- Leanne (10/5): Best resort we ever stayed in - This resort was the highlight of our holiday in Vietnam especially because of Thie. She is the sweetest person and made sure we enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived till we checked out she went out of her way to take care of us. Resort itself is beautiful! Beach pool amazing and the room was perfect. Everywhere was very clean, amazing decor, beautiful premises! All the staff deserves praise, and we appreciated that they knew English very well because it was hard to communicate with people in Vietnam since alot of them don’t speak English even in other 5 star resorts we stayed at so to be able to communicate easily was a breath of fresh air. Food was very good but maybe more food options. We found it difficult to find snacks, however that said I’d like to mention that their desert menu is to die for. Lots of interesting options to choose from, the only thing that maybe the resort needs a mini market since there weren’t any close ones to it.

Отель далеко не новый, устарелый, уставший ремонт. Терраса в нашем номере явно требует ремонта. Фото не соответствуют действительности. Другая мебель на террасе (какие то дешевле стулья из ротанга и стол). В самом номере не уютно: много пространства, которое ничем не заполнено. Мебель старая. Халаты старенькие и для карликов. Ванная комната это вообще несуразица: стоит ванна посередине огромной комнаты и сбоку вешалка для полотенца и торшер - и все… При этом ни полочек, ни дополнительных шкафов для вещей и одежды. В комнате всего один шкаф и то в него платье не повесишь, т к он ограничен снизу двумя ящиками. Отдельная история про море и пляж: тут конечно не вина отеля, что вьетнамцы так относятся к экологии своих водных ресурсов, но это был треш , когда помимо мусора в море на пляж выбросило кучу мазута! Персонал на пляже тоже не особо старался этот мусор из моря и пляжа убирать: наблюдали как они для видимости чуть своими граблями пройдутся и все, а мусор так и бултыхается в воде, и валяется повсюду на пляже. Отдыхали в другом до этого отеле, там персонал более добросовестно относился к частоте пляжа и воды.

- Ute (10/5): - Wir sind schon das 4 Mal im Fusion Cam Ranh gewesen.Es ist immer wieder schön hier her zu kommen. Das Personal vom Service Team über die Gärnter, Reinigung , Spa Team, Köche und die Fustionistas sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage wird sehr gepflegt und die eigene Farm ist sehr sehenswert .Die Massage einmal am Tag ist der Hammer. Sehr professionell und sie bilden sich immer weiter. Vielen Dank an alle!!!!!!!Wir kommen wieder.Ute und Dirk Hier muss ich leider Mal auf 2017 zurück schauen. Der Strand ist sehr lang und wir lieben es jeden Tag weit zu laufen.Da wo Hotels entstanden sind wird der Strand gereinigt.Durch Corona und Insolvenzen sind viele Hotels und Anlagen nicht weiter gebaut wurden. So ist das Problem mit Müll nicht besser geworden. Das ist ein Rennen gegen die Zeit. Hier muss die Politik was tun damit die Urlauber weiterhin kommen.Das schaffen die Hotels allein nicht!!!!!
- Annette (10/5): Wir kommen wieder! - Das Hotel ist der Wahnsinn und war das beste Hotel auf unserer Vietnam-Reise. Der Preis mag einem vielleicht höher vorkommen, als andere Hotels in Vietnam, jedoch muss man auch die Leistungen berücksichtigen: jeden Tag Wellness inklusive Behandlung inklusive, Gutschein für das Restaurant,............! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit privatem Pool (nicht einsehbar). Mehr Privatsphäre geht nicht. Die Zimmerreinigung kam wann es ihnen passte, obwohl wir das "Reinigungsschild" draußen hängen hatten, mussten wir manchenmal mehrere Stunden warten. Das war etwas unschön.

- Igor (10/5): Traumhafter Abschluss - Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön! Der Strand war relativ sauber und fast kaum belegt. Das Frühstück war super und das Angebot sehr breit gefächert! Auch bei der Hygiene hatten wir nichts auszusetzen! Die Villa mit dem Pool war super ruhig gelegen und sehr komfortabel! Das Personal stets aufmerksam und bemüht! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen! Das ein oder andere Handtuch sollte doch eventuell ausgetauscht werden. Diese waren zwar stets sauber, aber kleine Löcher darin sind trotzdem für die Kategorie nicht hinnehmbar. Dies ist aber nur eine kleine Empfehlung wie man es noch besser machen kann, denn ansonsten hatten wir absolut nichts auszusetzen!

Besides some vegetarian/vegan options on the normal menu in the restaurant, they also had a dedicated vegetarian/vegan menu. Rooms, spa and breakfast were excellent! The sea washed quite a bit of trash onto the beach—but the hotel isn’t to blame for that. Still, I think it would be good if they provided guests with trash disposal options directly on the beach so they can properly dispose of their trash, or if they provided something so guests can voluntarily pick up trash while taking a walk. The beach area is really quite sparse for such a large hotel, with only 10 sunbeds. There were more guests on the beach than there were sun loungers, so the hotel could set up more sunbeds (including on the small deck above the beach). Gym could be improved/expanded.

