929amyb (4/5): Poor Marriott. Lack of basic standards - This was my 2nd time at this hotel - I should have learned from the first. Let me say- being a gold member atleast recognize that by fulfilling requests. A feather free room means REMOVE all feathers prior to arriving. Twice this happened and the smell from the local sewage plant was enough to make you stay inside. The side door access is propped open for all to enter which is a safety concern brought to their lack of attention. 2 times and I got some point back but still not enough to recover from sinus and allergy attacks. Good Management is lacking.

Julio (8/5): Great place, good price and amazing location - Staff was very helpful and respectful. They helped us with some packages being delivered. Breakfast was good and location is wonderfull. Quiet, family friendly and comfortable place. Nice price also compared to other similar options. We got a room assigned when we arrived but there was a finished joint in the bathroom floor. We reported it in mediately and we got a new room. Aside from this everything was great.

Y9746AXaustinm (2/5): Canceled our reservation at 1am for no reason and made us sit outside with our babies until 3am... - had to change my review.... we had a reservation to visit family and called the day we would arrive to have a baby bassinet in the room for us and the checked our reservation and agreed...we arrived later that night around 1am only to be told they canceled our reservation and were now booked full even though earlier in the day they confirmed it. so we had to sit outside with 3 babies from 1am to 3am trying to find a hotel and then magically they had a room become available at 3am which they proceeded to charge us MORE fore even though its the same room. To cancel a reservation for no reason without a call or email when the room was confirmed, we werent late, no problem with payments , and reservation was made 2 weeks in advance. disgusting customer service and will never stay here again Unreal. making a family sit outside in the middle of the night like that with babies they are just asking for confrontations

Prudence (8/5): A pleasant and enjoyable experience. - Breakfast ... a wide variety to choose from. I wished that the room was vacuumed daily. the bath room was tidied daily and towels replenished but the beds were left undone.

PKPAPS (6/5): The smell of sewage is unbearable. - The smell defines this hotel! Do not minimize the reviews on this hotel that talk about the smell. There is a sewage treatment plant across the street and the smell is at times sickening. We had no idea so we called the front desk, thinking our bathroom was malfunctioning. The staff has a script that they have clearly been trained to use. “Thank you for letting us know. There is a sewage treatment plant across the street. We will call them to let them knowledge.” We would have moved out and found another hotel but it would have been a major hassle. They offer to bring air fresheners to your room. The smell of feces covered up with fake flower smell didn’t sound appealing. It’s sad because otherwise it is a nice hotel…clean, friendly check in staff, etc. It’s awkward that there is not bottled water (not even for purchase in the Grab and Go). Sadly, we won’t stay here again.

We were not given hand towels two mornings. When we requested coffee cups in the morning, we were told we would have to come get them. We wanted a cup of coffee while getting ready.

Ademas no pudimos descansar, hasta altas horas de la noche hubo muchl ruido, personal bajo efectos del licor, gritando, escuchando musica a alto volumen, tocandonos la puerta. Llamamos a rexepción y no hubo solución

The smell came through our air vents and you literally feel like you’re inhaling it. Thee worst experience. Save your money and go else where.

Hotel manager Marc was very friendly and accommodating for our early flight arrival. Marc has friendly staff who work hard to keep the property clean. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this Best Western hotel.

Kimberly (3/5): - We had an issue with the AC in our room. We booked a 4 night stay. On the 1st and last night the AC stopped working during the night hours. We talked with the front desk and management after the 1st night. We requested to switch rooms but the manager told us he could have maintenance fix it. He wouldn't change our room. The AC did work fine on day 2 and 3 but on the last night it stopped working at night just like the 1st night. I was totally dissatisfied and will never stay at Fairfield Inn again. The room should have been fixed immediately without further issue.

Janice (10/5): Quiet and Comfortable - I liked the location and the fact that it was a lot of restaurants and things to do in the area. Didn't have to drive far out for anything. Close to the Pembroke Lakes Mall and movie theater. Also the hotel was quiet at night no kids running up and down the hallway. The bathroom was very clean. The amenities for the hotel was great, however, the coffee for breakfast was horrible. Also the light in the ceiling over the microwave didn't work.
