The WiFi was bad, little reception in rooms so had to go to reception to improve. And speed was slow. Place was further out of town than I thought, but that was my problem not theirs!

Personnel accueillant, disponible et parlant anglais. Piscine froide, linge de lit + toilettes tachés, on entend quand même bien le bruit de la route. Restaurant très moyen, petit déjeuner correct mais pas mémorable. Attention, si vous êtes sur place pour visiter les chutes d'Iguaçu des deux côtés, loger en Argentine n'est pas idéal car beaucoup d'attente à la frontière, à n'importe quelle heure.

• Griffin (8/5): This was a wonderful hotel, really peaceful, calm and the staff are fantastic. - The staff at El Pueblito were fantastic - super welcoming and really helpful. The diner was great and again, the service was really attentive. The grounds themself were wonderful, especially the chapel! This was a good stay if you want a quiet and relaxing stay. However, wasn’t within walking distance of anything and so this is something to consider if you want something to do in the evening. Whilst the breakfast had a variety of foods, none of them were particularly tasty.

Nos despertó a las 8am un empleado con una sopladora de hojas, muchísimo ruido y olor a combustión. Al lado hay obras con maquinarias viales, no deberían utilizar las habitaciones que dan a esa calle ni ninguna de ese edificio, además de haber muchísimo ruido, el edificio entero se movía.

Afløb i bad fungerede ikke ordentlig så der løb vand ud på gulvet. Udendørs faciliteter kan ikke anvende, da de ikke er rengjort, der mangler hynder og grillområdet er meget beskidt. Da vi ankom fik vi tilbudt et værelse på et helt andet hotel for den første nat, da aircondition ikke virkede på det rum vi skulle have haft. Det var ret besværligt i forhold til vores planlagte ture. Vi havde intet hørt om det inden ankomst. Kommunikationen med hotellet op til vores ophold har været meget mangelfuld. Vi havde booked værelset via Booking.com og fik flere gange besked fra hotellet om, at vores kreditkortoplysninger fejlede. Vi forsøgte at kommunikere med hotellet om dette, men fik aldrig noget svar - hverken på mails eller WhatsApp beskeder. Det lykkedes først at få misforståelsen opklaret, da vi bad Booking.coms kundeservice kontakte hotellet. Alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse. Kan ikke anbefale dette hotel.

• Marko (6/5): Lindo Lugar, pero necesita mantenimiento y más atención a los detalles. - La ubicación del hotel es excepcional, esta ubicado en el camino hacia las Cataratas del lado Argentino y es una zona muy tranquila, sin ruidos y solo con los sonidos de la naturaleza. Las instalaciones son muy pintorescas y se asemeja a una casa colonial de la época con sus corredores y pasillos, ladrillos de barro etc. Tiene una hermosa pileta amigable para las personas de 3era Edad y hasta una mini capilla con vitrales hermosos. El restaurante y area de desayuno esta sobre un muelle donde por debajo pasa un estanque con pequeñas aves de humedal. Aparte de eso, el predio cuenta con un pequeño mariposario, y una serie de terrarios con yakares y serpientes. (Que no estan en el mejor estado, pero existen) Muy relajante e ideal para descansar después de unas largas caminatas por los diferentes atractivos de la zona. Le falta algo de mantenimiento al predio. Si bien las habitaciones estaban limpias, algunos accesorios se les nota el desgaste, por ejemplo el baño. Algunas puertas, corredores y lugares comunes lucen abandonados o estan rotos. El centro biologico y mariposario lucen abandonados. Utilizan bebederos de picaflor pero el agua ser ve fermentada. No deberían directamente usar bebederos de ese tipo si no los van a cambiar a diario. El personal de Recepción a veces esta ausente de sus puestos de trabajo, dejando la recepción abandonada. Pareciera que están cortos de personal, especialmente en horas de la tarde. Y por ultimo que te cobren 8 dólares por un poco de Hielo para el termo es un abuso. En otros hoteles eso es gratis.

