L'aggiunta di un minifrigo e di una TV renderebbero la stanza perfetta,specie per chi alloggia per più tempo.

The location is very good, and the service is too, but it was impossible to sleep in a place like that.

• Reem (2/5): - This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, there was no air conditioning—just one fan—and barely any airflow. Both my friend and I felt sick from the heat and poor air quality and had to visit a doctor during our trip. I also woke up with bites on my legs and noticed black dots on the bed, possibly bed bugs. The room was never cleaned, and when we asked for soap, the owner told us to just “keep using the same one.” The bathroom light didn’t work properly, and the water in the shower was dangerously hot. The space was tiny and unsafe. At one point, the curtain rod even fell on my head. Worst of all, we were locked out of the building multiple times at night because the entrance key didn’t work—and the owner ignored our calls. He later told us not to call at night because he was sleeping. As two women traveling alone, we felt incredibly unsafe. There was also a dog in the lobby, even though I explained I have a dog allergy. When we asked for basic items like towels, we were met with rudeness and attitude. I contacted Expedia and requested a refund, but the owner refused. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It was nothing like what was advertised, and it should not be listed on Expedia.
• Tobias (7/5): Very basic hotel in a good location - Cool location in the old city with nice restaurants around. The host was also welcoming and able to help when he was around. Breakfast is fine. The room is very basic (bed + 1 closet). We could have needed some more storage opportunities in the bathroom or room. You can hear the other hotel guests very well as the rooms are not really isolated and some guests have a shared bathroom besides your room.

• MASSIMO (6/5): Da evitare nel periodo estivo - Posizione eccellente praticamente all'ingresso della zona pedonale e vicino al Parking Suquet Forville facilmente raggiungibile grazie ad un sottopasso a pochi metri dall'hotel. Camera molto piccola e senza possibilità di appendere neanche una maglietta, sgabello che fungeva da comodino arrugginito e persiane che non si chiudevano. Camera senza aria condizionata e struttura senza ascensore. Struttura molto datata.
• Anna Christina (6/5): Serviu, mas não voltarei mais neste hotel, embora tenha achado o dono muito simpático. - Café da manhã simples mas gostoso: pão croissant manteiga geleia suco de laranja e café, pagos à parte. Localização excelente. O melhor de tudo foi o dono ou gerente chamado Pascal, super simpático, acolhedor, procurava resolver os problemas, dava explicações. Quarto pequeno, não podia abrir a janela pois dava num pátio onde havia pessoas, não havia ar condicionado, o calor foi à beira do insuportável à noite com um ventilador empoeirado. A sorte é que só havia locado por uma dia. Havia poucas tomadas. O banheiro era limpo, porém não oferecia um sabonete sequer.

• roderick (2/5): - This is without a doubt the worst hotel I have stayed in. The man at check in was friendly and that’s the ONLY positive experience. To even call it a hotel is a stretch, more of a backpackers hostel. The room was unhygienic and dirty, I had to look under the bed for something and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks…..dust, dirty tissues and sand. There are the squashed bodies of mosquitoes all over the walls and curtains and a generally very run down appearance. The shower was broken and dirty, the room was extremely hot and only a decrepit fan was provided which was also filthy. The bed was basic and uncomfortable with polyester sheets and the pillow inserts were so well used they were flat and such a worrying yellow and stained colour I had to wrap a towel around them before putting my head anywhere near. I was so uncomfortable, hot and unhappy here that after trying to sleep in the heat with mosquitoes buzzing around me for a few hours I gave up and left the hotel at 6am annoyed and exhausted. I would only recommend this place to someone I really don’t like and even then I’d feel bad about it.

Toujours le sourire c'est appréciable 😀 Emplacement génial ! A côté du quartier Suquet, à 2mn de la place du port avec plein de restaurants et commerces. Chambre confortable et propre. Rien à dire. Petit déjeuner très bien. Rapport qualité/prix imbattables au vu de sa position dans Cannes!

• Brian (8/5): Cannes Charm at Chanteclair - The Chanteclair must be unique. It sort of grows on you. The owner, Pacal, is charming. He makes his "zero star" rating a sales point. So, you have everything you need. It's clean, comfy, homely. Room 14 is quite small however the ensuite WC and shower is modern and more than adequate.Location..location..location: the Chanteclair nails it. The harbour/bus station and heavenly St. Antoine bakery plus the lively Cafe des Halles - very local patronage - are five minutes away on foot, yet the hotel is set in its own courtyard, away from any street noise, not that there's much of that. You meet Adam, Pascal's 3 month old French Bulldog. Even canine skeptics will be charmed by all this. We would stay here again, no sweat. Sadly, system would not let me add photos, including of the little dog, Adam.
• Stefan (10/5): - Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen geschützten Innenhof. Der Chef ist sehr freundlich und steht für Fragen zur Verfügung, ganz oft auch außerhalb der angegebenen Zeiten. Man kann von fast ganz Cannes zu Fuß erreichen, die Innenstadt durchquert man in rund 20 min. Bei normalem Gehen. Das Zimmer war klein aber praktisch, es war frisch renoviert und das integrierte Bad sah sehr neu aus.

• Martine (4/5): Séjour dans un hotel pas recommandable, c'est dommage car bien situé et calme - La situation géographique et l'accueil du gérant de l'hotel, ainsi que le petit déjeuner simple mais correct, l'hotel est calme. L'hotel est en fait très vieillot, il est à refaire complètement : Fermeture a clé du verrou de la chambre pas évidente (porte en bois, et la porte a du bouger ou gonfler), l'odeur dans la chambre (odeur de canalisation), salle de bain vieillote, et manque de propreté (faut pas trop regarder le pied de la vasque), ménage un peu succinct...

• Valentina P (7/5): una notte in pieno centro città, pieno di locali vicinissimo e il bel mercato di mattina a un minuto a piedi - la posizione a due passi dalle attrazioni principali parcheggio custodito a pagamento vicinissimo patio molto carino mascotte della casa: bulldog francese molto simpatico da fare un po’ di aggiustamenti alla camera (finestre, copri tubi, bagno con doccia a raso pavimento)

Enough sockets, modern bathroom. Super central yet absolutely quiet location. All in all absolutely unprecedented value for money.
