Angela (10/5): Great value for money, clean and always good to come back - The front desk receptionists are always friendly and the whole check in process is smooth and efficient. The room itself is very spacious and well appointed with slippers, bathrobe and lovely products in the shower. Room was quiet and I was able to get a good night's sleep. The bed itself was very comfortable and the pillows were firm to ensure adequate neck support. I love the self-service laundry area where you can wash your clothes or steam them ready for your night out. Still evidence of smoking on some floors. The cigarette butts in the trash bins outside the lifts on floor 21.

Orsolya (9/5): Nagyon jó helyen egy szép szálloda - Két metró állomás között, kb 5-5 perc sétára. Nagyon szép, modern, rendezett környék, éjjel nappali üzletekkel, éttermekkel és kifőzdékkel. A szoba nagy volt, napi takarítás és friss víz/tea/kávé. A szálloda vendégeinek ingyenes mosási és szárítási lehetőség. A személyzet nem túl kedves és alig beszélnek angolul. Google fordítóval kellett mindent elmagyaráznom. Az ablakok nem szigetelnek jól, sajnos nagyon hallani a forgalmat

Breakfast options are more concentrated towards local taste and not many international dishes are available. Language is another important factor, conversation is possible mainly through translation APP.

Amardeep (8/5): Nice hotel - The hotel was located very close to my office and was a comfortable walk of just 500+m. The walk back and forth to work place was not nice as I had to walk past a public toilet which was very badly stinking all the time. The hotel and its services was nice. I don't smoke, and dont like smoke smell. I could smell smoke as soon as I entered my floor. That was bad, once I entered my room, it was very nice. Breakfast was good. Very few staff members in the hotel and their restaurant speak english. That was a little problem but managed it nonetheless. Overall the hotel was good and I will surely stay in the same hotel if I happen to visit Shenzhen for work.

Verified traveler (8/5): 南山地区のビジネスに便利 - 南山地区の大手メーカ出張で利用したが、ほぼ徒歩圏内で用事が済ませれた。ホテルの周りには何もないが、徒歩5分くらいで食堂などがあるエリア、地下鉄まで10分ほど、その先の新しいモールまで15分ほど。近隣の食堂は、大手メーカの人が多く利用するセルフ式が多く、夕方は人であふれる。フロントやポータ、コンセルジュの対応は良かった、部屋もまずまず、バスタブはない。2泊して唯一不満だったのは、6時半から開いている朝食レストランが、6時半時点で半分くらいしかメイン品数準備できず、全部揃うのが7時前くらいだった。星付きホテルなのでこの辺は徹底してほしい。

HO YAN ADAM (8/5): Generally Ok - The hotel is new, clean and good service. The only hesitation would be no convenience and food store nearby, and it is 15mins walking distance away from metro.
MarkJ (10/5): - Had a short 4 night stay with breakfast; check-in and out hassle free, staff attentive and helpful, breakfast had plenty of choice (Asian and Western alike) would recommend to family and friends... BTW the location at Hi-Tech Park was within easy walking distance and on the main line for the airport + Luohu (Line 1)
JackandBunty (8/5): Comfortable - Stayed here on business for 3 nights. Chosen as it is the only quality hotel near to our office. Good size comfortable room. Shower controls away from shower head so (unusually) one can turn on the shower and get the water temperature right before getting wet. Light switches all marked in English so did not waste half an hour faiing to turn the lights off time. English style cooked breakfast possible after I had worked out the layout of the various foods on offer - always amazed at what foreign cultures have to start their day. Staff friendly with limited English and, for that matter, Cantonese, the basics of which I learned when living in Hong Kong, as almost everyone in Shenzhen has come from somewhere else and speaks Mandarin. Very good value hotel and excellent laundry service.

Verified traveler (8/5): Good hotel which could really stand out - The hotel looks like one that was built for a grand scale and to be up market. It would have been great to see that translate a little more into the overall condition and experience at the hotel. Not having 24 food is a real bummer when you arrive at midnight as there is nothing walking distance from the hotel as a substitute. The minibar was empty. Bathroom condition although clean could be improved with even small improvements as it feels dated. The massage room is 24 hours, but seemed to just be big as opposed to being quality. Main massage area had at least 30-40 seats! Both time I visited, me and my friend were the only two people in there. Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor served very good food, definitely a standout.

Richard (6/5): Misleading picture and facilities. No real bar. - Not sure whose at fault. Some of the pictures on Hotel.com do not match with the Hotel. It’s states that there are two bars and restaurants and there are not two bars or at least it’s not as per the pictures shown as apparently that was 3 plus years ago. The so called rooftop pool bar is not open either. The location is a problem to get taxis and when I asked the concierge to organise a taxi he actually said no to start with and a little argumentative, what he should have said was that yes he could order but it would take 25-30 minutes as busy, which I would have accepted but I only speak English so Hotel needs to make improvements to cater for Westerners. It’s teally comfortable rooms so it’s okay if you happy to wait for transport but not really any decent facilities in walking distance.
555tamirg (10/5): Excellent - Good service, decent breakfast, not that best location, decent cleaning. Only problem was they do not accept USD, and near banks are available to exchange. But their service takes at least takes one our to change 1000 usd to rmb.

urmsu888 (4/5): 2 stars disguising itself as 4 stars - rooms are spacious alright, lobby looks fancy enough, but rooms and corridors are shabby with chipped surfaces, dirty carpets, and mouldy shower cubicles, etc. no minibar or fridge in the room. breakfast is suspicious with coffee machines crying to be cleaned. cigarette smell in non-smoking rooms. for downtime, nothing of interest near the hotel. toilets will clog.
SinghCzar (8/5): Nice Hotel - I was here at the hotel for my 2nd stay in September 2018. This is very convenient as i need to visit my business associates just across the street. This is a nice place to stay and if i count the cost of taxi fare in some of the other hotels i have stayed this is excellent value. Rooms are neat and functional but though not necessarily 5 Star quality. Good size though and neat bathrooms. Check in and check out is efficient and friendly and they have english speaking staff. Breakfast is fairly good for the non oriental traveller Wifi in the room works well. They have an excellent Chinese restaurant which i tried last time i was here.
