- Stephan (8/5): - gute Lage, Fahrräder in separatem Keller verschliessbar, Aussicht auf Loano und die Seesicht, freundliches Personal. Das Essen war gut, aber wenig Abwechslungsreich (gleiches Dessert die ganze Woche, machte den Anschein nicht frisch zu sein). In der Dusche waren die Abdeckung mit Schimmel behaftet und der Abfluss roch sehr streng (in der Nacht musste die Tür geschlossen sein, der Geruch war unangenehm). Für das Pool im SPA wurden 10 Euro pro Tag verrechnet (15m Pool), wobei ein Badtuch nochmals 4 Euro extra kostete.

- julien (8/5): Séjour vacances famille très bon rapport qualité prix - Complexe hôtelier-village vacances. Il y a des chambres et des appartements entièrement équipé, piscine, spa et massage en plus, un restaurant et pas mal de petites choses utiles pour passer plusieurs jours au calme. Appartements classique : bien conçu. Service h24 parle français anglais, un petit market qui va avec le service de l'hôtel. Propre et assez jolie et avec une vue sur la mer lointaine. Une ligne de bus nous amène en 5 minutes à la plage. Place de parking gratuit devant l'hôtel. Lieux très grand donc beaucoup de monde est présent, celà peut entraîner du bruits et de l'inconfort surtout selon quel chambre vous obtenez. Vous pourriez tomber sur une famille un peu bruyante, les appartements sont juste un minimum isolé. Tout ce qui découle des conséquences de côtoyer beaucoup de monde est le point faible de l'hôtel. Peu de place de parking en haute saison.

Parcheggio gratuito con pochi posti auto.

- Marina (5/5): Leider enttäuschend. - Dass viel Platz hat. Und die Kids haben den Kinderpool toll gefunden. Dass die Kids den Indoorpool nicht nutzen durften. Kein Sinn für Details. Minimale Ausstattung der Wohnung. Bar öffnet erst um 16:30; den ganzen Tag erhält man keinen guten Kaffee (ausser aus einem Automaten). Föhn war jedes Mal nach 1 min überhitzt. Frühstücksbuffet enttäuschend (Auswahl und Qualität). Nachttischlampen waren defekt (nur noch Glühbirne); minimale Ausstattung der Küche. Wifi funktioniert meistens nicht. Die grosszügige Anlage wird leider nicht effizient genutzt; etwas mehr Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Lounges etc würden nicht schaden. Indoorspielplatz ist lieblos gestaltet. Mini-Market ist auch nur ein Regal an der Reception.

Camere spaziose e funzionali ed un buon rapporto prezzo/qualità nel periodo prescelto. Personale alla reception molto cordiale. Qualche difficoltà di posteggio in alcuni momenti

- Kristina (10/5): - We spent three nights at the Ai Pozzi Resort & Spa and had an excellent family stay. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, the rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. Great spa, with both indoor and outdoor pools to enjoy. There were also great activities available throughout the day, including padel and football/volleyball. A perfect place for a relaxing and active family getaway.

- Frederic (8/5): Quand même très bien - Sa propreté, ses installations son emplacement Problème de réception de chaîne Française à la télé, et il n’y a pas de grand lit que des lits simples rapprochés
- Marie (8/5): - La résidence. Le logement la situation et le professionnalisme du personnel Parfait pour passer un séjour en ligurie.. Étant manager de residence.je n ai rien à redire. Seul bemol- au niveau de la restauration déçue ne pas avoir plus de propositions en fromages et jambon du pays ainsi d une pizza..De même pour le petit déjeuner.. Mais étant hors saison et peu clients cela peux s expliquer..sinon les menu représentaient bien la diversité et les saveurs de la cuisine italienne et egalement des desserts .Un régal..

- Paolo B* (9/5): Buona location tranquilla pulita e con ottimi servizi! - Bella struttura , completa di ogni servizio dalla spa passando per piscina e buffet agli sport fino ai servizi per gli amici a 4 zampe i prezzi dei servizi sono un po cari dal 75€ a testa per la spa ai 12 € di colazione a buffet che riallinerei al mercato
