- Bakulesh (4/5): - No hot shower. Chappie needed a spaner to turn on our tap to fill a bucket. I turned it off to save water but couldn’t turn it on again! Rinsed off in the basin. Our driver’s dorm room had mice so he slept in the car.

- SHIVANANDA (2/5): - This hotel can not be classified even under 2 star facilities.First of all nobody was present at the reception counter.We visited this hotel to stay for 2 nights.This hotel was kept so dirty as soon as you enter you can see walls with peeled of paint.Room was very dirty. Bed linen was dirty with stains.overall it was a bad experience for us to stay in this hotel.Second day we were asked to move to a smaller room in spite of booking room for 3 person. We left the place staying only one night.I don't understand how hotels.com recommend such hotels as 3 star to customers.
