Kinda silly and seems like a nickle and dime tactic. Same with cokes. Could get a complimetary one but a cold one was 3 bucks...again seems like a nickle and dime tactic. Pillows in room were like laying my head on a newspaper.

- Susan (10/5): - Upon arrival the smell of hotel was remarkable. It’s smelled clean without any chemical smell. The hotel was emasculate. We saw many staff members cleaning. Of course I left a tip in my rooom. The staff deserve a lot of praise for the cleanliness of their facility. The layout of the room was different than IHG and we liked it a lot. They had a large desk center of the room. The room felt warm and inviting. The shower pressure was amazing and the products for shampoo conditioner were all animal harm free. Plus a real bar of soap. The hot tea available came with honey love that detail. Quiet and CLEAN. Staff also friendly professional and clean attire and presentable.

I gave 4 stars for the property because parking is challenging if there are guests with trailers or other [extra] large vehicles, etc.

The area is safe. The breakfast is free. I only stay at Hampton if I need 3-days or less. Due to space, I choose Home2Suites for longer stays.

- Abbie (5/5): Need better breakfast food, cleaner room and the suite I reserved was given away. - Breakfast was presented nicely but the food was cold as soon as you put it on the plate. Eggs were rubbery. I reserved a queen suite and noted a late check in. They gave my suite to someone else and I had to do a double room. Disappointed but couldn't go anywhere else as it was late and we were tired.
