• Lara (10/5): Nos vemos pronto, ojalá, Casa Palacete 1822. - Voy a comenzar por el principio. La ubicación es fantástica, para poder visitar todos los lugares de interés caminando. Estuvieron pendientes a lo largo de nuestro viaje, enviándonos la ubicación al móvil para que puediésemos llegar hasta la puerta sin problema. Allí nos estaban esperando para hacer el check-in y acompañarnos al parking. Ya en la recepción, nos dieron todo tipo de información y facilidades para hacer turismo en la zona y alrededores. El edificio, un palacete precioso, la habitación elegante, limpísima, cómoda y acogedora. El desayuno, a la carta, muy completo, en una cafetería preciosa. Y lo mejor de todo, el personal, de lo más atento, agradable, educado y cuidadoso. Si vuelvo a Granada y espero que sí, sin duda me alojaría otra vez en Casa Palacete 1822. Más que un hotel, me sentía en casa.

Es importante destacar la insuperable atención recibida por parte de todos, tanto de su fundadora Patricia como el personal de recepción, Inma y David, y la camarera del bar. Fueron amables, cercanos, serviciales y no dudaron en ayudarnos, guiarnos y facilitar nuestra estancia. Tenemos pendiente volver en otra época del año y, por supuesto, lo recomendamos 100%.

• Lorena (4/5): Nada recomendable. - La ubicación La descripción no se correspondía con la realidad. El baño es minúsculo, tanto que para usar el inodoro tenías que sentarte de lado. El lavabo es ridículo, no puedes ni lavarte la cara. Los vasos para enjuagarse la boca eran de café. La calefacción es por bomba de calor, por lo que es muy ruidosa y reseca mucho, por lo que para dormir teníamos que quitarlo. Se indicaba en la publicidad que el apartamento tenía cocina, lo que no es cierto, al igual que albornoz y zapatillas de baño. Pese a ser una habitación doble solo había un albornoz y las zapatillas eras inexistentes. Precio abusivo para la calidad del establecimiento

Es una delicia visual cada habitación y cada rincón del establecimiento. La ubicación inmejorable y de fácil acceso . Parking amplio y de fácil entrada y salida. A destacar el desayuno incluido , todos los productos delicioso , frescos y recién elaborados, un horario muy amplio para pocos madrugadores y unas tostadas que necesitan bajar con hambre por su tamaño . • Olena (8/5): Super Location für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. - Superfreundliches Hotelpersonal. Das Zimmer ist recht klein und außergewöhnlich, aber süß. Alles ist sehr sauber und herzhaft eingerichtet. In der Nacht konnte man allerdings die Straße hören, was uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört hat. Es ist mitten in der Stadt. Wer es auf die Nähe zur Alhambra und zum Zentrum Wert liegt, ist hier genau richtig. Man konnte die Sraße gut hören.

Every detail of the décor was thoughtfully done, with each room inspired by different countries, making it feel unique and special. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and full of charm. What truly stood out was the warm and friendly staff—each and every one of them went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The onsite coffee shop was a real gem, serving excellent coffee and the most delicious pastries. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the city center, yet surrounded by the authentic local culture of Granada. We absolutely loved our stay, the city, and of course visiting the breathtaking Alhambra. This hotel was the perfect place to experience both comfort and culture. Highly recommended!
• Mauro (10/5): Friendly - Renovated apartment close to the very city center (10 minutes walking to the cathedral) but still not crowded. Comfortable and very clean. Air conditioning working really well (a must in Granada) and easy to control. Bathroom renovated with no window, but ventilation working pretty well. Friendly staff, good breakfast (starts at 8.30, not always sharp!). A good place to be.
• JOSE ANTONIO (10/5): Encantadora Estancia - El hotel es una casa en el centro con mucho encanto. La llegada fue difícil por un problema con el GPS, pero bueno, pasable. La recepción ya te indica que es un sitio especial. La habitación amplia, muy cómoda la cama. Baño amplio. Desayuno muy bueno, con todo detalle. Darle las geacias a David y sus compañeras por hacer que la estancia fuera perfecta. Las ubicaciones tan céntricas algunas veces para llegar cuesta un poco.