• Marie (4/5): Disappointed and unhelpful staff - Trail on property Location and staff. Requested early check-in since would be traveling for 29 hours on booking. Said if room ready could accommodate. On arrival staff refused to even check and said no early check-ins. Waited for hours and even 15 minutes before regular check-in would not check with staff on room readiness. Was clear that room had been ready for hours and cleaning staff no where near room and sitting around. In addition not made clear need cash on arrival for tax so wasted taxi to and fro. Town for ATM. Nothing is convenient to hotel.

O quarto ( suíte presidencial) espaçoso e limpo, ótimo colchão, chuveiro bom ( bastante água) , banheiro enorme, secador de cabelo funcionando😀. O atendimento foi excelente, com funcionários educados e simpáticos! O café da manhã é simples, Internet trava um pouco! Tem elevador, mas, é melhor subir pela escada! Lento e apertado.

• joetidd (6/5): Characterful/quirky hotel, well-located for the Falls - The hotel is in a good location, about 25 minutes by car from the airport and falls, just outside the town. The eco "park" setting is quirky and worth a short visit. The breakfast/dining room is attractive, although the choice of evening meals is limited. There are a couple of other dining options within a few minutes walk. The rooms are located in a separate block, so an issue if it's raining. The rooms are spacious, but ours had a very noisy aircon unit directly over the bed, so impossible to have running at night.

The hotel buildings are surrounded by a park that is big and probably used to be beautiful. The park is seriously run down - desperately needs renovation. The pool looks very dirty. The reception staff is horrible - miscalculated the room price on the first day, tried charging us a wrong amount at the checkout, everything was extremely slow and rather unfriendly.

• Wolfgang (10/5): Eine Oase bei Iguazu - Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von Iguazu, aber das ist kein Problem, man muss das Hotel nicht verlassen. Es ist eine Oase, in der man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Mit Pool, Bar, Restaurant und Dschungelgelände hat man alles für einen Aufenthalt. Nach dem Besuch der Wasserfälle mit dem entsprechenden Andrang an Touristen kann man sich hier wunderbar erholen. Ich würde sofort immer hier unterkommen und es jedem empfehlen. Man wird vom Flughafen abgeholt und der Transfer ist im Preis für das Zimmer enthalten.

• Zooker1 (10/5): Beautiful eco-friendly hotel, and delicious restaurant! - This place doesn’t look like much from the outside, but as soon as you go through the door, it transforms into a beautiful Eco Park with a hotel and restaurant inside. The food at the restaurant is delicious! The rooms are very nice and the grounds are kept all natural with walking trails and a butterfly garden. The air-conditioning in the rooms works very well and the staff are super polite and sweet.I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Iguazú and be sure to eat dinner here!

• MARIA CECILIA (7/5): Easy to visit Iguazu waterfalls, spacious room - Great location to visit both sides of the Iguazu waterfalls. The hotel staff helped contacting a taxi (no Uber here), and we ended up using the same service for our entire stay. Breakfast was OK. The door of our room had a huge gap in the wood, didn't feel safe as the door seemed open and bug and noises would go thru. We were very disappointed with the overpriced laundry service! They charged more than 60k to regular wash a small bag of clothes, mostly kids clothes. I also didn't like the state of the Bioparco connected to the hotel, the paths are dangerous for walking and the animals are not in great conditions... The swimming pool is more of a puddle, can't really swim. There's a part of hotel under construction, it is covered by a net but it's quite visible and doesn't look great to walk around there.
• Romina (8/5): Precioso hotel y calido personal, faltan mejorar limpieza y condiciones de la habitacion - El hotel es precioso, con un recorrido por su parque con mariposario , orquideario bellizimo. Por el precio que pague, no se porque me dieron la peor habitacion del hotel, todas las otras eran mas grandes, mejor ubicadas con balcon, como las que aparecian en las fotos, la mia era la mas alejada, se notaba que era un espacio adaptado, habia un sauna clausurado que daba a un mini patio cerrado adentro de mi habitacion. Muy encerrada. poca limpieza, mal ubicados los enchufes. tacho de basura roto con un clavo puesto para poder habrirlo, un peligro. la tv a 5 metros de la cama, imposible ver. El desayuno correcto pero faltaban algunas condiciones de frio en los fiambres y dela temperatura del agua y leche que no estaban calientes. Repito que es un hotel precioso, seria bueno que mejoren estas cosas, para que la experiencia sea mejor.

