- Neva (8/5): - Room was very close to pool/hot tub/beach front inspite of having beach front room w/balcony/patio as I had expected. Those rooms were reserved for timeshare owners although they were vacant while we were there. Did not like the fact that there was no attendees on property 24/7. We had a room reserved for Friday night but could not retrieve a key from lock box 2nd try to enter room. Ended up sleeping in my van til 7:am next morning until maintenance man showed up at 7:pm. Office manager did not show at 7:am as promised...then threatened to call police if we didn't leave. I had paid reservations to stay there for 3 nights not just 2 nights. She was no help & angry that I had reported incidents to Expedia for my inconvenience.

- Treavor (8/5): - The property was exactly what I expected. It had some signs of wear, but the location was perfect and the rooms had everything we needed to have a great stay. The staff was helpful. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and relaxing. The only thing we didn't like was the construction next door that woke us up starting around 8am on week days, but there isn't much the property can do about that.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - hated the uncomfortable seating and bedding, especially since i told' Warden' Debbie as i call her, that my wife just had back surgery and needed at least a chair with a back cushion. she couldn t have been less accomodating or less helpfull. There was almost no other guests and refused to put us in any of the rooms i thought we would be in.We actually left a day early, because it was so uncomfortale, not only for my wife, but myself as well. Thanks for NOTHING WARDEN.

- Gunda (8/5): No frills get away - The place doesn’t look like much from the outside but it’s surprisingly nice inside. I slept very well as it was quiet and the bed was super comfy. It’s also right by the beach so one can short circuit having to find parking and a trip to the beach. Staff were reasonably friendly although quite strict about enforcing check out time and not parking beyond checkout time on their property despite there being almost no guests which I found unreasonable
- Rico (8/5): - Location was great, room was clean, office receptionist was nice. But and there's is always a but! The office was closed by the time you check in which is by 4 p.m. Made arrangements to get my key when I arrive. So there is no real problem there just be sure to communicate I suggest calling the hotel the day you make reservations and also call the hotel the day of arrival so there are no surprises. One last thing the biggest disappointment of the hotel was the jacuzzi was closed down😟😕🙁.... other than that the stay was great the pool was great the beach was great the room was great the whole location was great for me!

The wicker furniture within the unit was old and worn out. The entire unit need a fresh coat of paint and some TLC. The unit did have two bedrooms and a kitchen which was nice. Swimming pool is nice and good access to the Ocean.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 4th of July weekend - Staying at Club Sea Oats exceeded my expectations. It was a last minute booking because everything was full at the others Hotel. I am glad I chose this stay because the cleanliness and quietness was extraordinary. I had a Studio w/ a Murphy bed in front of the pool then to the beach. Ocean front view and both my husband and I were pleased. Comfortable bed, pillows and the AC fantastic. I will definitely stay here again.
- Vanessa (8/5): - The staff was friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, the beach was amazing and the pool are was nice. The room had everything we needed from dishes and silverware to pots and pans.The only issue we had the beds were very noisy anytime you moved.

It is very conveniently located and the beach here is awesome, since its in front of the hotel it doesnt get packed and you can also access the pool. Debbie was so nice and accommodating. The room is equipped with almost everything you can need. My only grievance is that the beds and pillows are super super uncomfortable and loud, and the tvs are beyond small. The place needs a little bit of an update but otherwise its quaint, safe, and a very okay place to stay.

She called the police and tryed to evict our neighbors for a man being on the property that was not even with them. The only plus side to this is it was fairly cheap for a 1 bedroom.

She accused my kid of something he didn't do and she complained to us about our towels being dirty. Get a better cleaning lady and the towels won't be dirty? It's a timeshare not a hotel. Would've been nice to know before booking.

- Ronald G. (4/5): Rude - Management was not very friendly at check in. While trying to check in they hung the phone up on me twice. They had very limited parking and didn’t seem to care where to park our other vehicles and trailers. When she finally gave us some info on somewhere to park, the cost was extremely high. $180 for two trailers. Found out later the two were related. The unit was smaller than expected. Would not recommend for a group over two people.

Staff was great. We were able to cook an excellent Thanksgiving dinner in our little kitchen. We walked right out to the ocean every day - several times a day, actually. There was a grocery store really close. Everything was wonderful! Can't wait to go back!
- Joni W. (10/5): Looks exactly as pictured. Couldn't get any closer to ocean - We had a great stay at Club Sea oats. Rooms look just like pictured and were nice and clean. good place for a family to stay. My only recommendation would be that those using the pool not be allowed to be in it all night. These rooms look over the pool so when people are out there till 2 in the morning drinking and being loud it is a little hard to sleep. Room was well equipped though and beautiful views.