The Kids Club was a highlight for us. The staff, especially Truc, was incredibly warm and welcoming. She was so heartful with our little one, which made us feel very comfortable. A special thanks also to Joe. His proactive and professional support—especially with the specific needs of a family with a baby—made our stay seamless and unforgettable. Lastly, the entire resort is absolutely pristine and maintained to an impeccable standard. Highly recommended for anyone seeking world-class hospitality!

(올 스파 인클루시브) 그리고 비행기 시간에 맞춰 나갈 수 있도록 (late-check out) 추가 비용을 지불하고 라운지를 이용했었는데, 이 부분도 여행객을 위한 배려로 생각되어 아주 좋았습니다. 다음에 가족끼리 다시 방문할 예정입니다. 헬스장이 깔끔하게 운영되고 있었지만 기구 자체가 많은 편이 아니라 살짝 아쉬웠습니다. 바다가 인접하여 산책 및 구경에는 좋았지만 리조트와 연계된 액티비티가 없어 활용면에서는 아쉬웠습니다.

We never wanted to leave. Aelia offered an incredible personal concierge service to us. Nothing was too big for her to sort for us. The resort has a very calming atmosphere. Highly recommend. Really not much at all. Perhaps more yoga session options but it’s hard to critique because it was the best resort we’ve stayed in by a mile. Perhaps it would have been nice to have more excursion options too.

Wir haben die Privatsphäre, die Ruhe und den hohen Komfort sehr geschätzt. Es hat uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts an nichts gefehlt, weder für uns als Eltern noch für unser Kind. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight für unsere Tochter war die Farm mit fast 200 Tieren. Das tägliche Eiersammeln war für sie ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und hat ihr jeden Tag aufs Neue große Freude bereitet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Joe, der sich jederzeit mit großer Herzlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität um all unsere Anliegen und Wünsche gekümmert hat. Sein Engagement hat unseren Urlaub noch einmal besonders gemacht – vielen Dank dafür! Das Fusion Resort Cam Ranh ist für Familien absolut empfehlenswert, vor allem, wenn man Erholung, Qualität und exzellenten Service sucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Der Aufenthalt war absolut traumhaft und wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden.

- Paul (8/5): Alles perfekt außer die miserable Gastronomie. - Januar 2026: sehr frische Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Spa Anwendungen waren toll, Yoga hat Spaß gemacht und die Anlage war perfekt gepflegt. Leider ist das Essen (sowohl Frühstück als auch a La carte im Restaurant) wirklich schlecht und für ein Hotel dieser Klasse völlig unakzeptabel. Die Qualität der Zutaten und die Zubereitung sind gleichermaßen schlecht, was für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel in Vietnam einfach enttäuschend ist. Es ist auch fast unmöglich, an anderen Essen zu kommen, da das Hotel ziemlich abgelegen ist. Wir haben uns den ansonsten perfekten Aufenthalt dadurch aber nicht verderben lassen. Wiederkommen werden wir vermutlich nicht, da Urlaub in Vietnam für uns immer auch mit dem Essen zu tun hat.

The villa itself was spacious and visually appealing We Would Never Book This Hotel Again We were genuinely looking forward to this stay, especially as it was meant to be the final and relaxing highlight of our three-week journey through Vietnam. The disappointment we experienced therefore weighs even heavier. At first, the initial impression was actually very positive. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed by the General Manager, who emphasized that we were considered VIP guests and encouraged us to reach out directly if anything was not to our satisfaction. This created high expectations and initially gave us confidence that guest experience was taken seriously. Unfortunately, it later became clear that these words were purely symbolic and not backed by action. ⸻ A Management That Is Not Customer-Centric Despite the welcoming introduction, once we began sharing our feedback, it became apparent that there was no real access to the General Manager afterward. Although we explicitly asked to speak with him again, this never happened. Instead: • His assistant, Elia, who was extremely kind, professional, and courteous, spoke with us • We were also addressed by Andy, the manager responsible for the gastronomic area, who was likewise friendly and genuinely tried to help Both Elia and Andy were polite, attentive, and did their best within their scope. However, the absence of the General Manager himself, especially after positioning himself as a direct point of contact, reflects very poorly on leadership and accountability. From this perspective alone, we consider the performance of the General Manager to be extremely weak, particularly in a five-star luxury environment. ⸻ Worst Overall Experience of Our Entire Vietnam Trip Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our three weeks in Vietnam, Fusion Resort Cam Ranh delivered by far the worst overall experience — and this at the highest nightly rate we paid during the trip. ⸻ 1.

