Nadine (8/5): - Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen, hatte ein paar angenehme Tage. Mir wurde ein extra größeres Zimmer gegeben, damit ich mit meinem Hund ein bisschen mehr Platz habe. Man kann auch sehr gut spazieren gehen, da der Park nicht weit vom Hotel ist.

Robert (10/5): eine der besten hotel-erfahrungen die ich gemacht habe. - überaus freundlicher besitzer. hat alles getan um unseren aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. hat uns erlaubt unser auto noch tage nach dem checkout stehen zu lassen und auch während des aufenthalts nichts fürs parken berechnet. auch beim verlängern des aufenthalts sehr gute preise gemacht. und war sehr verständnisvoll für unsere spontanen verlängerungen. zimmer hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben. die separate küche war auch gut ausgestattet und von uns mehrfach genutzt. umgebung war sehr ruhig. kurze entfernung zum krankenhaus.

Sandra (9/5): Top Preis-Leistung gepaart mit freundlichen Gastgebern - Freundliche Gastgeber, saubere, zweckmässige einfache Hotelzimmer mit Minifernseher und mit einer gut ausgestatteten, sauberen Gemeinschaftsküche (Kühlschränke, etc. Waschmaschine & Tumbler, Bügeleisen/Bügelbrett- kurz: worum man unterwegs manchmal froh ist)Ruhige Lage. (Und im angrenzenden Lokal top- gegessen!) Für mich alles Bestens.

Mohammad (7/5): Clean & quite very basic hotel - Quiet & clean The receptionist, who was kind and polite, was available only at certain times, and I did not receive clear information about the hotel’s facilities, such as whether a kitchen was available. The room was quite small and lacked some basic amenities like a fridge or a kettle for boiling water. In addition, the hotel is not located close to a metro station, which might be inconvenient for some travelers. I also had to extend my stay for an extra night, as there was no option to store my luggage until I finished my business meetings in the afternoon. This was rather disappointing and could be an area for improvement in guest service.

The staff are very friendly and helpful The rooms are sparkling clean, and I found all what I needed. The hotel is accessible by different means of transport and easy to navigate with google maps. The area is safe and quiet.

Jiménez (9/5): Great experience - There are a kitchen and a washing machine you can use, that is really useful. The location is okay, there are a grocery and some restaurant near. The room is pretty good and comfortable, good wi fi and very clean.
Domantas (7/5): Good - The location is perfect if you are traveling to the nord-west part of Frankfurt. The hotel is in a great neighborhood for a relaxing stay. The reception was welcoming and was easy to communicate with in english. The shared kitchen in nice, there is also a place to clean your clothes. You need to bring stuff like soap, shampoo, cleaning agents for clothes, yourself. While cleaned, the bed sheets had some old stains. Room service would always close the window even if I left it open on purpose. Wifi, while the connection was good, it is set up as public wifi. Also, just a thing to consider, after heavy rain there was bad smell in the bathroom from the drainage pipes, not necessarily the hotels fault, might just be bad sewer system in the area (know from experience).
