Het volgende viel ons tegen: - Het zwembad was vies; - Kussens ligbedden zwembad vies - Centrale BBQ was te smerig om te gebruiken - Omgeving zwembad diverse defecte meubels - Appartement was donker, na vervanging airco's was er niets afgewerkt, locatie was nog zichtbaar - Inventaris was niet compleet een allegaartje - Buitenzitje was vies en divers stoelen - Muren bij keukenblok, omgeving vuilnisbak, was vies - Handdoeken werden sporadisch vervangen en waren nog niet fris - Diverse lampen in de woning defect - Bij binnenkomst van de tuin lagen er defecte stoelen - Tuin werd niet bijgehouden met als gevolg dat er over bladeren lagen

It has all the things you need. Nice with two AC, one in the bedroom an one in the livingroom The pool was dirty, sunbeds has alot of stains and lokked really bad. Hard to get in contact with the management, slow to reply to messeges.

• Ana (7/5): Good only for one night - Cool place for one night since its close to the airport. Other than that, we didn’t explore it that much. As soon as we came, water started running on the floor in the kitchen. They resolved it (I texted them and left, I don’t know how long it took them), however the very next morning same thing happened again, we started an hour in the apartment and they didn’t came to sanetize it in that time. We also didn’t have hot water, to which they replied it takes some time to come, but I’ve waited for at least 5mins.

• Uwe (6/5): Geräumige Unterkunft mit Reparaturbedarf - Die Größe des Appartement war sehr gut, der Bereich vor den Appartements ist schön bepflanzt. Die Küchengeräte sind nicht so top. Es gab ständig Probleme mit dem Wasser-Ablauf in Küche und Bad, so dass man den Geschirrspüler gar nicht benutzen konnte. Von Anfang an Handtücher unter der Küchenspüle sind da nicht die Lösung, wenn schon beim Abwaschen das Wasser heraus läuft. Der Eisspender im Gefrierschrank war defekt. Der Pool ist für Erwachsene recht klein.

Walking distance to Surfside beach, but you would want a car to get around the island. - Self check in was straightforward. - Quiet - We didn’t cook, but the kitchen is fully stocked, so it would be easy to make meals - AC works well - Hot water and good water pressure - Mattress was on the softer side and the furniture indoors was all patio furniture, but this wasn’t a big deal for us.

• margriet (9/5): Ruim en goed geoutilleerd appartement in Oranjestad - Ruim appartement met een prima keuken (zelfs een vaatwasser!), airco en goed werkende wifi. Zwembadje met ligbedden. Rustige ligging maar toch op korte afstand van zee en vertier. Snelle reactie van de verhuurder op vragen en verzoeken. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Ik was heel tevreden! Slechts een verbeterpuntje: ik was in m’n eentje en kon me aardig redden met de keukeninventaris maar met 2, 3 of 4 personen is dit echt te krap… zeker als je zoals ik graag zelf kookt. Het had al de aandacht van de verhuurster vertelde ze.

• Holly (6/5): Decent for working on our boat at the marina, not for everyone - We were looking for a place closer to the Varadero Marina because we were working on our boat. We wanted cheap, a full kitchen, A/C, and room enough for organizing our bags and shopping we were doing, and a place to take a good shower and sleep well at the end of a long day at the boat yard. It was all of that. For our purposes, this property was fine. Good wifi, secure, clean, good parking, close to PriceSmart and airport, comfortable bed. The room was very dark and dimly lit, it really needs new paint inside, (it looks like splotches everywhere on the walls), we didn’t have hot water for showers, it was warm at best. No coffee machine. It was fine for our purposes but I wouldn’t have booked this for a vacation stay.

• Lorena.Loris (10/5): Maravilhosa!! - Fomos e voltamos do aeroporto à pé (30min). Do hotel até o centrinho que fica o porto de cruzeiro e terminal de ônibus, também fomos a pé (25min). Pegávamos ônibus pagando em dolar $5,25 pra dois. (Diferente daqui do Brasil o terminal é aberto, então você tem q pagar novamente qd chega ao terminal, por isso fomos a pé até ele). Lá é muito seguro. A praia mais bonita que achamos (gosto pessoal) foi a surfside, que fica a poucos metros do hotel. Tinha um ar condicionado na sala e outro no quarto. A cozinha é bem equipada, faltou uma airfryer só. A geladeira é grande, tem saída de água e gelo, já prontos! Compramos os suprimentos pro café da manhã, numa loja atrás do estádio e fizemos todos os dias o café no hotel e ainda levamos snacks. Faltou uma airfryer na cozinha.

En general el apartamento es bastante confortable. La piscina es algo pequeña (en la publicación lucía ser más grande). El sofá del área de recibo es bastante incómodo. Le falta iluminación al baño, ya que los bombillos del espejo no estaban funcionando.

