There was a light pole right by the window in my room which made it really bright in the room. There was a black out blind i didn’t realize there was until after 2 hours of trying to sleep.

- Jessica (9/5): - Just the fact that pool towels could not stay stocked every time we went to the pool, and when I asked for more I was told they were out, so I asked for regular towels and I was told again those were out as well and then I was given bath mats. Another worker walked to the back herself and magically was able to get me regular towels. Apparently they just need to order more. Other than that, everything was perfect🤗

Hot tub was actually hot There were tons of kids screaming and splashing in the pool and hot tub most of the afternoon/evening. It was probably at capacity honestly. We had to wait and go in the morning. It would be nice if they did what some other places are doing and had an hour or two for adults only.

All staff very friendly and helpful. The TV did not work. Desk staff said a discount would be requested, don’t know results. The bed is extremely high, too much more effort to get in it and feel comfortable. Placement of bed and TV not conducive for comfortable watching if TV worked.

- JACOB (9/5): Overall, we will be returning here in the future for our annual trip to Omaha. - The staff was hands-down the best we’ve ever had. They all were attentive and my kids really enjoyed speaking with them each day. The breakfast was also really good. It changed each day a little bit which was nice. The room was also really clean. The only two negatives we had were related to the common areas. The elevators are definitely old and not a smooth ride. They also had a weird smell that sometimes flowed into the lobby. It wasn’t anything we noticed in our room or in the eating area but you definitely smelled it coming and going.

We were a couple blocks from our hospital appointment and had restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff was amazing and very happy and helpful. The property had no downside for our visit.

- Traveller180560 (4/5): Not up to Hampton Inn Standard - This is a one star hotel with a 5 star reception staff. Both the lady who checked us in (Anna) and the lady who checked us out (sorry I don’t know her name, she wore a headscarf and glasses), were charming, friendly, professional and everything a receptionist should be. A real credit to the hotel. You would be amazed how many desk clerks on our 6 week road trip have just stood there and looked at me on arrival, without so much as a smile. Unfortunately, that is where the good part of my review ends. The room was not clean. The bed was OK but the rest of it was grimy. The tile floor In the bathroom and entrance way were filthy. The corner behind the room door was black. I wish I was exaggerating, but sadly not. I will not mention the room number as I do not blame the individual room attendant. This is clearly a management/housekeeping training and supervision issue. How can you allow your standards to be so low. I have another Hampton Inn reservation which I would have cancelled, but I have stayed there before and know it to be a good hotel. A disgrace to the Hilton name.

I felt like not much effort was given for my request. Also, a piece of furniture was missing from the room. I was told they are renovating. I asked about pets being in the room and was told all rooms accept pets because they are pet friendly. I have allergies and feel rooms should be kept pet free for those guests. I understand pet friendly but other hotels choose specific rooms for this.

We thought we'd give it a try and found some smart person finally put in some excellent mattresses. We will most certainly be back. The breakfast was not very good and the large sausage patties were really nasty. Never any gravy which we really miss.
