• Maria (10/5): - La ubicación y el trato. La estancia super bien. la habitación perfecta porque pudimos dejar una llave en la luz que nos permitió tener el aire y la nevera encendida todo el rato. Una reforma a nivel de cerraduras y baño más amplio estaría bien.
• Guest (8/5): Hotel bien localizado y buenas atenciones - El alojamiento bien,pensé que estaría menos por algunas valoraciones que vi en la web más al vivirlo no fue nada mal.Es un hotel antiguo,más limpio y con todo en orden,el precio está acorde.En la terraza tiene vistas muy chulas y se está bien agradable. Al ser un hotel antiguo más con las instalaciones bastantes conservadas y limpio,en la bañera habían bordes oscuros,el mobiliario lógicamente propicia esa humedad que se acumula en esa zona,es cosa que en algún momento remodelarán,más no deja de estar limpio.Nos gustó todo.

Muy buena ubicación Nos sorprendió que si quieres utilizar la mini-nevera de la habitación, te hacían pagar un suplemento de 3€ por día. Lo mismo si quieres utilizar la caja fuerte. No ponen champú ni gel suficiente. Dejan un sobrecito de muestra para todo un fin de semana.

• Edgar (7/5): Hotel perfecto para disfrutar de la playa en Salou - Hotel en el mismo centro de Salou, a 3 minutos de la playa caminando. El personal fue muy amable. La habitación era sencilla y empezaba a necesitar alguna que otra reforma. El precio algo elevado pero es lo estándar para el lugar y la fecha.

• Guest (5/5): Pobre chica de la limpieza - El poder ver el mar. Que la nevera hay que pagarla 3€ por día. Es la primera vez que voy a un hotel y me cobran la nevera de la habitación y hasta la caja fuerte te la cobran he flipado. Hemos tenido que usar bolsas de hielo. No saben ya por dónde sacarte más dinero. En la recepción tienen el aire a tope y en los pasillos donde están las habitaciones no hay ni conducto de ventilación y el personal de limpieza me ha dado hasta pena estaba sudando como nunca. El desayuno muy básico y la salsa de tomate es como si la hubiesen hecho con tomates viejos y no fue cuestión de un día estuvimos 3 días alojados. La ducha estaba sucia con moho entre los azulejos y la manguera al darle más presión se iba para atrás. No volveremos.

AirCondition bit low level. Even 1st floor was way to warm in the room. In the bathroom the toilet blocks the entry to the shower.

• Oihane (7/5): Bien - La ubicación y el bufet del desayuno genial, el hotel esta al lado de la playa y del centro, los empleados muy atentos a la hora de cambiar toallas y el orden Lo unico que no me ha gustado ha sido que en las habitaciones se acumula mucho calor, en las habitaciones esta instalado el aire acondicionado pero no sirve de nada ya que esta instalada bastante lejos de las camas y aparte no enfría. Era bastante agobiante dormir con ese calor acumulado ya que tampoco podías abrir las ventanas porque se escuchaba mucho el ruido de la calle
• Liam (2/5): Hotel hell, but lovely staff - The staff were all very friendly and polite Firstly, the hotel advertises free WiFi throughout the building but the WiFi would not connect in my room (401). I asked the receptionist on two separate occasions to fix the issue but it still did not work. Breakfast was disappointing as there were only a few options of hot items such as bacon, eggs and mushrooms but the rest was just cold meats and cheese. The fruit did not look fresh and was very limited to an apple or a kiwi(?). There were no fresh fruit juices, just the cheap kind of squash and a very weak coffee machine. There was some budget cereal there too but I did not try it. The room was tiny and did not feel clean. When I entered, I took off my shoes then found grit and debris on the bottom of my socks after walking around the room. The bed was small and the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. I was given a very thin cover that felt like a curtain and a small pillow that was not comfortable either. The bathroom was very run down with dirty tiles and rust and the toilet was so close to the wall that I could only use it with the bathroom door open and one leg outside! The shower was tiny too and the shower door did not close properly. The wiring for the hairdryer was taped up in a shoddy way that looked unsafe and when using the hairdryer, the smell coming from it was terrible. There was no bin in the room either. The general upkeep of the room was atrocious, even the door to the balcony was crumbling in the corners. The 'view' front the balcony was just a blank wall. It was pointless to go out there There are lots more issues. If management would like to discuss this with me, I'm happy for them to contact me. Also, I was shocked when I asked the receptionist why I couldn't open the fridge in my room and they told me because it's an extra €3 per night just to use it! In peak summer time!? For the price of the room, I certainly would not expect to have to pay extra just to keep my water cool in 30° heat!
• Gidea (9/5): Locația hotelului este atât de bună încât uiți de micile probleme - Locația este excelentă iar în cameră nu se făcea foarte cald ca era pe partea cu umbră. În jur sunt cele mai bune restaurante iar plaja e la 5 minute de mers pe jos Ar putea să aibă mai multă grijă la curățenie și băile sunt extrem de mici
• lamchachti (7/5): C'était super et merci encore à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel président - L'emplacement est tout simplement parfait tout est à proximité plage magasin shopping et le personnel très réactif et très compréhensif merci à eux Un parking serait idéal pour l'hôtel car c'est la seule chose qui manque prenez exemple sur la ville de Callela un parking journée dans toute la ville à 8euro permet de se garer n'importe où sans qu'on repense à remettre des pièces dans l'horodateur

• Marion (5/5): - L’emplacement était correct mais mal indiqué. Bonjour, Lors de notre arrivée dans la chambre, le compteur était couper et on avais pas de Clim donc une chaleur écrasante. Deuxième chose, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas; ce qui est embêtant lorsque nous avons des enfants avec nous. Et dernière chose, j’ai mis une bouteille d’eau au frigo et lendemain lorsque j’ai voulu l’as récupérer pour boire de l’eau fraîche; la bouteille était brûlante et le frigo également. Et rapport qualité prix, 126 euros pour une nuit avec tout les désagréments, c’est une honte.

• Karem (9/5): Agradable pero hay puntos que solucionar - La atención del personal excelente, las chicas del aseo muy atentas. La ubicación muy buena, pleno centro Las políticas del hotel muy retrógradas. No hay un hervidor pequeño que generalmente los hay en todos los hoteles. La electricidad se corta si sales de la habitación, 3 euros por días para poder tener la nevera ??? Pienso que la manera de abaratar costos no es la adecuada. Creo que esto sí me decepcionó. Gracias al personal que trabaja de corazón por el hotel esto funciona. Espero que el Sr o Sra gerente se tome la molestia de leer todas las evaluaciones y tome cartas en el asunto.
• Susana NQ (5/5): - La limpieza inmejorable. Ubicación excelente Instalaciones con muchas posibilidades de mejora. El bufet del desayuno muy básico, poca variedad, relación calidad precio excesivo
• Sharon (8/5): Good stay - Staff friendly. Decent size room with 2 double beds. Location good....15 min walk to the town centre bars etc Bathroom small and dated. Paid for breakfast on the last day but hot food was cold.

• Nramoszu (8/5): Buen hotel y ubicación , con algún pero..... - El personal, muy amable. Ubicación excelente, nada ruidoso. Sistema de llaves. No hay máquina vending. Ampliar horario del jacuzzi . Pagar por uso de nevera ....
