I am watching Some family is coming for breakfast they put the shutter down is exact 9: 30. I understand your closing time 930 but you consider people and children. They want to eat a little bit, but they have no feeling for those people because they’re there’s customer families coming and they run to close the door. I feel very bad I didn’t do breakfast. I’m just watching their service and left. I won’t recommend to anybody go back there. when you tell them they say we don’t know who decide this kind of things.

Gemütliche Betten und eine angenehme Menge an der Auswahl beim Frühstück. Z.B. Omelett, Pancakes, Kelloggs, Brot und Obst! Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen. Die Flugzeuge waren sehr laut - nachts jedoch ruhig! Der Pool war leider sehr kalt und das Hotel im allgemeinen wirkt sehr trist, kühl.

Nothing to do with the property but there was a bus tour of teens from Montreal that were rather raucous through the halls and stairwells. I wish I had their youthful energy!

• Iamsouthy (8/5): Close, cheaper, comfortable, and a free shuttle. - First time staying at this Holiday Inn Express location, which was very convenient with the free shuttle from Pearson airport. Only downside which I had no idea of and not listed is that the shuttle comes every 40 minutes, even though the drive is 10 minutes, but with traffic would make sense. The hotel was clean, spacious, close to restaurants to eat at, includes a free breakfast, which I did not utilize, and comfortable. The pool was small, but decent, and the hotel tub wasn't much of a hot tub, it's more so made for 1 person. The king sized room with living room I had received was excellent. It was comfortable, spacious, and I enjoyed an excellent sleep in this room. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and helped answer the questions that I had. They were also very helpful with booking the shuttle. Overall, great value for money, comfortable, spacious, a free shuttle to and from the airport, and a good choice for a close hotel airport.

There seems to have been water damage, and the repairs weren't esthetically pleasing. The cabinet where the fridge is located needed the hinges repaired.

• YPE (7/5): Redelijke kwaliteit maar hadden beter verwacht - Ontbijt was redelijk. Beetje eentonig. Koffie was erg slecht. Bedden waren best goed, echter was een kant van het matras helemaal ingezakt. We kregen de keus voor een andere kamer maar daar was hetzelfde probleem helaas. Zwembadje was fijn maar niks bijzonders. De kamer was aan de kleine kant. Veel gebreken in de kamer. Deur naar de badkamer was opengebroken geweest en beschadigd. Hierdoor sloot deze niet goed en de klink zat los. Föhn was gebarsten en ontplofte nadat deze in t stopcontact werd gedaan. Dit gemeld bij de receptie, er kwam een nieuwe föhn maar geen excuses of niks toen we vertelden over het voorval.

Called receptionist to ask them to stop. Apparently they were going to take care of it. They didn’t. I had to go out and ask them. In the morning after breakfast I stopped to mention it again. The guy says “ it was only 9:30”. Quiet time starts at 10!!! Really?? I was like but it’s called “ respect”. This is a hotel not a playground. They took $20 off our bill lol. Need a car to go anywhere. Other than that incident we had a nice stay.

• Matte (7/5): I had a comfortable stay. - The room was the perfect size for one person, maybe two. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable! Breakfast was a hot breakfast--very good! I found the location to be a bit loud because of airplanes and traffic but I listen to music while I sleep, so this wasn't a bother for me. The hotel is just less than 40 minutes from Billy Bishop but closer to TO International. It was only 15 minutes from the conference centre I needed to go to for work in Toronto. I had a bit of trouble regulating the temperature of the room, but I made it work; again, it was a bit loud from airplanes and traffic which might bother some people.

• carmengD3353PZ (2/5): Extremely Disappointed - My family’s stay at this location was so unacceptable that it has genuinely damaged my trust in the Holiday Inn brand. I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inns over the years and always had great experiences — which makes the state of this property even more shocking. The basics weren’t even close to acceptable: The queen room was so cramped it could barely fit the two beds, let alone a family of four, our bags had to be left on the floor to be constantly walked over. The hotel was unkept, dirty, and poorly maintained throughout, including hair in the “clean” beds upon check in. And the smells oh my god the smells were terrible and masked by deodorizer. The door to the room let in more light than the window, and that was not because the exterior looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The bathroom door pushed open even when locked. The shower pressure was terrible and the temperature was lukewarm at best, ending up completely cold by the time the second person used it. Staff were unempathetic, dismissive, and the front desk employee actually laughed in our faces when we raised concerns. But the real issue is safety — or the complete lack of it. My vehicle was vandalized in an attempted theft, I didn’t even have to call the police — they were actually already in the parking lot doing a drive thru because of this “known” issue. Officers told me directly that this particular hotel is the worst in the city for vehicle theft and vandalism. We personally counted seven piles of broken glass from previous break ins. None of it had been cleaned up. Not one. I even witnessed the police tell the front desk staff to have the glass cleaned up, still didn’t happen. When we asked staff about this well known problem, they denied everything and have done absolutely nothing to address it. No security. No monitoring. No prevention. Their “solution” was to put up a sign saying they’re not responsible and installed cameras with the resolution of a 1950s TV. This property is a liability. This is, without question, the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in, and it is actively damaging the Holiday Inn brand. A review of the pictures of this particular location online are completely deceptive and misleading. The safety issues, the lack of accountability, the poor maintenance, and the dismissive attitude of staff are unacceptable. Until this property is brought up to brand standards, I would strongly warn other guests to stay elsewhere.
• bluewater63 (4/5): Don't cheap out book another hotel - This hotel needs some serious improvement's. We stayed here the night before as we had a 6am flight. There were kids running in the halls for hours, when we called the front desk to express our concerns twice nothing was done & it continued. The rooms were smelled musty and the AC/heat was very loud. They got our shuttle days mixed up so did not even schedule us for the right day. When we went to check out & expressed our concerns again they offered us a $20 refund like really do better. We just spent over $300 to stay at this dirty/loud hotel, not to mention the hotel dinning area had garbage and beer cans all over the place. Also be aware that once you book this hotel they automatically charge your credit card. Since we were travelling in 2 we wanted to split the cost. They also charge you a $100 deposit fee I'm assuming for damages-still have yet to receive that back onto my card. PLUS SIDE! This resort had the nicest shuttle night time driver around who was very personably and friendly. (This man deserves a raise)

