- Leah (6/5): It’s a fine stay, you get what you pay for - Staff were friendly, great location to Brisbane Airport It was idea for a night before an airport stay, and it was cheap so I’ll give it that. The room itself was pretty filthy, stains up the walls, layers of dust, dead bugs on the walls. Bed was clean so I guess it does the job, but don’t expect anything more.

This was great after catching an early morning flight from Melbourne. It was also close to the port where we had to catch our cruise from. There was nothing to complain about

- Christian (10/5): Perfect stay for a good price not only for the hotel - The best thing was, that we have arrived quite late and when arriving late at a destination, you may not get a good offer from a car renting station, but you have even to pay sometimes the double amount. So we choosed to stay at Ascot and "walked" the next day just 1,3 km from Ascot to ACE Renting Cars and got there the absolute best offer for our rented car we are using right now on our way from Brisbane to Sydney. Check in at the hotel was supereasy with the code from the keybox and it was NOT 175 meters away, as written in the description, but just 10 meters away from the stairways to our appartement! The only pity was, that we recognized the luggage lift only when we still have lifted up our heavy bags the two floors and maybe 30 stairs by hand and sweat!!! 55555555555555 The next day we have used the lift to bring down our even heavier luggages, because we were shopping at night at Woolworth supermarket, which is just a 600 meters walk away from Ascot. All in all, it was a really nice stay and we slept there very good and deep. We should have got a hint before that there is a luggage lift!!!! 55555555555555

Be nice to have the office attended until at least the last recommended book in time. It’s just nice to have a human greet you with a smile and a welcome.

- Greg (8/5): Clean and well presented however make sure you understand which property you are being booked into. - Very clean and well presented. For a one night stay coming from the airport it was fine. I thought I had booked the Inn but was put in the residences. The blurb on the description indicated a continental breakfast was provided so when I was allocated a room in the residences it was not. I received about 8 emails or SMS messages from the property with instructions and directions. One would have been sufficient.

- Marie (8/5): Second time staying here and will likely stay again. - Good location. Easy drive to the airport or walk to the Hamilton wharf. It looks very dated on the outside but don’t let that deter you. It’s exceptionally clean and very quiet despite the busy road outside.

- Elizabeth (3/5): - The location was great for our late arrival and the access was easy. Bed were ok. There was a smell in the bathroom that was vomit 🤢 worthy. No hotel should smell like that. We were only in the room 6 hours but would feel sorry for any long term stay.
