• YOSHITAKA (10/5): - We recently stayed here for just over a week as a family of four, including an infant, and had a very comfortable experience. The room was equipped with all the essentials for daily living, and we especially appreciated the washing machine and dryer, which were extremely helpful in reducing the amount of clothing we needed to pack for the trip. Housekeeping was provided three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), which felt like the right frequency to keep the room clean and tidy without being intrusive. The location was also very convenient—there’s a supermarket and a food court just a short walk away, so we never had trouble getting daily necessities or meals. In addition, the bus stop is only a few minutes’ walk from the hotel, making it easy to reach stations like Serangoon and Hougang.
• Anthony Dennis (10/5): - Wow wow wow, this place is fantastic. I have stayed in many places in Singapore as well as lived here and the residences were well above what even I expected. To say high end with value is an understatement. The apartment being a 3 bed was very spacious and had all the things you need for a stay. Kitchen was fully equipped. Washer and dryer. Bathrooms were ample and did the job. Clean throughout and I mean clean. Tv was nice and large and had all the channels you need as well as Netflix and YouTube built in, great for my son. Seating was comfy and in all felt a good quality. Beds being the most important were comfy and I had a great first nights sleep which for me is a first. Staff are super friendly and go well above what they have to. No request is a problem. Made you feel valued and pretty much like a VIP. Security booked us in, great guy, super helpful and friendly. Office staff were so welcoming, felt like I had arrived home. Pool is huge and clen and you just want to go straight in. The grounds are perfect, place for kids to play, place for adults to do a bbq, sauna, gym, tennis court and pretty much all you need for a comfortable stay. Literally food on the doorstep with the mall, and quick entry from the front of the residences. Walkways and lifts super clean. Oh and a welcome basket from the team made it feel special. Aircon on when we arrived which was needed. Wi-Fi works great, each room has individual units and controls. Highly recommended
• MOHAMAD (8/5): - 1. Layout of unit 0905 is good with store rooms,. 2. AC Was extremely cold which is very good for us. 3. Secured and safe. 4. No disturbance from other tenants or guests or staff. 5. Next to small mall, kopitiam, fairprice supermarket. 6. Big open to sky swimming pool with towels provided. 7. Helpful mgmt staff. 8. Washing machin with dryer very good 9. Kitchen fully equipped. 1. The vehicle ramp going up is insanely narrow. I suggest providing aluminum plate on the right wall so driver can see the gap. 2. Guest must be given free carpark from day 1 regardless of the internal arrangement between condo mgmt and mall mgmt.

The swimming pool was a delight for the kids There was a security staff with glasses who was peculiar and gave us disapproving looks when we were waiting to check out. ✔️

• Lee (6/5): Convenient stay and served my purpose for staying there. - The customer service / management office staff was very responsive. We enjoyed the pool and abundant towels by the poolside. The property is old. Two of the power sockets in the living room didn't work and there was an occasional baby roach spotted. It was difficult to find a power sockets for the hairdryer. Most of the power sockets were near to the floor hence inaccessible.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent home stay. - Amenities were excellent with the Hougang Mall 1. Eating places and supermarkets are well within reach. Gym and pool are good. Apartment was quite clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made us feel at home. Staff were also friendly when we were checking in. Provided towels are very good. However, one of the bed pillows provided was soiled. Additionally, they should consider keeping a spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, as currently you are only provided with one roll until housekeeping comes in on alternate days.
• Kim (8/5): Old cond but full facilities & well equipped - Full-facilities condo , quite old building but spacious & well-equipment with cutlery , utensils, 10 cups rice cooker, 10 litres SS pot, SS sauce pan , glass wines, plates , mugs, laundry rack, mop, bucket, broom & dust pan, toaster , kettle , dish detergent , brand new dish sponge, , brand new table cloth (X 2 pieces), knives , chopping board, 1 pack (about 10- 20g) of laundry power , scissors , bowls, lighter for stove, wine opener, can opener, welcome-snacks and others. Lots of varieties for Cable tv channels. Wifi connection is excellent. A huge supermarket in mall is just beside condo . Hawker centre (Ci Yuan Community centre) is walking distance from condo or just 2 bus stop away. Wet market (Hougang Village) & lots coffeeshops , clinic , dental , vet & shops are just 4 bus stops away. Swimming pool is spacious and not many occupants swim. Towel is provided at the pool. Public toilet besides pool comes with bidet spray. Overall , unit is cleaned. We have a friendly , diligent & honest housekeeper Surayah who would come to the unit every 2 days. Location is about 6 bus -stops (bus service no 72 or 116) from mrt. All toilets in the unit have no bidet spray. Will give higher rating if only have bidet spray. No NETFLIX, PLS USE UR OWN ACCOUNT.

