit of paint or a refresh. Only down side was that the outside was noisy - traffic and people shouting.

Nos alojamos 4 personas en una misma habitación con baño privado y estuvimos muy cómodos, era amplia y tenía todos los servicios necesarios. Además es encuentra ubicado en un lugar estratégico de la cuidad de Madrid, con solo bajar el ascensor ya estás en la famosa Gran Vía, a pocos minutos de muchas de las atracciones principales de la ciudad. Sin dudas lo volvería a elegir si vuelvo a Madrid.

• Lee (8/5): Centraly located but really needs a make-over - You could not get a hotel more centrally located, it's right on the main shopping street in Madrid.. that said, the decor is Russian sterility meets the swinging '60s. the room i was in was bland grey , but the bathroom was almost all done in orange tiles that are a bit of a shock when waking up. there are blackout shutters on the windows and as I was on a room facing the inner courtyard, it was quiet. TV is off-air, so little if any english programming. No issues with the wifi.There is air conditioning and a ceiling fan. After hours you must buzz the door on the street to gain access, then again when you reach the floor of the hotel. You leave your room key in a box next to reception. If you have heavy bags, you will have to negotiate a set of steps before you reach the elevators, that or the almost 45 degree angle ramp next to the steps. The staff speak very little english. I was only there for 3 nights and, for a place to sleep, it was just fine.

No había cortina, solo un velo, así que la luz entra y no deja dormir hasta tarde. No ofrecen servicio de desayuno. Las camas eran cómodas y el baño también tenía buen espacio. La ubicación es lo mejor ya que está sobre la Gran Vía, cerca de numerosos puntos de interés, así como restaurantes y bares. Aún así, la habitación es silcenciosa.

Próximo a estação de metrô, lojas, restaurantes, barzinhos. Tivemos dificuldades para conectar todos os aparelhos na rede Wi-Fi mas não reclamamos pois ficamos somente um dia.

• Thomas (10/5): - Very nice stay. Even though it is on Gran Via, because Hostal Andorra is on the 7th floor and the rooms face an inner courtyard, it was amazingly quiet even though I had the windows open. Much larger room and bathroom than expected. Great place to stay.

Immense flight of staifs to walk up if you don't like old elevators. Ok cleanliness and good shower pressure. Would stay again, but bring earplugs.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - My stay in Madrid was very pleasant. The hostel owner had been very helpful. Though other staff do not speak much English, they did tried their best to help. The room was clean and they changed the towels daily. However, the walls are quite thin and I could hear the sound from the TV in the room next to us. The hostel is located in the city central and most places are within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurant and shopping areas within the vicinity. It is also easily accessible from the airport.
