After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation. The housekeeping service during the stay ensures comfort and freshness of the apartment. It includes comprehensive cleaning of the living area and bathroom, as well as towel replacement. The service is provided upon the Guest’s request, submitted by 11:00 a.m., and is carried out between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., allowing for smooth and convenient organization of the stay. Nicole (8/5): - Die Nähe zum Strand und zur Promenade.Das Frühstück im Hilton war sehr gut Das man nicht auf dem Balkon rauchen durfte und die Lautstärke der darunterliegenden Restaurants .Ständiges Türen knallen der Lagerboxen vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster und laute Musik weit nach Mitternacht.Ansonsten empfehlenswert
Jeannette (8/5): - Wir hatten das Appartment mit Parkplatz gebucht. Leider gab es die Situation, dass die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage von uns nicht genutzt werden konnten. Auf dem Freigelände gb es daher auch Unstimmigjeiten, weil die Nummern nicht zu freien Plätzen zählten. Nch langem Hin und Her bekamen wir dann außerhalb seitlich einen Parkplatz zugewiesen, der von uns per Fernbedienung freigegeben wurde. Das war dann eine sehr schöne Parkfläche!😄

Im Appartement ist alles was man braucht Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher…etc Geräumige Schlafzimmer mit großen Schränken und Bett, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe wie 🐸 Żabka sowie Restaurant, Bar… man ist in Centrum ca.150m von Strand entfernt…war sehr schön

Sebastian (8/5): Tolles Apartment, perfekte Lage, ideal für einen Kurzurlaub. Wir kommen wieder - Die Lage sowie die große Terrasse waren unschlagbar. Auch das modern eingerichtete und super saubere Apartment war wunderschön. Das Frühstück im Hilton war super lecker und abwechslungsreich. Der Eintritt zum Aquapark war inklusive und ein grandioses Erlebnis für die Kids Die Küche der Unterkunft war etwas dürftig ausgestattet und nur mit dem aller aller nötigsten bestückt. Die Matratzen waren schon etwas weich und durchgelegen aber für die paar Tage völlig in Ordnung.

T aus Rathenow (10/5): Schöner Kurzurlaub - Die Lage war super. Der Strand gleich um die Ecke. 😄 Man konnte sich ohne Auto bewegen. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, wir haben nichts zu bemängeln. Wir hatten Halbpension. Ob zum Frühstück oder Abendessen das Buffet war sehr gut und reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Suite hatte eine gute Größe und war gut eingerichtet. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Vielen Dank Es gibt nichts negatives

Andre (10/5): 1a Urlaub in einen schönen Apartment - Große saubere Wohnung mit großen Schränken, Zimmer und Badezimmer. Küchenzeile vollständig eingerichtet und ausreichend für 6 Personen. Die Abwicklung vor Ort ohne Probleme innerhalb 5 Minuten. Das Hotel ist super ausgeschildert und durch die Tiefgarage zum Schwimmbad und Speisesaal zu erreichen. Es gab nichts negatives bei unserem Aufenthalt. Ich kann nichts erzählen.

Franziska (8/5): Perfekt für unser Mädelswochenende. - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Unkomplizierter Kontakt. Lage perfekt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Jessie (6/5): - Wir hatten ein Appartement mit Whirlpool im Januar.. Der Whirlpool lief einwandfrei trotz der sehr niedrigen Temperaturen 👍 Direkte Lage an der Promenade ... Der Check in verlief nicht so reibungslos. Wir sind erst nach 17 Uhr eingetroffen, in der Email stand ,dass man seine Schlüsselkarten abends im Radisson blue bekäme,aber die Damen dort schickten uns erst auf Wanderschaft,bis wir sie letztlich doch im Radisson erhielten . Die Ausstattung war okay ,die Betten inklusive Ausziehcouch allerdings fleckig und haarig. Der Türrahmen zum Badezimmer war mehr als lose.

Friederike (8/5): Gutes Apartment in bester Lage - Tolle Lage, viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Saubere Zimmer, sehr geräumig. Reinigungsmitteln betragen zusätzlich 80 Zloty - auch, wenn man einfach nur frische Handtücher haben will. Das ist schon happig. Parkkosten ebenfalls sehr hoch. Eintritt in den Aqua Park ist nur für eine Stunde täglich kostenlos, danach muss bezahlt werden. Fitness kostet extra.

Katja (7/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit verbesserungswürdigen Ausstattungen - Super Lage, alles auf kurzem Wege erreichbar Den Balkon haben wir nicht wirklich genutzt, da wir im Januar dort waren. Wir lieben die Kombi Apartments, Tiefgarage, Aquapark und Wellness, man kann alles mit dem Bademantel machen ohne nach draussen zu müssen. Die Küche ist mehr schlecht als recht ausgestattet. Da wir dort jeden Tag Frühstück und zu Abend gegessen haben und uns auch warme Mahlzeiten zubereitet haben, fehlte es an Geschirr, Besteck , hier vor allem ein Brotmesser, Obstmesser etc. Es gab nicht genug Schüsseln, keine Sekt - und Schnapsgläser, Holzbrett zum Brot schneiden, Eierbecher, Quirl und andere Küchenutensilien, die eigentlich in einem Apartment mit Küchenbenutzung selbstverständlich wären. Da wir 2 Apartments hatten konnten wir uns wenigstens mit Geschirr aushelfen. Im Badezimmer kam aus dem Waschbecken nach dem ersten Aufdrehen immer ein Kloakengestank aus dem Ablauf. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer könnte eine Steh - Leselampe gebrauchen, dann kann man im dunkeln auch noch lesen. Das Licht ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, man fühlt sich eher wie in einem Arztzimmer als in einem Apartments, warmes gemütliches Licht wäre wünschenswert.

Dietmar (9/5): - Es ist ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Die Lage des Hotel liegt zentral an der Ostsee. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, ist wenn ich ein zwei jähriges Kind mit habe, dann kann ich es nicht auf dem Couch schlafen lassen, jedenfalls nicht alleine. Ich bin von einem Kinderbett ausgegangen für ein Kleinkind.

Kerstin (8/5): - Die Lage und der Blick super. Ausstattung sehr gut. Hab für zwei Parkplätze bezahlt, obwohl nur ein Auto. Reklamation wurde abgewunken. Nichte hat ihr Kuscheltier vergessen. Würden es senden für 25 Eiro.kein Service für mich. Schade

erika (9/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder mit unserem Hündchen wieder - Es war super. Waren von der großen Terasse überrascht. Alles sehr sauber Es fehlte uns ein großer Spiegel , um uns nach dem Ankleiden komplett zu sehen.

Janine Huth (9/5): - Wir wurden in der Rezeption sehr nett empfangen, die Verständigung klappte sehr gut. Das Zimmer konnten wir früher als gedacht beziehen. Das Frühstück im Hilton war auch hervorragend. Es war nicht schlimm, dass es das Frühstück nicht im gleichen Gebäude gab, man konnte es gut durch die Tiefgarage erreichen.

Sabrina (3/5): Nicht nochmal. - Das einzig positive war die Lage. Die Couch absolut ungemütlich zum sitzen.Kein TV im Schlafzimmer.Im Schnee zum Frühstücksraum zum anderen Hotel.