• Nagaraju (10/5): This is my frist time staying residence in Singapore, Excellent choice for staying with family. - Home , live like a local, super market. Very convenient for buses and market place. Highly recommend to families to stay in longer holidays. Facilities that are provided in house without worries to self cook and do laundry. House keeping service was extremely good for time to time. Staffs are very helpful for smooth check in and check outs. Little aircon noise outside. Other than every thing excellent

Lage ist ok mit 2-3 Hawker Center in der Nähe und auch genügend Supermärkte. Poolbereich ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem ok. Schade, dass es keinen Balkon gibt, aber ansonsten sehr angenehme und grosse Wohnung. Auch gut, dass Küche und Waschbereich abgetrennt ist (nicht üblich in neueren Wohnungen in Singapore)
• Jayanthi (8/5): Areas for improvement - The unit was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was done on the allocated days well, too. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items. The bathrooms had not enough hooks to hang clothes. The ventilation was little, and we had to get our own air-refreshner. At the shower area for the toilet near the hall, there was no holder for toiletries. The toilet at the service balcony was too small for shower or other use. Also, the air-con units, most needed maintenance as they keep showing the filter light ON.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Think about living in a service apartment camp...decently equipped but with hardly any support from the institution itself. Decent: 1) Clean, lovely pool, quiet, decently appointed. 2) Housekeeping just thrice a week but done very well by maids who are dedicated and know their jobs. 3) Right next to a supermarket and small mall. 4) Most amenities in the apartment but the 'finish' was disappointing. 5) The rooms especially the living room were quite nice, though the bedrooms were small. Not so good: 1) There is no 'Front Desk', just a very small 'Management Office' which is open only Mon-Sat and from 9 am to 6 pm. After that and on Sundays you're literally on your own: there is no service/emergency/housekeeping support. One living room aircon started dripping water inside the room on Sunday...there was no one to fix it. We could live with that but what if it had been the bedroom aircon? 2) The 'master' bedroom was not just small but only one side of the queen bed had a bedside table and lamp. The other side had to make do with placing things on the floor, like water for the night, specs etc. 3) The bathroom was OK...but again the design was poor in that the basin jutted out in a semi circle cramping one for any movement. 4) The kitchen had only two power points, so if one had to use the toaster and the kettle, you had to unplug the microwave oven, and so on. 5) There was a good washing machine and dryer, but no dishwasher...highly inconvenient. 6) Only 3 plates & bowls!

Closest MRT is further away at Hougang Central but only some bus stops away; can take bus no. 72. There is a washing machine and drier “outdoor” and space to hang clothes for drying. Kitchen utensils etc are adequate, comfortable sofas and many tv channels to choose from. We had an excellent stay there. Thank you VRH:)

• wayne (10/5): Awesome, friendly place - It was one of the only places that caters for 5 adults, 3 toilets, two showers and 3 really big rooms, a little way out of the town and amusements but most we paid for a taxi was $18 to marina bay sands The staff went out of there way for us, don't think I ever opened the front door in two weeks Awesome pool, sauna and gym Shopping mall with supermarket, alcohol and about 14 eateries excluding KFC,Maccas and an Italian place plus your standard asian foods
