• Colleen (2/5): Court Manor is an excellent location - Court Manor #3 has the potential to be an excellent holiday residence, unfortunately we were very disappointed and will never rent here again. Pictures on line and premises 2 totally different situations. Place is outdated and in need of major renovations and repair, kitchen old and dingy never cooked there once, bathrooms and showers old, toilets didn't flush properly,black mold on ceiling, ants, beds don't fit bed frames, killed huge cockroach in kitchen first night,front door doesn't lock from inside,couldn't go out back patio key didn't work,husband sat on plastic deck chair and it completely broke apart and he injured his elbow and cuts on back from shattered plastic. Only AC in bedrooms poor quality, one TV only downstairs with few working channels,curtains dingy,window screens dusty and dirty. Definitely not worth the price charged and felt owner not interested. Information from people familiar with premises, sorry for us and we should never have rented there. Didn't want to stay but were stuck because of cost, Stayed out as much as possible. Comments made here are "Without Prejudice" but totally "Honest and True"
• Corey (8/5): Decent spacious apartment with a spectacular view. - These six, 2-story units all sit separate from Mo Bay Club Condo Towers and El Greco resort but are on the same complex. Meaning all 3 properties share the same pool, restaurant, bar, and elevator down to the hip strip and beach. The pool, bar, and restaurant are all what I would rate as pretty good. Each individual unit at Court Manor is owned by different people so the interior of each and how it is set up is different. Some are dated with back porches that need work, older furniture, older bathrooms, and outdated kitchens while others are completely remodeled. Either way in my opinion your view from all of these units is amazing. Your condo sits right on top of a cliff overlooking the ocean and the views of the beach and the boats coming in are great. They do have maid service but you may have to ask the front desk for it sometimes, tipping also helps. These units also have a private parking lot and a nice shaded garden area that you can picnic in. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It will not appeal to individuals who are looking for 5 star luxury resorts but if you're looking for a property that is local friendly and somewhere where you can do your own thing, have a full kitchen, tons of space, and a great view then this is it. This is coming from someone who has been going to Jamaica frequently for over 15 years. Side note, take the elevator down and go to Bigg's BBQ, it's right next door to Doctor's Cave Beach but their beach area is free to use.