• Gilda (9/5): Muy agradable - Me gustó la amabilidad de todo el personall, el restaurante con muy ricos platos y a muy buen precio, habitación amplia y muy bien equipada y el bosquecito con el mariposario que tiene el hotel. En el caso de nuestra habitación el baño no tenía un cuadro de ducha sino solo media mampara y se mojaba todo cuando te bañabas.

• Anna (4/5): - Отель вписан в природу, создает ощущение пребывания в джунглях Отель нуждается в ремонте. Старая сантехника, плохо оборудованные санузлы. Завтрак скудный. Ресторан неаероятно медленно обслуживает. Непрофессиональный рецепшен. Все крайне медленно. Сделала запрос трансфера через Booking, трансфер не приехал. Написала в WhatsApp отеля - ответили, что не смотрят переписку с Booking, но в WhatsApp тоже не отвечают. И так до бесконечности. Абсолютно нет каалификации в сервисе.
• Emerson Luis (7/5): Ficou bem aquém das expectativas - Quarto bem espaçoso A entrada dele toda esburacada é de terra e cascalho, com chuva virou um lamaçal. Ficamos no segundo andar e o elevador estava quebrado, tivemos que levar as bagagens pela escada. E o café da manhã é bem fraco

• Solomon (1/5): Bed experience!!! - We booked a hotel four months in advance and literally just before arriving, we told them we were on our way to the hotel. When we arrived, tired but happy, we found out our room had already been sold and we'd been transferred to another hotel, which turned out to be much worse. And nothing could be changed. They also ruined our plans to spend a good time with our friends who were already staying at the same hotel.
• Angelica Maria Atencio Alvarez (9/5): Un lugar muy lindo en Puerto Iguazú - El hotel es muy lindo, permite un contacto directo con la naturaleza, cuenta con un mariposario. Además, su infraestructura simula a Puerto Iguazú en sus inicios, tiene hasta una pequeña capilla. Los desayunos estaban buenos y están disponibles desde las 7am. Me gustó la variedad de frutas que tenían. El personal es muy amable. A pesar de que la habitación era grande, la ducha me pareció pequeña y un poco incómoda. Le faltaba un poco de aseo a la ducha también.

Muy rico el desayuno. En especial los chipas Muy atento el personal. En especial Diego del servicio tecnico y mantenimiento Valoro que los espacios comunes sean libres de humo, reservando lugares alejados para quienes fumaban Agregaria difusores en las habitaciones ya que al entrar se percibe un aroma particular que no supe diferenciar si es a humedad. Pondria sillones/reposeras mas comodas fuera de las habitaciones ya que las sillas de madera eran muy rigidas. Mejoraria el habitat del caiman/cocodrilo o lo derivaria a algun lugar con mas comodidades

• Rodrigo (10/5): Espectacular experiencia de selva Guaraní - Desayuno muy bueno y con huevos revueltos de verdad. Las frutas y otros cosas estaban genial. El restaurante tiene un servicio muy completo y la comida es de calidad La piscina es como de cuento rodeada de una selva hermosa y un espacio para estar relajado El sistema de spa de la piscina no funcionaba. Echamos de menos alguna factura/bollería para el desayuno. El acceso de los vehículos está muy bacheado, lo cual causa charcos y difícil acceso peatonal El comercio más cercano requiere un paseo de 5 minutos

• Alena (8/5): Great jungle experience - Location is phenomenal, away from city, but still walkable, breakfast was very good, coffee is brown water, but at least hot. Rooms were authentic, large, with spanish mission accents , lovely jungle experience , nice pool, and zoo park was awesome Breakfast after 930am is empty, you have to ask for replenish on everything. I dont like check out at 10am. I dont want to set my alarm on my vacation to eat and get out. It should be at least 11am. They were harassing us from 10am to leave. I dont like that. Evening guys are awesome.