I had originally chose a room with 2 double beds so I thought. Upon checking in I was informed that we had a room with one king sized bed. This was unacceptable but the front desk person said they were fully booked and there was nothing they could do. He said take it up with Booking.com. He didn't offer any kind of resolution of any kind. We stayed 1 night and left in the morning giving up our 2nd night. This was over 500 dollar room. I'd say that's a pretty expensive stay. Maybe if I had have booked the room directly with the hotel they might have helped us more.....we will never know.

• Jelicia (1/5): Very noisy - Nothing at all Property was very noisy , kids running up and down all day and all night , playing in the corridors. I was forced to checkout a day earlier and had to book another hotel because the noise was excessive!!
• rellymoring (10/5): A Must-Stay for Plane Enthusiasts! - Wow! Talk about great value! This hotel was obviously recently redone, and super modern! They had a screen in the front lobby for flight tracking, key cards were required to get to your floor on the elevator, etc. The runway view room was an awesome choice for kids! Seeing the planes SO CLOSE landing all evening was so fun for them, and it was not as loud as you would expect either. We were also able to watch the sunset out the huge window, which was lovely! The beds were super comfy too, and the room was very clean. We didn't use the pool, but there is one. The breakfast was great too! Tons of options! The only downsides are that the location isn't walking distance to anything, and you have to pay $25 for parking.

• Juanita (9/5): I stay here often....for good reasons. - King Suite is quite comfortable and spacious. Good breakfast most days, great breakfast on Sunday! All staff I spoke with were friendly, informative and courteous.

Cependant, petit problème de chauffage, j’ai été voir la personne à l’accueil à notre arrivé pour lui faire constater, elle m’a dit qu’elle allais envoyer quelqu’un pour vérifier mais malheureusement personne n’est venu. Le soir, une fois rentré je suis retourner à l’accueil la personne du soir c’est occupé du problème immédiatement en envoyant quelqu’un vérifier. Le problème non résolu, elle est venu nous voir pour nous proposer une autre chambre que nous avons refuser pour ne pas déplacer toute les affaires. Mais il nous a proposer un chauffage d’appoint qui a largement fait l’affaire. Merci à cette personne du soir qui, grâce à lui nous avons passez une bonne nuit. Cependant, préparer vous à vous faire prélever 100$ à l’arrivé pour les dégât, ne c’est pas bloquer mais bien prélever, cela fait 4 jour que nous sommes parti et nous sommes toujours pas rembourser.

• Catalin (8/5): - Aproape de aeroport, shuttle bus, facilități spre cascada Niagara, camera foarte confortabilă, sală de sport și piscină… Nu s-a făcut curățenie în cameră, nu poți aerisi natural prin deschiderea ferestrei. Personalul a fost prietenos și deschis pentru a ajuta!

• Dianne (8/5): Short and sweet - The shuttle service There was a dirty sponge in the shower. Lighting above bathroom sink was dim. Early flight would have liked the breakfast to open a six am.

They didn’t pull in enough next to airport to be visible. Shuttle service pick ups and drop offs were not frequent enough. A bit farther from airport.

• Dobra Energia Rafał Odrobinski (9/5): Niedrogi ale głośny hotel, przelatują lądujące samoloty - Bardzo ładne pokoje. Basen. Siłownia. Syte śniadanie. Niestety bardzo słychać samoloty które centralnie przelatują nad hotelem. Zapewne to zależy od pory roku/wiatru i tego na który pas lądują. Ale mieliśmy szczęście że przelatywały nad hotelem. No i oczywiście obok autostrada ale to było widać na mapie podczas rezerwacji. Zadupie. Bez samochód bez szans. Ewentualnie taxi.
