• Joanna (10/5): We absolutely loved it and will stay here again. The location was perfect. - The room was incredible. There's a pub across the lane and a pub next door - we though it would be a noisy night. We barely heard anything on the 4th floor. The bed was the most comfortable bed we had the entire trip. The room had a slanted roof line wall which was a little difficult in the morning, but made for a magical experience. As a plus size traveler, the shower was perfect sized and the water pressure was amazing. The elevator fit both my husband and I plus all our luggage. The location was perfect - right off Grafton street and an easy 2 minute walk to St. Stephen's Green and/or public transportation. When you exit the elevator there's two steps down and then two steps back up on the 4th floor to get to one of the hallways. It was a bit of a tripping hazard and maybe could've been better marked. However once you knew it was there it wasn't a big deal.

For some reason we were allocated a disabled room with bed pushed into a corner and only one side accessible. Bathroom flooded (and smelt musty). Each room had a nightlight built into the ceiling which could not be turned off. Only lite curtains so awake when sun came up. Unfriendly staff at checkout.

• Kylie (5/5): Excellent location. Challenging check in made the place feel unwelcoming. - Excellent location. Great to have a washing machine. Check in procedure after hours was an exercise in frustration. Hard to get in contact with actual people, how to download an app then use a booking reference which was impossible to find. No spare linen for the single bed, which I chose the room size for specifically.
• Roisin (10/5): Well worth every penny! - The room was fab, location was perfect, especially considering the price we paid! The complementary snacks was just a lovely treat I did find the mattress and pillows hard, but that’s a personal preference issue more than and issue with the property
• Fabienne (7/5): Great location, will use again! - Location was perfect! Really central and easy to get to, shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms were a little small for 3 of us sharing and there were noisy guests who woke me up twice in the middle of the night (walking past our door as if it was broad daylight). The reception area and corridors were a bit smelly (sewage kind of smell) but by the third day cleaners had been around and the smell was gone.

• lisa (5/5): Smelly. Stinks like sewage. - The location and the washer in the apt. The hallway and our room stunk like sewage. I had seen a prior review on this and discounted it. The maintenance man appears to mask the smell and puts stuff down the drains. But the smell is present and nauseating. We were supposed to stay here after our tour ended but cancelled due to the stink.

• DENIS (8/5): Super lokacija, enostaven dostop - Super lokacija, čistoča ok, udobna postelja, enostaven dostop, tudi ob prihodu v zelo poznih urah. Nezmožnost odpiranja okna oziroma zračenje sobe, zato je bilo pogosto zelo vroče in po tuširanju zelo vlažno. Pogrešal sem tudi kuhinjsko krpo, zato sem moral uporabljati brisačo.
• Kenneth (7/5): Location and comfort are worth a few minor inconveniences — would stay again, but maybe upgrade to a larger room - Hotel is right in Grafton street, steps from Trinity college, Stephen’s Green, Temple Bar area (but not too close so we didn’t have to deal with the noise), all the shops, and the best pubs. Elevator was much appreciated although we weren’t expecting the stairs up and down into a small lading when we stepped out of the elevator (we nearly took a dive down the stairs). There was a small kitchenette with sink, fridge, stove top & oven, as well as a few appliances (kettle, etc). Although the room was small, the bathroom had a full size shower with great water pressure. The room also had air conditioning, which we didn’t think we would need except we were on the top floor and the heat from other rooms kept our room too warm, so we were thankful for the ability to turn on the AC - especially because the window doesn’t open up much and it’s very small. We had a small room on the top floor with a small window that didn’t open very well & the window shade didn’t work, so we had to clip a towel over it to sleep. We had limited interaction with staff, and there wasn’t always someone there to answer questions (we never got our tv to work — the channels wouldn’t load, so we gave up). The carpets were a bit dirty when we checked in — the bathroom was clean but it appeared they forgot to vacuum the carpets.

The coffee maker did not work. No electric outlet in the bathroom. No mirrors close enough to a mirror to dry your hair.

• Brenda (8/5): Fijne locatie in het centrum van Dublin en een top studio die van alle gemakken is voorzien. - De locatie is perfect! Wanneer je naar buiten loopt sta je direct in bet centrum van Dublin. Ook de studio zelf is fijn, en van alle gemakken voorzien. Naast de studios zit een pub/restaurant, hier had ik ‘s avonds wel eens last van. Het is een beetje gehorig.

• Malley (8/5): - Rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The bathrooms were excellent and had nice showers. The room was located on the third floor which we had access to by an elevator. Also the heating worked perfectly keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. We was denied an early check in, and when we arrived that was past the agreed check in time. one out of our two rooms was still not ready. Not the end of the world but could have been if the room was needed. Also the pub next to the entrance goes on till late and was loud, this was on a Saturday night.

Pedí cambio y no me lo dieron. Además, no tenía closet, solo un espacio para colgar algunas cosas, recomiendo hacer un closet.

• Jude (10/5): Three nights and four days of exploring Edinburgh with a fabulous place to come home to each night. - Central location with everything you need in a three night stay …. comfortable bed and pillows, exceptional heating, and all in a handy location. It also has a very good cafe directly across the road. Our only small complaint would be the shower having no door which meant water went on the floor.

• Jo Burns (7/5): Great place for a weekend in Dublin. - Location was good, convenient. Room was clean and well equipped. There was some noise from outside but that was to be expected. Some noise from within the building which was not expected. Most frustrating was the green night light on at all times in the apartment. We were able to block it out with plasters but really bizarre. Even if this is part of a need for the accessible room, surely negatively impacting sleep with no way of turnng the light off cannot be right.