• Karsten (10/5): Supernice stay in a park - The Hotel has several buildings surrounded by a park. Just amazing! Breakfast is fully ok. Enjoy the pool area. Hotel has a ln own restaurant or you go across the street to Marco Polo for a change. Pleas note: If you come from the BRA side: there are several bus companies, which are cheap and relatively fast (they skip the terrible traffic jam at border control). Just ask to get the right one. Change to line 11 (Cataratas) at Bus terminal Puerto Iguazu or at the roundabout (Punto Iguazu, ask the driver). Or you take a Taxi at the Border Control, which will save you time. Same if you go from ARG to BRA, bus stop is close to hotel. Taxis are superexpensive and not faster. UBER doesn’t work across the boarder, because of traffic jam. The park should be renovated in the Zoo part. The area for the Crocodiles is way to small - even our room was bigger! Some rooms have a concrete roof - avoid - you will be grilled alive.
• JUAN (8/5): buen hotel - Esta alejado de la ciudad por lo cual es muy tranquilo el restaurante es muy bueno Me dio pesar ver las instalaciones donde tienen el Cocodrilo, no veo que sea un espacion para mantener un animal salvaje

E o hotel tem um pasceio interno com orquidario, borboletario, aquario e tem até um jacaré que deve ter no minimo uns 2m, eu fiquei encantada com o local. Minha filha amou, fizemos o tour dentro do hotel umas 3x Achei os valores meio salgados dentro do hotel em comparação com o todo e a cobrança de algumas taxas na entrada que nao foram especificadas anteriormente, como um pagamento de "turista" que era algo local na cidade e que só recebia em pesos argentinos, tivemos que correr atras de fazer cambio....

• Dibe (6/5): Medio pelo. - Lugar agradable El wifi malo no andaba bien se cortaba mucho y débil . El cable pésimo. No podíamos enganchar una peli. Muy limitados los canales. Al no haber internet no podíamos ver Netflix disney. También me cobraron mas de lo que convenía en booking. Tasa del viajero tasa municipal que no entendí porque el cobro tampoco lo decía al momento de contratar en la página. Las facturas pésima del desayuno. Una masa sin gusto. Y no es de 4 estrellas Yo le pondría 2 estrellas

• JC (10/5): - Lovely location, close to falls and airport. Really beautiful hotel, a converted mission surrounded by forest. Great food in the restaurant and for breakfast. A great place to relax after walking the falls.

• maria eugenia (10/5): Excelente y placentera - Rodeada de vegetación autóctona, para desconectar y relajarse. Tiene en sus instalaciones un Ecoparque, con animales, los chicos estaban fascinados. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Desayuno muy rico y abundante. En el desayuno no había banana, manzana ni Palta, alimentos q los argentinos solemos comer.
• Julian (10/5): Una joyita - Muy rico desayuno, variado y con lo necesario. Las instalaciones son hermosas. Rustico, pero elegante. Un entorno natural y una infraestructura perfectamente adaptada al mismo. La habitación amplia y muy cómoda. La comida del restaurante no era mala, pero podría haber sido mejor, sobre todo por el precio. Muy buena la atención eso si.

• Matthew (9/5): A great night's sleep - I had the best sleep of my entire trip through Argentina/Brasil at this spot. The room was super comfortable. I sort of wish that I could have stayed another night because I really needed to catch up on sleep. Restaurant serves good food and the breakfast is sufficient. Very helpful staff who were very patient with my bad Spanish. The WiFi is a bit spotty inside the actual rooms, it is part of being in the jungle though, so it's not really their fault. The rooms could use a fresh coat of paint in some areas, as it looked like there was blood stain (maybe not, I don't know) on my room's bathroom wall, but they seem to be making renovations.

• Anna_Maria39_11 (6/5): I see the vision - I experienced this hotel as a work in progress. My review could easily have been downgraded to 2 dots with one or two more problems, and it could easily have been upgraded to 4 dots with a few fixes. I appreciate the vision of what this facility is trying to accomplish. I thought the breakfast buffet was really good, the evening meal not so much. I stayed in room 36 which was spacious and quiet. The location is slightly inconvenient but it was doable walk (along the highway) to find a restaurant and grocery store. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and they accommodated leaving luggage at the front for early arrivals and late departures.