Alt var utrolig fint, rent og ryddig, og vi elsket både rommene, uteområdene, serviset og hele opplegget. Personalet var varme, profesjonelle og svært imøtekommende. Vi var en familie på fem som bodde her i seks dager, og vi feiret til og med julaften på hotellet – noe som ble en helt magisk opplevelse for oss alle. De fikk mate geiter og kaniner, og hente egg fra hønene som vi tok med ned til frokosten – en opplevelse de sent vil glemme. Frokostbuffeen var nydelig, og vi vil spesielt trekke frem hvor godt hotellet tilrettela for våre to barn med cøliaki. De fikk trygg, variert og veldig god mat, noe vi satte enormt stor pris på. Da et av barna våre også måtte akutt til tannlege under oppholdet, stilte Joe nok en gang opp og hjalp oss med å ordne alt raskt og effektivt. Alt i alt: et nydelig hotell, fantastiske mennesker og minner for livet. Vi kommer veldig gjerne tilbake.

- 주영 (10/5): 가족, 연인과 함께 푹 쉴 수 있는 편안한 숙소 - 공항과 가까운 한적한 곳에 위치하고 있어, 한가롭게 휴가를 즐기기에 좋았습니다. 조식과 1일 1마사지 포함된 올인클루시브 숙박 상품이었고, 창문을 열면 보이는 오션부 2층 방이어서 더 좋았어요. 직원들이 매우 친절하고, 이동시에 버기카를 이용했지만 왠만한 곳은 그냥 걸을만 해서 숙소 내 산책이나 이동에 불편함도 적었어요. 2개의 메인 식당도 모두 음식이나 서비스가 나쁘지 않았고, 수영장도 2곳에 위치했는데 식당 근처에 위치해서 식사나 음료 즐기기에도 좋았답니다. 가족들과 함께 즐겁고 행복한 추억 만들기에 좋아요, 공항과 가까운 대신 시내 및 다른 관광지와는 거리가 멀어서 휴양이 아닌 다른 곳 관광과 쇼핑을 즐기기엔 조금 위치가 아쉬웠습니다.

- Gwendoline (10/5): Paradisiaque - J’ai passé un séjour absolument incroyable. Étant une voyageuse solo, je cherchais un endroit calme est paisible pour me reposer et je ne regrette pas d’avoir choisi cet hôtel. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour que l’on puisse se reposer pleinement et profiter à 100 %. Dès le check-in, j’ai été accueillie de manière exceptionnelle. En amont déjà, la communication était très fluide, l’équipe est réactive, attentive et bienveillante. Un immense merci à Sujin, qui a pris le temps de tout m’expliquer avec soin, puis le relais a été pris pour me faire visiter le resort tout en m’accompagnant jusqu’à ma chambre. La chambre… je n’ai pas les mots : Propre, incroyablement spacieuse, tout est parfaitement pensé dans les moindres détails. Elle est parfaitement équipée, avec une climatisation très efficace. Un véritable cocon de confort. Je n’ai rencontré aucun problème de connexion à la WIFI pendant tout mon séjour. La plage privée offre un bon moment de détente en bord de mer. Le resort dispose également d’une petite ferme avec de nombreux animaux, un vrai plus, aussi apaisant qu’original. Les massages, le yoga… impossible de tout citer tant tout était parfait. Le resort est immense, parfait pour une petite balade et d’un calme absolu, et toute l’équipe fait réellement le maximum pour que chaque client se sente pleinement satisfait. Ils sont minutieux et soucieux de notre bien être. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Joe, membre de l’équipe, une merveilleuse rencontre. Il a fait l’effort de communiquer avec moi en français, ce que j’ai énormément apprécié compte tenu des difficultés que je rencontre parfois pour m’exprimer. Il m’a également donné d’excellentes recommandations dans la grande ville d’à côté, tout était incroyable. Mon seul regret est de ne pas être restée plus longtemps. Je n’ai qu’une seule hâte c’est de revenir. Un immense merci à Sujin, Joe, et à toute l’équipe de ce merveilleux resort. À très bientôt, Gwendoline 😊 J’ai tout aimé

Очень дружелюбный персонал, готовый откликнуться на любую просьбу. Особенно хочется отметить менеджера Джо и мастера массажа Кхан. Также в отеле есть чудесная мини-ферма, с удовольствием наблюдали за ее жителями. Завтраки очень вкусные, всегда свежие фрукты и фреши, каждый найдет себе еду по вкусу. Хотелось бы больше активностей в отеле: пляжный или водный волейбол, было бы здорово если отель устраивал турниры среди гостей по настольному теннису или иным видам спорта.