• Christina (8/5): Enjoyed our short (1 night) stay. Beautiful grounds, huge room and a short drive from the airport. Will consider staying - Room was HUGE!! Very close to airport, vibrant colors, beautiful pool and affordable. A bit of a difficult check in process as no one was there and wasn’t told where to pick up key. But, a maintenance/contractor guy working on a room outside was able to help me.
• Stipkalova (1/5): We will not come back in the future - Nothing A lot of animals in the house, in the bathroom and beds fortunatly the staff handled the animals in the bed after about 24 hours, the apartmant had almost no light, in the evening we needed to use our phone lights, staff did not repair it after asking, outside on the terrase was no light at all we could not use it after 7pm needed to go to pool are to have some light. A lot of chochrocas, the furniche was broken in bathroom and in the livingroom. The door were not closing fully there was empty space where animals could go inside of the house this also with the bathroom doors. One pan was compleatly old not nice for using.

• Emily (8/5): Comfortable, convenient, and economical. - We found that Cadushi Apartments met all of our needs for our vacation in Aruba. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had excellent A/C. The kitchen comes with the essential appliances and utensils you need to prepare your own food with small grocery shop in walking distance. Its also very easy to walk to the main street running through Oranjestad and Surfside Beach, saving you plenty of taxi rides, and there are a number of small restaurants within blocks. We didn't take advantage of the other amenities, such as breakfast, but the staff is very communicative over Booking.com and WhatsApp. It can be confusing that the apartment uses a Plus Code rather what is considered a "standard address." So some taxi and delivery services would not accept online orders.

• Kathy (9/5): Would repeat there again. Enjoyed our stay. - Shelly, property manager, was so helpful and amazing in heart and spirit to answer questions and help us get oriented. She loves her guests like family. Updated nicely with a full size fridge with ice maker. Very roomy and comfortable, quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach. I can only think of one thing, the hired pool service guy is in and out too quickly with a bare minimum on pool cleaning.

They were always there to help with whatever my needs w - I like the fact that the housekeeping department kept the facility very clean, but the swimming pool had a lot to be desired because it was filthy and I couldn’t use it when it was part of what I paid for They don’t maintain the swimming pool the way it should be kept up. It was full of scum. I couldn’t use it. Witch forced me to go to the beach if I wanted to get into any water, I think the price that they charge and upkeep for the pool is so bad they should rethink their pricing.
• Eugene (9/5): Great stay in Aruba in a comfortable apartment. - Modern apartment with great modern kitchen - electric stove, big refrigerator, efficient air conditioner, a lot of room. Gated set of apartments with a private pool and grill. Nice beach nearby. Private parking. The location is somewhere between Oranjestad and the airport. No problem if you have a car. If you are looking for nightlife in a high-rise hotel district or Eagle Beach - that will be about a 15-minute drive. On a positive note, there is a secluded nice beach nearby. Shallow water, no waves, and plenty of trees.

We were early to the hotel on our first day and needed to keep our bags so she let us keep them at their office. She also let us use the washroom to change and freshen up. That early check-in really helped us get the trip started on a good note. Nothing. Liked everything for the price.

• Péter (9/5): Affordable option, spacious and clean apartment. - Located in a more “local” area, this apartment offers good value for money compared to other offerings on the island. The apartments are big, and well equipped including with good AC. I recommend having a car to get around the island - but I’d recommend that wherever you stay. The flat is close to one of the nicer beaches in and around Oranjestad, with some bars and restaurants and good opportunities for plane spotting ! Overall, if you’re looking to save something on your accommodation you won’t go wrong with this place. Staff are nice, helpful and responsive. The flat was clean. So it’s good value for money! Nothing negative I can think of.

• Aprameyaa (10/5): Beautiful home stay experience, mins away from beach and grocery stores. Will return - The property is gated, Aruba is very safe but to have a gated property always feels wonderful. You will have a pool, bbq on site. Cadushi apartments also offers breakfast and dinner services which I thought was great. The room has a cute sitting area just outside the apartment. Beautiful trees around on property. Very peaceful and quite. The apartment itself is huge! You have everything you need within the apartment. The living room was amazing with tv, sofa and coffee table . Dining area with chairs, fully equipped kitchen with all the pots and pans for up to 4 people, new refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, an electric stove top. Having oil, salt and pepper would have been a bonus. They do provide sugar, tea and coffee for the coffee maker. Bedroom was great with comfortable bed, safety box, iron, closet etc. Bathroom is modern, they provide you with shampoo and body wash but you would have to get toothpaste and other oral health products yourself. Overall, you can live here for a short stay or a long term stay. Exact 10min walk away from Surf side beach which we thought was the best beach in comparison to other overcrowded beaches in Aruba. You are mins away from grocery stores and restaurants. 20mins walk to downtown Oranjestad and the cruise ships area. You can park your rental car outside the property. John helped us book our rental car services with Amigo car rental which was great since we didn’t have to worry about rental car booking when we arrived. Overall, I would give this place 10/10 for the fair price that you pay. It’s beyond amazing in all aspects. Everything was perfect!

That you have to close the front door with keys by entering and leaving. I was traveling alone and came late back from the event, and it was a little bit scary for me, to have to open the outside door with the keys and then close it also with the key. I think they must think of a most straightforward way to open and close the door
