• Frank (8/5): Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich weiterempfehlen. - Wir benötigten ein Doppelzimmer sowie ein Familienzimmer. Alles wurde unkompliziert und entsprechend unserer Wünsche hergerichtet. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und sauber sowie mit einem hellen, freundlichen Bad ausgestattet. Da die Unterkunft nur einige Zimmer hat, kann man kein riesiges Frühstücksbuffet erwarten, aber es war alles ausreichend und frisch, Kaffee wurde nach unseren Wünschen frisch gebrüht. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Rezeption und Frühstücksraum sind in einem recht kleinen Raum untergebracht. Deshalb sitzt man etwas beengt, z. T. auf Hockern. War deshalb nicht wirklich gemütlich. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu bemängeln.
• Manuela (8/5): Aufgrund der zentralen Lage, der Sauberkeit und des freundlichen Personals weiterzuempfehlen! - Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück gut, das Personal war allgemein sehr freundlich (bis auf das weibliche Personal beim Frühstück, diese war unfreundlich) Nicht gefallen hat uns das Ersatzzimmer (aufgrund eines Wasserrohrbruchs oberhalb unseres Zimmers wurde wir ins Nebengebäude ausquartiert) direkt am Eck der Hauptstraße - sehr laut!

Purtroppo ci sono lavori di ristrutturazione sulla facciata del condominio e pertanto rumori persistenti che impediscono il riposo dal mattino presto. La sala colazione è minuscola e la colazione non è varia.

Diğer taraftan nevresim olayı çok kötüydü ince yorganın örtüsü yok gibi birşeydi çarşaftan yorgan örtüsü yapmışlar. 3 gece kaldık son gün temizlik istedik temizlik yapıldı ama havlular değişmedi ve yeni su konmadı

• Michelle (8/5): Good value for money and superb location. - The room was very spacious and very quiet. The windows effectively blocked out the traffic noise. The location was superb and the staff was very attentive to any request. The Breakfast was varied and the place was clean. Our rooms were cleaned on daily basis and the towels and supplies refilled everyday. The service in general was all very well managed. The entrance to the rooms is through a condominium not a hotel entrance

• Maria (4/5): Nicht wirklich begeistert.Würde es nicht empfehlen. Auf jedem Fall nicht Luxury - Die Lage war sehr praktisch. Ungenügend Steckdosen vor allem beim Nachttisch. Da meine Mann über Nacht eine Beatmungshilfe über die nacht haben muss, hatten wir nicht genügend Steckdosen zBs. für die Handys Ladung. Dazu waren die Steckdosen etwas unstabil. Über Nacht war im Zimmer sehr warm. und hatten wir einen komischen Ton im Zimmer speziell Mitte Raum. Ich kann nicht sagen was es war. Leitung / Lüftung... das muss wirklich abgechekt werden.Denke das könnte die Lüftung sein.

• Francesco (6/5): Mi aspettavo molto di più viste le recensioni positive lette online - La struttura vanta una posizione davvero invidiabile, al primo piano di una palazzina a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro Flaminio, rendendola perfetta per chi vuole muoversi a piedi o con i mezzi. Nota di merito assoluta per lo staff: persone gentili e professionali che hanno cercato di rendere il soggiorno piacevole, arrivando anche a propormi un upgrade della stanza. Purtroppo, la cura dell'ambiente non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative (e del prezzo). Al mio arrivo la stanza non era particolarmente pulita e ho riscontrato un problema tecnico evidente: il telefono della doccia era completamente staccato dal tubo, rendendola di fatto inutilizzabile fino alla riparazione. Da segnalare anche la presenza di lavori in corso che, inevitabilmente, creano qualche disagio. La colazione e i servizi: Nota dolente per la colazione: inizia alle 08:00, un orario decisamente troppo tardivo per chi si trova in viaggio per lavoro. Inoltre, la varietà è scarsa e la qualità deludente: quasi tutti i prodotti erano ultra-processati e a lunga conservazione. Anche il set di cortesia in bagno è apparso davvero troppo "minimal" per il costo della struttura.

Dobre śniadanie od 8.00 do 11.00, wykwaterowanie o 10.30 Pleśń w pokoju, w szczególności w łazience, pokój san pietro, dość brudno, łóżko mało wygodne, poduszki były płaskie jak z kamienia i niestety głośno. Jest to chyba jakieś mieszkanie podzielone na mniejsze pokoje. Lokalizacja ok, blisko metra i autobusu ale do innych atrakcji jak coloseum itp jest stosunkowo daleko. Pokój jest zlokalizowany przy samej ulicy, także w nocy nie można otworzyć okna bo jest strasznie głośno, słychać motocykle i samochody.

• Adi (5/5): - המלון רועש מאוד! לא נרדמנו בלילות מצפצופים ורעשים מהמסדרון. פנינו לקבלה של המלון ועדכנו אותנו שהמלון במרכז העיר ולכן הרעש המוגזם ושאין מה לעשות בעניין. יש לציין שהמלון לא נמצא במרכז העיר, 15-20 דקות הליכה לפחות למקומות מרכזיים. בנוסף, המלון עצמו לא באמת ״מלון״ מקום מאולתר בתוך בניין מעבר ל4 דלתות עם קודים מעייפים.

• Nayla (3/5): Some things good, but many unfortunate cons. - The location is pretty good and close to attractive places in town. The people working in the hotel were very attentive and ready to help in whatever way they could. The rooms were clean and well presented. We were unfortunate that there was a very loud crowd staying at the hotel at the same time, and one of them seemed to not care about their alarm at 6am. It would continue ringing and the walls are like paper. It was torture for the entire stay. The hotel per se was alright, but for the price we payed, the room was very small. The breakfast was also just alright, I would recommend you deciding on the day if you want to have there and paying on the spot. Take in mind that if there's a lot of people, you may be waiting a long time because for us, there was just one person making coffees in a small kitchen, who was also handling refilling the baskets and breakfast menu available. So may as well check how many people are in the breakfast room before deciding. The internet connection was unreliable and stopped working for a day and a half could not be fixed by the staff which made the stay a bit boring. One of the bathroom taps started screaming every now and then, sometimes every 10 minutes and during the night and we had to wake up and mingle with it until it stopped.
