Guest Reviews
- linda (10/5): - Loved my stay. I went with my two kids 9 and 11. Pool was awesome! Cabin great loc. just walked out to the main entrance and all activities were there. All main attractions, pool, lake, activity center. Will def. go back next year!
- Verified traveler (6/5): So so visit - Couch (I wouldn’t sit on it) and bed were WELL worn…it could have been cleaner. The staff heard our concerns and gave us a blanket to put over the couch.
- Priscila (10/5): - I love the place. I really need some fresh air ❤️
- Verified traveler (10/5): - My family and i were sad to leave yesterday. We had an amazing time and are looking forward to doing this again soon
- Shelley (10/5): - The cabin was in a great location to gain access to multiple beaches. Perfect setup for kids with the loft provideing extra bed space. Dog friendly location. Nice quiet vacation spot.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The campground was very clean and friendly. They made check in easy. The only bad thing I have to say is that when we got there and got in our cabin the air conditioner didn’t work and it was very hot. We were able to call and they had someone come look at it immediately. They were able to offer us an alternative. Over all the staff is very friendly and helpful.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - First time camper, so I rented a cabin. It was roomy for 2 adults and the boys 11 @ 15 loved the loft! They had pillows and a mattresses but you must bring your own sheets, blankets, pillow cases. There are no towels so bring your own. The kitchen was nicely stocked. There was a little welcome pan with sponge, dish liquid, coffee filters, a Brillo pad and 2 trash bags and a roll of toilet paper. So don’t forget to bring napkins, paper towels and things you may need. They had a picnic bench, little habachi type grill and fire pit in front of your cabin so that was nice! The on-site store is where you could buy some things you might need if you don’t bring it yourself. Bring enough cash, there are no atms there, I found out the hard way when an ice cream truck came strolling in on the property!
Overall, it is a nice place to visit and relax or have fun!
The only thing I would say is it would be better if they had hooks to hang clothes/ towels on the bathroom door. A screen on the slide doors would be nice too.
And also, there is a tv and internet inside but you have to sign up and pay for it if you should want it.
I would definitely go back again and bring friends! My kids met other kids and want to know when we are going back already!
- Lisa (10/5): Sea Pines review - This was a really nice campground. The lots are nice and shaded. The pool wasn't open yet, but they were getting it ready for Memorial Day weekend. It looked nice. The playground area and mini golf also looked nice, and they were convenient to our rental. The campground also has a lake that guests can swim in. It was a perfect day outside, and many people were taking advantage of being in the lake. We stayed in a pet friendly cottage. It was great to be able to bring our pet. It was our first time taking our pet with us on vacation. The cleaners could have did a better job with the floors and the bathroom sink, but it wasn't anything that we couldn't take care of ourselves.
- Gregg (8/5): Liked with one exception... - The design of the cottages doesn't allow for air conditioning in the loft area. It was uncomfortable up there for the kids, but otherwise a nice setup to stay a couple of days.
- Tim (8/5): - Our stay at one of Sea Pines' "cabins" proved to very relaxing one a week after Labor Day - conveniently close to Cape May, AC and everything in between. Our cabin was in great shape and had plenty of room for 5-6 people. Since it was just my wife and I and dog, the cost per person was about what a nice hotel would cost but it was a peaceful week and everything but bedding was supplied (don't forget pillow cases!). One note of CAUTION to those not familiar with propane stoves in tight quarters: be careful not to unknowingly bump the knob when moving in like we did - took us too long to figure out lol.
Site amenities are plentiful, clean and convenient. This was our first time "renting" a trailer and it was great, would def do it again.
- Scott (8/5): Nice campground near the beach - Stayed three days in one of their cabins. Would stay there again. Fairly quiet campground. Helpful staff.
- Chris (2/5): Bed bugs Beware - Bed bugs was there less than 12 hrs got eaten alive! Ruined my boyfriends birthday weekend I had planned! Spent it in a laundromat and trying to find another hotel in the area that was pet friendly. Very disappointed I used to go to the campground as a child
Members only had great memories. Management was not around on the weekend the maintenance guy who claimed to be the manager at the time was useless offered another cabin right across from the one we were staying. I'm no expert on bed bugs but I'm pretty sure that cabin would have it or I would have brought them with our luggage or bedding! Also When asked if he was the manager he responded "I is". Next time I'll spend the time using my own RV and setting it up!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was a very fun trip. Sea Pines RV Resort & Campground is a very nice resort. We enjoyed it. Kids loved the pool. It's not far from shopping and beach. I loved the barbecue rack. It's quiet at night, and pet friendly.
