• Timothy (5/5): Lovely property in a great location, however, the place NEEDS a professional clean and some care. - Location was great for our Wedding event. The house was very dirty and run down. Most doors did not close properly, including bedroom doors, the toilet door and the kitchen cupboards.

• Shaun (2/5): - Location and price No wifi. Chickens in backyard. Only 1 carpark. No hot water. Rude host. Only enough coffee for 2 cups. Misleading information. $300 deposit demanded. Motion cameras in backyard. Host lives next. Felt like being watched
• Sarah (10/5): Nothing flash but fabulous - Just like home. Not perfect but just right. Lots of rooms, parking, clean and close to public transport. Great kitchen and laundry.

• Pbarry (2/5): Shameless facility - this property has had no effort to maintain the taps door handles light switches window handles the couch which had broken legs all require maintenance /repair the power was not on on arrival fridge had been turned off so meat and dairy was thrown out next day air con was set too low and had dirty outlets dishwasher and iron dont work sheets on beds are old and musty I should be charging for making this list great location but should be getting a refund for substandard facilities never before been exposed to such a lazy money grab

• Scott (2/5): Never again - Location My house guests were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. Luckily none of them had allergies as there was dust and spiderwebs everywhere. The house is very dirty. We had to vacuum the A/C return as full of dirt. We had to clean blades of fan as dirt all over blades. The main bathroom had bugs and spiderwebs in bath, broken tiles in shower, shower head would not stay up, toilet was dirty and the basin in toilet dirty. Only 1 small garbage bag. Whole house needs a deep clean, spider webs everywhere , dirt in fly screens. Frypan is dirty and old. Stove has to be operated with a lighter which ran out of gas. Microwave did not work. A/C only just coped with heat. My house guests were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property.

• Jenny (5/5): Passable - Easy code to get in Lots of room Good location Tiles broken, lights intermittently working (ensuite bathroom) Hardly any cutlery (there were 6 of us) and only enough cutlery for a couple people. (Found some in a box in the cupboard) No dishwashing liquid. Had to buy that, toilet roll and kitchen clothes. No face clothes. Only one towel each for 4 nights. Dead bug found in queen bed. Mould in freezer. Cobwebs and dirty walls and windows

• Dave (5/5): not too bad - aircon, large and artwork, quite neighbourhood lack of cutlery, needs brand new linen, Fiona’s and pillow and cutlery
• Jocelyn (3/5): overall we did not enjoy our stay in that property - only the location Bathrooms are rundown, kitchen are also old, kitchenwares needs to be replaced. Beds are too old not comfy, linen are dusty and smelly, some with stains. We end up sleeping in the couch during our stay. Curtains damaged in dark.
