- AMERICA JAHIN (7/5): Agradable - El hotel es bonito, super limpio, los elevadores son grandes, me gusto que la habitaciòn que me tocò tenìa una gran ventana y estaba decorada con cuadros de la bella ciudad. Tiene un gran estacionamiento. El desayuno està bien. La ubicaciòn definitivamente no es la mejor, ya que al salir solo ves una avenida grande, si deseas salir en la noche necesariamente tendrìas que sacar tu auto porque cercano no hay mucho.

- pattymO3367LD (10/5): Perfect and close to the airport - My family and I stayed for one night before we flew out of Zacatecas. We arrived a few hours before check in but they had a room available for us. The room was very nice, clean, and modern. The staff was amazing! They arranged us a ride to the airport at 5:30 am and even gave us to-go lunch bags since we missed breakfast! The cafe was okay, my mom liked her soup but I didn’t enjoy my salad. They also couldn’t do a glass of wine, only the bottle but that was no problem. All in all I highly recommend this hotel especially if you need a place to stay for an early flight.

- Sabrina (10/5): Saving Grace Hotel - My brother and I had an amazing time at this hotel. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and kind. We had to find an alternative hotel option due to an allergic reaction to the bad hygiene at another hotel 1 mile away. Within 15 min. we found this hotel. We felt it was a night and day situation and I've never been more grateful to have had this good luck. Many thanks to all the staff!

Lo único que no le gustó es que el hotel me agendo un taxi al aeropuerto y me comentaron que el costo era de 450 pesos en efectivo y cuando el taxi me dejó en el aeropuerto me cobró 500 pesos. Pienso que eso no estaba correcto y el hotel tiene que comunicarse con los taxistas que contratan.

- KATIA DEL CARMEN GIL (10/5): - fueron muy atentos, el precio acorde, el desayuno con todo y abundante, super bien las instalaciones, ya están trabajando en poner botes con shampoo / acondicionador y crema, solo se les pasó por alguna razón dejaron un burro de planchar abierto, pero cuando avisamos vinieron a cerrarlo, no pudimos cerrarlo nosotros porque estaba muy duro, y hay una lámparita de led que no funcionaba a un costado de la cama del lado del baño, si lo recomiendo mucho, muy atentos y rápidos para traer lo que se solicita de manera extra
