• Roderick (9/5): - The friendly, courteous staff was always ready to cooperate. I advised the manager that I had slipped in the shower and banged my head hard! And so I suggested that management install or supply plastic non slip mats INSIDE the shower.They could also stick some rubber duckies on the bathing area and grab rails ecause of the nature of the tile when visitors use sun screen or the like on their feet, the wet tiles become very slippery and dangerous.A younger person might not fall but older clients are at the mercy of the fates. I plan on staying at the proper in September and I expect this one request to be fulfilled.

• KAMILA (8/5): Vale a pena o custo benefício para quem quer explorar bastante a ilha de Aruba - A acomodação é simples, porém muito aconchegante, a área da piscina é ótima e os funcionários são prestativos e agradáveis. A pousada disponibiliza telefones úteis e um telefone que você pode usar lá para pedir táxi, comida, entre outros. A comunicação é muito fácil pelo WhatsApp e também pessoalmente durante o período em que os funcionários estão lá. Pegamos a opção com café da manhã e eles tem um cardápio onde é possível escolher entre algumas opções 1 tipo de bebida + 1 tipo de Yogurte + cereal e 1 tipo de pão com recheios diversos. Nosso checkin foi a noite e mesmo sem ter funcionários lá foi tudo muito rápido e simples com as instruções que eles passaram. O bar da piscina poderia funcionar até mais tarde, as vezes voltávamos da praia com fome e não tinha opção de pedir algo. O bar funciona somente até as 15h.

• Sofi (7/5): Buena relación precio-calidad - Buenísima ubicación pero solo si alquilas auto (muy recomendable para recorrer la isla), el estacionamiento es en la calle pero super seguro, buena relación precio-calidad. El patio con pileta es muy lindo. Las habitaciones son mucho más lindas en las fotos, pero cumple. Avisamos con anticipación que ibamos a llegar al hotel por la tarde-noche, nos dijeron que llamemos en el horario de llegada para recibir las instrucciones de cómo ingresar. Cuando llamamos no nos atendieron de manera amable. Sería mejor que ya te indiquen cómo ingresar en el horario del check-in y así no hay disgustos. El domingo estuvimos más tiempo en el hotel y no encontramos a nadie durante el día.

• Maria (6/5): The bed was big and comfortable; and that there was a pool and a hammock outside. - Since I didn't have a car, I had to walk to the beach which wasn't that far (15-20 min away) but I wouldn't recommend it after dark. One needs to take a taxi to get back at this hotel after dark. Although it was not that far, I did not appreciate having to walk to the beach and to the super market.

All the tours that offered hotel pickup were willing/able to pick up from this hotel. Nice courtyard pool area with plenty of lounge areas. The room itself could use a bit of an update but was still fine for the cost paid. The walk to the beach is about 15-20 minutes and only has proper sidewalks and crosswalks in some areas.

A recepção só funciona por volta das 7:30 h até mais ou menos 17:00h, falta um pouco de informação em relação a atrativos turísticos que podem ser feitos, acredito que ajudaria muito essas informações .

Door to room not sealed so bugs could enter room. Nice pool but needed to be cleaned more frequently. In fairness I understand the Arubiana is in the process of being sold and hopefully these issues will be resolved by new owners.

The staff were very friendly, and the courtyard is the center hub. The property is gated and very safe. It’s perfect just the way it is

• Daniel Geovany Neira Rios (7/5): MUY BIEN UBICADO PERO LE FALTA MUCHO PARA ESTAR AL NIVEL DE OTROS HOTELES - La ubicación en medio de dos grandes supermercados es genial, lo mismo que está cerca a dos de las mejores playas como Eeagle Beach y Palm Beach a las que se puede ir caminando. El desayuno es muy delicioso aunque lo sirven muy tarde ya que empieza desde las 08:00 am. En todo caso el personal de la cocina es super amable y servicial. No hay control de los huéspedes en las noches porque no queda nadie en la recepción, entonces algunos gringos se ponen a consumir licor, a fumar cosas, hacen bulla y como es un hotel pequeño pues eso afecta a los demás huéspedes sin que haya nadie que llame la atención. Tuvimos una cancelación del vuelo por la captura de Nicolás Maduro y mientras otros hoteles respaldaron a los huéspedes extendiendo la reserva, el Hotel Arubiana nos dejó tirados, no había donde quedarse en la isla. Me parece que la supuesta hospitalidad y solidaridad de la que se ufana la isla no es cierta a pesar de tratarse de una emergencia.

Basic eggs, meat and toast, cereal, yogurt They switched our room from a triple (separate beds) to a double one bed without notice. The only thing they could offer was free breakfast. Not happy with sharing a bed with a friend

• CARLOS (9/5): Nos pareció muy bueno - Esta bien ubicado a pocos metros de supermercados, es un lugar seguro y apacible, con fácil accesos, bueno para descansar y ambiente familiar. Nos pareció muy bueno, el aire acondicionado, el horno y la nevera funcionaron muy bien. Sería muy bueno que ofrecieran el servicio de alimentación durante el resto del día, con snacks o bebidas, ya que solo sirven el desayuno. También sería importante informar al huésped antes de su llegada que, en ciertas horas, el hotel está desatendido y dejan la llave en un buzón, algo que no sabíamos.

Tuve vecinos hablando y tomando hasta las 5 de la mañana en mi ventana, tuve que pedir que limpiaran las ventanas americanas llenas de tierra, el último día me despidió una cucaracha! Y en recepción nunca hay nadie! Pague muy caro para estar en el peor hotel de mi vida!

El alojamiento cumple en el sentido de la ubicacion, a 15 min caminando de la Eagle Beach.

La comunicazione con lo staff della reception avveniva sempre tramite whatsapp. In teoria avrebbero dovuto essere presenti fino alle 18:00, ma ogni volta al nostro rientro non c’erano.
