hughf900 (4/5): Cleanliness is overlooked. - Location was great. Unfortunately the cleanliness needs a great deal of work. Our room smelled like urine and surfaces and window sills were not cleaned very well. Furniture was dusty, heating system along the walls were dirty and cruddy, the bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were pretty much non existent.

805andrewn (8/5): Clean. Comfy. Well appointed. Central. - A nice, clean place to stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room has a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom was spotless with good water pressure in the shower. A very well maintained property. Rooms quiet even though located just off a busy street. It's also a short walk to many pubs and restaurants.
Ryan (2/5): Don’t stay here. - Very very dirty. Almost cancelled after checking in but I was too tired. Ant traps all over the room. Dirty baseboards. Extremely hard bed. Pillows that felt like they were 20 years old (thankfully I had my own). Definitely not worth the $99 I paid for the night.
Michael (4/5): - The room we were in needs painting and a deep clean. Ashtrays in front of every room was not at all attractive. The kitchenette didn't have pots, pans etc needed to prepare a meal. The one frying pan available was rusty and unusable. I will not return.

The only thing I didn’t like is the parking spaces are not very visible because the lines are badly faded so it’s extremely difficult to park within your own parking space. Often other guests are also parked outside their lines as well for the same reason

Ruohan (10/5): - The landlord was very friendly. I didn't know the local customs, so I checked out early and took the key away. After returning the key to the landlord, he forgave me for my mistake and provided me with a temporary rest area. The service here is also very good. The bed is very big and comfortable to sleep. They also provide free coffee (you need to make it yourself)

Brenda (4/5): - There are grocery stores and restaurants just a short 5 minute drive away. No dining at the hotel. Haven't tried the bed yet, but mattress feels firm and bedding looks fresh. The room, however, is old and tired. It smells of cigarettes. We just dumped our stuff and left. Spent from 5pm to 9pm out and about because we didn’t want to spend ant more time in the room than we had to. I guess thats what you get for less than $150!

Robert (4/5): - The hotel is terribly outdated and in need of a major update. Trying to plug in my computer was a chore as the outlets are in the most unlikely places. Heating did not work at all. I have to move the small refrigerator to find a dusty extension cord to plug in the coffee pot. I do not believe this is safe. I cannot recommend this cheap hotel to anyone.

The sheets were stained and had a cigarette burn hole and they wanted to charge us $10 to plug in our hybrid electric car that would have used $0.60 of electricity.

nicoletH2557LQ (10/5): Perfect place to stay - The room was very clean and new. It had a table, fridge, coffee machine. Everything was on the ground floor. If you wanted, you could run across to McDonald's or another little restaurant to eat. Would definitely stay here again. It says I need 200 characters.......

The one thing I did not like was when I pulled the bed sheets back to find dirt and stains on the sheets and pillows. You get what you pay for. Front desk came quickly even though it was very late at night when we arrived and resolved the situation quickly.

Kendall (10/5): Comfort and Charm - Upon first arrival, there was a guy outside sweeping the edges of the pavement clean of debris, the priory itself clean and bright. The room was quite comfortables and updated. The staff friendly helpful and polite. I’d stay there again for sure.

CLARE (6/5): - It was OK. Had a really safety vixen with the old hair dryer in the bathroom. The back part of the dryer was completely missing leaving the rotating blade completely exposed. Could have totally caught my long hair in it if I hadn't noticed. Told the Front Desk about it upon checkout but they didn't seem too concerned about it. Hopefully, they will replace it. Could have casted a really bad accident. We rented a two double bed room. One bed was so hard I couldn't sleep on it. The other bed wasn't much better. Both were propped up on metal frames so everytime you hit the frame, it clanged quite loudly. Overall, for the price, it does have its benefits and the location is good. But I'm hoping they will fix the above mentioned issues.

Wifi is good, great places to eat in walking distance and short trip to shopping and downtown/waterfront areas. Staff are friendly. Never had an issue over the years

Rooms are newly renovated and VERY clean. This is a family operated motel and not a hotel, so have realistic expectations when you arrive. If you’re expecting a Holiday Inn, then go stay there. If you want reasonably priced, very clean, quiet, and a good night sleep, then I highly recommend a stay here. I will be back as I have family in the area.
