• Rogerson (1/5): Bad accommodation for seniors - Location No lift to 1st level. I'm a senior. Had to use stairs. Extra small bathroom. One person at a time, we had 2 x rooms, one with 4 x persons, 2nd room 2 x persons. Maintenance on rooms is nil. First room A/C didn't work, both rooms A/C noisy.

The staff are incredibly welcoming and approachable, creating a friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door. At the reception, the check-in process was seamless. The staff took the time to clearly explain the hotel’s policies, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable right away. A lovely highlight was the complimentary welcome drink—a thoughtful touch that truly earns them a bonus point! Areas for Improvement: 1. Climate Control: The air conditioning struggled to cool the room effectively. Even at the maximum setting, the temperature remained warmer than expected. 2. Hallway Upkeep: Seeing exposed trash bags in the hallways was unappealing. Improving the way waste is managed or concealed would definitely help maintain a more hygienic and premium feel. 3. Dining Variety: It would be beneficial to see more variety at the breakfast buffet. Adding more options for picky eaters and those with specific food allergies would make the morning meal much more inclusive. Overall, the team is fantastic, but addressing these facility and dining details would make for a much more comfortable stay.

• Nannette (5/5): Unexpectedly Dissatisfied - The location right across the mall Breakfast was good. Room service n maintenance very friendly n quick. Got a room that I didn't pay for.. lower scale. Very Upset! I paid for a FAMILY ROOM which is 2 queen beds instead i got 2 twin beds n fold up Bed.. They wanted $$ for the fold up bed. I said no way.! They offer free shuttle from airport to hotel n they still asked me to pay.i said No!

The Robinson mall is just across the street from the hotel. The hotel is getting old we have to change our fridge twice because it’s not working even the tv doesn’t turn on.The window doesn’t really close properly you hear all the noise from the busy main road.Even at night and early morning you can hear the voices of people talking in the hallway.There is a gas station beside the Hotel that play the loud music at 6 o’clock in the morning everyday.

The hotel notified me that there was no booking on the day of my flight and that they couldn't refund the payment!! Unbelievable!! Will never book there again!!

• Raymond (8/5): - Location was very convent. The property and rooms are showing a lot of wear over the years and could do with some maintenance. My first room had a faulty AC unit which hammered away and a shower which had seen better days. I was offered a different room which was better and had an excellent night sleep. Facilities wise, they have a very decent gym which was not advertised! It has a treadmill, cross trainer and cycle. A full set of dumbells up to 30kgs and best of all a power rack with Olympic bar and plates to match. Only down side is they don't have a bench for all those weights. The bar and restaurant is a bit small with limited drinks available. Very limited alcoholic drinks despite being on the menu and the cocktails where disappointing. Never the less it was a decent comfortable 3 star hotel a stone throw away from a shopping mall and was reasonably priced so for a short stay was perfect.

We will definitely book the same hotel if ever we - What I like most with Holiday Suites is its location which is very accessible to most establishments like fastfood, coffee shops, mall (Robinsons Palawan), and tourist spots. Also, since transportation in puerto prinsesa is quite not so accessible, I like that the hotel has a van as service for transfer from airport to hotel and vice versa. The staff were also welcoming and very accommodating. We had a great hotel experience at Holiday Suites. None

• Verified traveler (4/5): Not what i expected - Usually I don't bother leaving reviews. I am a business man in charge of apac with 11 countries and 22 resellers so my time is quite limited. But for this hotel I will make the time. First and foremost the staff are very kind and pleasant. Special shout out to Bella in the restaurant who helped make me something off the menue to help with my stomach issues. Thank you very much Bella! The hotel staff did try to help with my requests as best they could but the hotel owner really needs to improve the facilities. Breakfast is incredibly simple and needs much much more variety. The door key rarely worked and took at least 5 attempts with me putting my back into the door before I could get inside. There are no plug adaptors available so my laptop died the first night and the rooms shower has minimal water pressure...trickle showers only. I stayed a total of 5 nights and never received a clean bathroom mat, always blackened and filthy. I won't recommend this hotel unless the owner makes an investment to greatly improve their offering. I will stay elsewhere next time.
• Harriet (4/5): Friendly and kind staff but we expected more considering the price and the photos - On the positive side, the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, the room was reasonably clean, and complimentary water was provided. However, overall, the experience fell short of expectations, and we wouldn’t recommend it for a relaxing stay - considering we felt as if it was an ‘upgrade’ from staying in hostels etc which were much less expensive than here. Our stay at Holiday Suites was disappointing and not as relaxing as expected from a 3-star hotel. There was no laundry service or assistance in finding one nearby. We were also not informed in advance that the pool and restaurant would be closed for a Valentine’s Day event, and the leftover balloons the next morning kept popping in the heat, making it far from peaceful. Unexpected swimming lessons in the pool, complete with crying children and unsanitary conditions, further limited guest access. Construction noise added to the disruption, and the staff were generally inattentive—plates were left uncleared, attracting ants, and we had to request pool towels from reception instead of the pool bar.

We were very disappointing. On pictures it looks very nice but reality is something different. Bathroom was very dirty, there was old towel left on the floor. The property has potential but unfortunatately they still have a lot of things to work on.

(And it's a really nice Robinson's too!). Bed was great. It seems that the Philippines use firmer, foam mattresses? Either way, it does wonders for my back! HUGE room! Great space. An old fridge, but it works. The team were always available and supportive when needed. Breakfast was basic but it had everything I liked! Love me a corned beef silog haha. I think whoever mopped my room before my arrival didn't use clean water.... Sadly my floor didn't feel clean, like it had a residue, and my feet came out dirty :( No slippers in cupboard either so had to wear my outside tsinelas inside. I only stayed one night so didn't feel it was worth asking housekeeping to help out, but if I did call they definitely would've helped!
