Breakfast was terrible. Very loud because of the central location. Also you can hear very well what your neighbors are doing, because the door/wall is not noise proof at all. Wouldn’t recommend.

Das Badezimmer ist definitiv schlecht konstruiert, Dusche ohne Ablage und ohne Möglichkeit den Duschkopf aufzuhängen, WC Papierrollenhalter funktioniert nicht, insgesamt ein paar Wartungsarbeiten die gemacht gehören, Türen quietschen.

However what I loved the most was the location, it is right at the middle of the city with everything close to you. You could have a sit down in the bar/cafe right opposite the hotel or go to the park right around the corner The AC didn’t work properly, but I did report it but nothing was done about it. However I could open the window so the room was cool @ night

What I loved the most tho was the staff - they were super sweet. I never used this word for hotel staff but everyone here was super nice and friendly and really caring. It made the difference for me. Nothing everything was perfect for the price I paid :)

Colazione nella norma : non con molte offerte, ma con una sorpresa. • Jordi (7/5): Excel·lent situació, hotel agradable, però abrigueu-vos molt (fins i tot a l'habitació) - Situació excel·lent, al bell mig de la zona comercial i de restaurants, i a 1 minut de la parada del tramvia. L'esmorzar força bé, no espectacular però totalment satisfactori. El llit i coixins força còmode. S'agraeix molt els porticons de la finestra per poder dormir sense llum. L'edifici és preciós, per dins i per fora. El personal molt amable i la neteja impecable. FRED. L'habitació estava MOLT freda. No entenc com a Grenoble, a finals de març, els radiadors estaven aturats la major part del temps (incloent la nit, amb el qual s'havia d'engegar la bomba de calor / aire acondicionat, fent soroll i per tant sense poder dormir bé). I la dutxa és molt petita (almenys a la meva habitació).

The location is superb right in the center .. easy to commute .. the building is old ..classic..beautiful and the breakfast was fair! Better cleaning and maintenance is required ! especially because the building is old, the maintenance is more important. i found pieces of glass broken in my room, and in the corners of the wall there was rust and dirt _ especially in the bathroom.

• Camille (4/5): Un hôtel vieillissant qui se révèle malheureusement très décevant - Le personnel est sympathique, plein d'humour. Et l'emplacement est vraiment pratique pour tout visiter à pied et pouvoir repasser en cours de journée à l'hôtel si besoin. La matelas était plutôt confortable et les draps doux même si la couette n'était pas du tout assez épaisse pour la saison. L'hotel était franchement décevant et pas du tout à la hauteur des avis et des 3 étoiles. Les parties communes : les couloirs étaient un peu glauques, lumière seulement artificielle mais surtout peu puissante, longue à s'allumer et pas chaleureuse et les revêtements manquent clairement de maintenance. La chambre et sa vue : il s'agissait d'une occasion importante pour mon conjoint et moi. Nous l'avions précisé à l'hôtel qui a eu la gentillesse de nous répondre qu'ils nous donnerait une chambre avec vue sur la montagne SAUF QUE... J'ai l'impression qu'on s'est moqué de nous, l'hôtesse à l'accueil nous a répété cette info et pourtant notre fenêtre donnait surtout sur l'immeuble de bureaux voisins. Venant de Paris, le vis-à-vis ne nous a pas trop dépaysé... Alors oui, il est vrai qu'en s'avançant sur la sorte de mini-balcon filant (pour ceux qui n'ont pas le vertige) et en se penchant, il y a effectivement une jolie vue vers le fort de la Bastille, sans doute visible depuis d'autres chambres de l'hôtel mais ce n'était pas vraiment ce que j'imaginais au vu de l'enthousiasme de la réponse de l'hôtel et de son personnel. La salle de bain : Le problème majeur : la porte de la salle de bain qui fait aussi WC ne fermait pas. Pas seulement au sens de ne pas fermer à clé, mais le loquet ne pouvait pas s'enclencher jusqu'au bout et la porte restait donc constamment ouverte. Il ne faut pas avoir de mal avec l'intimité forcée ! Par ailleurs la VMC ne fonctionne pas (ou pas bien ? On ne l'a pas entendu) et il n'y a pas de fenêtre. Par conséquent, petit souci de quelques moisissures au plafond au dessus de la baignoire. Les joints ne sont pas bien faits autour de la baignoire ce qui crée des coulures un peu jaunâtres à l'intérieur.