- Adam Mattias (10/5): A Dream Stay from Start to Finish - My partner and I just spent 15 nights at this hotel. I’ve traveled a lot, and I can honestly say this hotel tops the list for me. The hotel covers a large area with beautiful facilities. Everything is always clean and well-maintained – the grounds, the pools, and the beach. A massage was included every single day, and it was always top quality. Our villa was absolutely incredible. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Hideaway Villa with a private pool for our entire stay, and we were so happy about that. We had a large, beautiful garden, great sunbeds, and a well-sized pool. Our area felt secluded and private. It truly felt like a tropical oasis. I’m vegan, so it means a lot to me that this hotel offers dedicated menus for that. Finding good vegan food while traveling is always a challenge for me, but here I enjoyed delicious meals every single day. I was also able to make adjustments to the dishes based on my own needs and preferences. A big bonus was being able to stop by Fusion Farm every day to spend time with the animals. It warms my heart to see how well the animals are doing. You can tell they’re thriving and look healthy. Their areas are clean and well-kept. The animals are treated with care and respect, just as they deserve! This hotel is a great example of how to give and take when it comes to benefiting from the animals’ natural qualities in an organic and respectful way. Finally, I want to mention that one of the best things about this hotel is the people who work here and do their absolute best every day to make sure we have a good stay. They are truly wonderful people. Always service-minded, smiling, and warm. The work they all do is truly impressive. We are so grateful! We want to specifically mention our Fusionista Luna. She took really good care of us for the entire stay and made sure we had our needs met. She always met us with a smile on her face. We are extremely satisfied. We would love to come back one day. The only area of improvement I can mention is that the bed in the room was a bit firm, but beyond that we have nothing to criticize.

- Katharina (10/5): Ein Aufenthalt, der keine Wünsche offenlässt – einfach traumhaft! - Von der ersten Minute an wurde ich in diesem Hotel mit einer außergewöhnlichen Herzlichkeit empfangen. Grundsätzlich begegnen einem hier Mitarbeiter, die das höchste Level an Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität ausstrahlen. Auch meine Villa ließ keine Wünsche offen – sie war stilvoll eingerichtet, makellos sauber und bot ein traumhaftes Wohlfühlerlebnis. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und sehr gut, und insbesondere das Breeze Restaurant verbreitete eine angenehm warme und einladende Atmosphäre. Ein besonderes Lob gilt hier Suong, die während ihrer Schicht mit einer unglaublich natürlichen, authentischen Herzlichkeit glänzte. Ihre Freundlichkeit wirkte sehr ehrlich und äußerst angenehm. Zudem merkte sie sich die Vorlieben der Gäste – eine Aufmerksamkeit, die den Aufenthalt noch persönlicher macht. Ein charmantes Highlight ist die hoteleigene kleine Farm, die sich ideal als entspannter Zeitvertreib eignet. Sie ist liebevoll gepflegt und zeigt, wie ausgewogen und stimmig das gesamte Konzept des Hotels ist. Besonders schön: Wer möchte, kann morgens sogar direkt bei den Hühnern seine frischen Frühstückseier selbst holen. Ich habe das zwar nicht ausprobiert, aber gerade für Familien mit Kindern dürfte das ein richtiges kleines Erlebnis sein. Was meinen Aufenthalt jedoch besonders unvergesslich gemacht hat, ist die außergewöhnliche Herzlichkeit sämtlicher Mitarbeiter. Vor allem Aelia möchte ich hervorheben: Ihre Fürsorglichkeit und Wärme waren so natürlich und authentisch, dass sie sich während meines Aufenthalts fast wie ein Familienmitglied angefühlt hat. Sie fragte stets nach meinem Befinden, war immer ansprechbar und überraschte mich sogar mit liebevollen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten im Zimmer. Diese ehrliche Herzlichkeit hat meinen Aufenthalt auf eine ganz besondere Weise bereichert. Alles in allem war dieser Aufenthalt eine Erfahrung, die ich von Herzen weiterempfehlen kann. -

Рекомендую к посещению!^^)♡♡♡ Небольшая удаленность от города, однако это небольшая потеря учитывая что при Ризоте каждый день ходит шаттл автобус и даже дорога в город интересна, часть маршрута проходит вдоль моря.

- BRUNO (10/5): Vera ospitalità orientale - Se si cerca una vacanza di relax è il posto ideale. È direttamente su una spiaggia tropicale. Nel nostro pacchetto erano previsti un trattamento alla spa a testa. Camera grande e grazie all’upgrade abbiamo avuto una villa con piscina. Si può praticare yoga e tai chi tutti i giorni. Ristorazione ok.

- pooyan (10/5): Been in many 5 start resorts, This one is certainly one of the top ones. - Exceptional attention to details everywhere. The beach villa was mesmerising. All spa inclusive feature takes the experience to a whole next level. This resort is really well managed. Our children fell in love with their baby sitter, Guyen as she was amazing with them. Hard to find anything. As a parent with 2 kids, I would say kids club can be more active. It makes parents to want to come back more often.
