• Norima (9/5): Raya escapade - The location is just next to Lagoi Bay, eatery places and shops. The facilities are clean, well-maintained. The rooms are huge and very well-kept. Nothing so far.

• Davic (7/5): Decent location hotel with comfy and spacious rooms but with quite a few things with room to improve - The rooms are fine, quite spacious and the beds are comfortable. Good shower. Staff at the reception is friendly and trying to help. TV channels are quite poor, hardly any international channel, most of them local channels. Breakfast is rather poor although they try to have a decent spread and the staff is friendly, but the quality of what is served is not that great and the range of choices limited. The kids club and the entertainment rooms could be improved, there is no staff managing or supervising them. The hotel doesn't offer any activities other than renting some old bicycles for 70k/hour. They should develop some partnership with the water sports companies operating in the lake and the beach, offer special prices, etc. Disappointing the lack of initiative to keep us busy or entertained.
• Siew Lee (4/5): Won't go back again - Staff are friendly. I know they are trying their best. It was hot in my room even when the aircon was set at 17 degrees. My room was 2 floors under the rooftop bar and I could hear music at night (but it didn't last too long thankfully). The gym was tiny, old and exercise bench was broken. Aircon remote inside the gym wasn't working too. Overall it was quite disappointing.

Der Pool ist fantastisch Badmöbel total aufgequollen, ist wohl schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Klimaanlage funktioniert nur bei Anwesenheit, was doch schon sehr zum Aufheizen der Zimmer führt

I also really liked the breakfast - very worth it to stay here. The distance of the hotel is also really good and close to plaza lagoi and the beach. It has been a lovely stay here. Was also really satisfied because we requested for a bucket of ice for our drinks, and the hotel staff gave it to us complimentary even though it was quite late at night. I do think that the pool was a bit small, but that's okay because we weren't really there to swim. The gym was quite small too. Also, the entertainment room was not really operating when we were there.

Great service. - Within an hour of booking my stay, I was contacted by the hotel's staff asking if I needed free shuttle transport from the ferry terminal. Turns out they provide free shuttle to and from and terminal. All the staff were unfailingly polite and cheerful. The bed was comfortable and the room large. The onsite spa was good value too. The rowdy tour group at breakfast on the second day of our stay. The hotel should have set aside a designated dining area for groups so they wouldn't disturb other guests too much. Breakfast itself could be better. Pillows were a little dusty, but housekeeping was quick to change the sheets after we called.

I received the traditional Indonesian spa treatment from the wellness centre, and it was just the relaxation I was looking for. Afterwards, I went to the Bay which was right across the hotel and so peaceful. Thank you Grand Lagoi for such a wonderful stay! -

Some may not be use to the over size head pillow we have Room was big and everything was very clean Balcony was of a small size but view is as good till the front. Can't see lagoi bay but all is well Hotel gesture for birthday too! Appreciated Level 7 infinity pool has no complains. Just a regular hotel pool no complains as well ! Hotel was very close to ferry terminal, around 10mins free pick up from terminal to hotel all way round Amenities like the entertainment room can have a refurbishment maybe.. Broken glass by the pool table not fixed Cue rack dangling 1 side Playstation 4 PS4 only had 1 game to play Nintendo switch. Can't be switched on hahaha Technically only pool table is available for everyone staying at the hotel. But overall entertainment was a 5/10 Least it had a pool table yay

Comfortable bed and pillow and bicycles is given complimentary for usage of 1hr. My family had a great time cycling around the whole lake. Most of the shop near the plaza lagoi which is just beside the hotel is close due to covid. Hoping it will pick up soon. The shower door in the room is misalign and it gives a loud irritating screeching noise when u close and open the door. Please upkeep your maintenance. The wifi is very poor over at the games room. We wanted to watch the movie there but wasn't able to. Approached the helpdesk people and they say they will sent someone down but no one came.

Even before arriving, my questions were replied to promptly and in detail. 2.Free shuttle to & fro ferry terminal. 3.Pool with fantastic view & breeze at 7th flr. 4.Restaurant allowed booking & set up table at pool side with nice view, even though restaurant was already full. 1. Korean BBQ was not marinaded with Korean flavours. 2. Hotel quoted taxi rides to be expensive 3. Karaoke was way too expensive. We actually chose this resort because there is karaoke, so was disappointed
• Thel (8/5): Nice experience and relaxing trip in Bitam - Room is clean and nice. The staffs are very friendly. Roof top pool is relaxing and the breakfast is acceptable. We also can enjoy some activities on beach. Just advice to improve more activities on beach and more shops in Lagoi plaza. Hair dryer which provided in hotel room cannot use properly.

• Chantal (10/5): Brilliant - Hotel was very clean, room very nice - all the staff were very friendly, pool amazing and in general the hotel was great! Wish we had stayed two nights!
• Kunal (4/5): May not come to this property again - Good size rooms and staff was very helpful But since there is nothing available around the hotel its a bad choice for family travellers Only beach is at a walkable distance It felt like we were staying in a dessert with no places to visit around No restaurants No malls No shops No sightseeing around Never a good choice for people with vegetarian food options as they dont bring food from Nirvana anymore to this property
• Vidyana (8/5): Very good - The area and its offerings. The bike ride along the lake side was amazing. You can use the bikes provided by the hotel. You can dine in the hotel or also at the restaurants in the plaza area nearby. Breakfast in the hotel was good - enough varieties of food (local and international) & different each day.

• Shirley (8/5): A new experience... - Staff very helpful and friendly. Room spacious and airy Bed comfy but pillows too large and heavy... Not comfortable! Pillows not comfortable... Buffet similar all 4 mornings... Beach closes at 6pm????really???