They truly care about their customers: tried to meet all our requests and anticipate our needs. Especial shout-out to David, who was incredibly helpful - which we greatly appreciated especially as we were traveling with our little baby. You can feel there's a genuine desire to help customers and keep them satisfied. We stayed in the French room and found it very cozy. The decoration was very pretty and the room size wasn't too big or too small for us. The "fireplace" gives it a warm feeling. Of course, the location is also another great point. It's within walking distance of most points of interest. The breakfast was really good - although a little bit more variety would be welcome. The selection of available toasts, jams, and pastries are excellent! The main thing is that we were not aware that the price of the private parking was not included in the reservation. Maybe we missed it somewhere on the site, but in any case it should be (better) indicated at the time of booking. The price isn't low either (25€ per day), so we were surprised to find this unexpected charge on arrival.

• Helena (10/5): Beautiful hotel with the best staff! - We stayed in the beautiful ”India” room in this great little hotel. The staff was really friendly and specially Sarah gave us a lot of great information about what to see and do and even about the best toast for breakfast. We loved the breakfast in the café and the fact that the hotel was on a walking distance from everything we wanted to see.

• Ian (10/5): Best boutique hotel we’ve stayed in - Friendly helpful staff, David’s English was perfect. Excellent location in the centre, beautiful design throughout. Each of the rooms has a different theme, we had the Chinese room which was spacious and tastefully decorated, on the first floor (there is a lift). The cafe attached does a great breakfast, very generous portions. Parking in nearby car park can be arranged through the hotel.

We forget to get tickets to the Alhambra (do NOT let that happen to you) but somehow he managed to find two for us, and not at a markup! Great location! The downstairs cafe was really nice. The rooms were beautiful, but the Chinese room was a little tight. Parking was a challenge, but once again, David helped us!

The room had very little space to put anything, especially in the bathroom, which just had one tiny ledge. It was for a small honeymoon and apart from the staff, who were great, the room was quite disappointing.

• Maria (10/5): Fabulous stay in Granada. - Casa Palacette 1822 is a wonderful place to stay in Granada. It’s centrally situated and very easy to walk to all the main sights. The apartments are beautifully designed with outstanding attention to detail everywhere in the building. David and all the staff were so friendly and helpful and gave us lots of very useful advice for our stay in Granada . Prior to our arrival David had advised us about booking the Alhambra in advance and actually made a booking on our behalf which we paid for when we arrived at the apartments. We wanted to see a flamenco show during our stay and David helped to organise this too which we loved. Breakfast was served in the cafe on site and was delicious. The cafe was so good that we went there every afternoon for coffee and pastries ! We loved our stay in Granada.

• Alexandra (10/5): Casa Palacete - The Casa Palacete is bang in the middle of Granada. Walking distance to everywhere, shops, restaurants, and the Corte Ingles is 1 min walk. We travelled with 2 children, and proximity and flexibility are a must as they may get tired, cranky, etc, and being able to return at any moment was a sigh of relief. Would we return? Yes! Patricia, the owner, was super inviting and recommended a lovely restaurant to have supper at, in addition to her son David recommending places in Sierra Nevada. It was my daughters birthday, and he kindly placed a candle and put happy birthday music for her at breakfast. The little cafe/restaurant is so cute and beautiful it is buzzing in the evening, but no noise was heard in the room. The Palacette is super safe and secure. There was confusion on check times. We travelled a couple of hours to reach there, with the children( tired, cranky ) to check in at 12 pm. We arrived and were informed that check-in is at 1430. Slightly panicked..However, they kindly did their magic, we parked our car, took out the luggage and the room was ready for us.

• Maria (8/5): Perfect little corner in fantastic Granada!!! - Patricia, David, Hugo,Mercedes and other staff are the best hosts. From the moment we arrived they went out if their way to assist us with everything we needed. Their recommendations for lunch and dinner were perfect for our taste. Additionally, the property’s location is perfect to explore Granada. And of course, the aesthetics and comfort of the place makes the stay unforgettable. Only one recommendation, to have someone on call to respond to any emergency during the night time. The day we were leaving at 6:00 am, I realized I forgot my cell phone in the room once in the taxi to the train station. We returned to collect it but no one answered the phone to open the door for us. We lost our train. If there isn’t any one in call then they should install a code based door lock. I asume the responsibility of leaving something behind but I should have been able to retrieve it with time to reach my destination.

I felt such warmth and welcome from them. They were so helpful when I had to change rooms as I have asthma and one room was a bit dusty for me due to my sensitivities. Also, we had a very early check out, worked hard to accommodate this. Great location, 15 mins by taxi from Alhambra. Lovely stay!! It’s lovely!
