• Leanne (10/5): - Wonderful relaxation getaway. Loved the pool was heated and the spa bubbly. Room was wonderful and could sit and watch the beach while enjoying relaxing in the unit. Would definitely visit again. The unit we stayed in could have a floor mat in where the sofas are to add just a bit more comfort, our feet got cold on the tiles.

The 2brm unit we stayed in for 4 days was in need of some serious maintenance, the dryer didn't work, the light didn't work the drawer fell apart, the towel rail fell off the wall, the floor was really dirty & to top it off there was no coffee. • Surawski (7/5): - The location was good for attending an event at the Gold Coast Convention Centre. Some of the fittings were deteriorated and prevented the widows sealing and operating as designed. Maintenance had been neglected to keep the premises to the original specifications.

• Kym (9/5): Location and room are very recommended but check-in not so. - The room was very nicely appointed with comfortable lounge which is usually rare. The view was really nice and location close to everything required in walking distance. The check-in using the after hours phone on a Sat was tedious to get through. Not sure why someone can’t be on the desk for checkin. This would be a vast improvement.
• Geoff (4/5): Great view and position but unit 38, L10 was disgraceful considering what we paid for our stay. - The view. The overall complex. Didn't like the unit. It had a broken toilet seat, broken towel rack, broken toilet roll holder, partially clogged bathroom sink, broken shower rose and the overall unit was dirty. The top of the fridge obviously hasn't been cleaned in years, the microwave is from the 90's. The laundry was in disarray, the light covers are from the 70s and the walls were marked with skirting boards dirty. The designated carpark was impossible to get into and even if you could, the floor was covered in water, so, you'd have to unload luggage and passengers before you parked then swim for it once you're in. Not quite, but you wouldn't want to have nice shoes on.

The pool with deck chairs was great, nice and sunny. The beach over the road was so excellent being shallow with warm water, it was amazing really and patrolled for peace of mind. I lived the beachy facilities - pool (with kid-zone), hot tub, sauna, lawn area. There was a wonderful view over the water and i enjoyed the soothing beach sound. Nice balcony with chairs and a table for drinks. Maybe a little bit dated? But hey it was a full apartment with kitchen, laundry and 2 bathrooms.

Extra costs to use the on site tennis court. No tea and coffee upon arrival (it seems just our bad luck on our Sunday early afternoon arrival, but the reception was closed, so no help there either).

• Brent (5/5): Great place let down by air con cleanliness and nearby construction. - The facilities such as the indoor pool and hot tub were great, the atmosphere was nice and comfortable and located in a beautiful location. The view of the beach from the living room was awesome. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thankfully before turning on the aircon units in appartments my partner and I have made a habit of inspecting the cleanliness of the aircon unit (I.e mould signs etc). Unfortunately on this occasion we did not like what we seen inside the aircon units so we chose not to use them at all during our stay. Unfortunately my partner also found similar signs of mould spots on some of the curtains as well. We do have photos of you would like to see them. Thankfully the breeze is incredible so our stay wasn’t too hot to need the air con but a concerning site nonetheless. One frying pan had egg still in it and another had damage to the pan (staff replaced easily). We were expecting the advertised view from the bedroom with the arch window and view of the beach but unfortunately we had views of an active and noisy construction site (no mention before booking).

• Charlotte (8/5): Great family stay - Opposite the beach. We were on the ground floor apartment so great access to the pool at all times. Lovely pool facilities. Check in was difficult and our fob key never worked the whole time given it was Easter reception was hardly open to remedy. Broken towel rails in apartment and wasn’t perfectly clean. Needed more towels in rooms as we were a family staying for 5 nights

Good coffee place close by at the surf lifesaving club (3-to-5-minute walk). Patrick still very friendly and helpful as is his little dog. A few things were a little worn down. Toilet paper holder was loose, units could have been a little cleaner particularly the bathroom, lounge was a little dusty mind you that could be due to sliding door being open.

• Saia (4/5): Great Location - Location was excellent. Beds were uncomfortable, you can feel the springs when you lay down, beds need an upgrade. Toilet in ensuite had a different seat which was not the same shape as the toilet. When you get an ocean view room it can be a room on the side where you can barely see the ocean, should be able to have a front ocean view room even if you charge abit extra but it's pretty much lucky dip.

• David (8/5): Amazing views and great location; the room was good size and clean but it needs better air flow... - The room has sensational views and it is a good size, very clean unit; great location and staff were helpful when the reception was open. We asked for a nice room with good ocean views and they did not disappoint; we were on the top floor and exceptional views looking north. Thank you. The pool, spa, and sauna facilities were also excellent. The bedrooms face west and the rooms were very hot. When we arrived and walked in the unit was very warm and stuffy; with guests arriving I'd suggest turning the a/c on so it cools the room. The only a/c was in the lounge room and the fans (especially in the second bedroom) worked poorly. My wife and daughter slept in the lounge room as the bedrooms were too stuffy. I would suggest better fans or a/c for those rooms. Also the tv didn't work the first day/night; I told reception and they did fix it to work but the remotes must need new batteries or something as near impossible to change channels etc. Just the little things need attention to detail.

Great pool & spa. Easy walking distance to patrolled beaches, cafes, restaurants & shops. The car park allocated to the apartment ... between concrete pillars!

Aircon worked, however, it leaked water internally and onto furniture which could be dangerously due to the electrical cables for the TV - reported on departure. • Tracey (3/5): Not pleasant - Staff were friendly and assisted the best they could. The room that we were first in was absolutely disgusting. Mould on chairs, rust in apartment, bib blobs of concrete on verandah area and the smell was damp and musty. The main bed had one mattress higher then the other and sagged in the middle. We were moved to a different room which was marginally better. There is no air con in the bedrooms. I would not recommend this place to anyone
• Melissa (4/5): Very dirty, damaged and disappointing. Do not book. - Great location The apartment I stayed in was filthy, I have never stayed in accomodation as dirty as this. It wasn’t even a little dust it was years of filth to the point the walls had balls of dust and fluff on them. The carpet looked as though it hadn’t been vaccumed in years. It was devastating and disgusting to stay somewhere as dirty as this.

• natalie (10/5): Fantastic weekend visit to watch the world go by. - It was the most amazing view from the balcony! I had my coffee out there every morning, watching everyone go by and the calming waves. Beautiful. It was also a wonderfully sized apartment. Air conditioners in each bedroom would have been great. They are western facing and even with curtains closed, got very hot. We were only there for the weekend. Some little toiletries would have been handy.
• Lisa-Maree (9/5): A home away from home - We were on the ground floor room as chosen specifically when booking. This unit is like a home away from home. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable and spacious. We absolutely loved having the pool at our back door and easy access to everything. Our children are begging to return haha. Thank you so much for having us! Nothing major, the cleanliness in some areas was slightly lacking and we had no spare toilet paper but thoroughly enjoyed our stay nonetheless.
• Christina (6/5): - Location & pool were really good Aircon needs to be updated. Main bedroom only had ceiling fan that wasn’t that cool. Fan didn’t work properly in 2nd bedroom
• Belinda (6/5): Stayed in unit 19 (level 6) 2br 2bathroom for 2 weeks. Bathrooms and kitchen need to be fully renovated due to age, blac - The location is great with the beach and parks across from the building and restaurants, shopping and cafes a close walk. The staff were nice at check in. Stayed in Unit 19 on level 6 - A two bedroom two bathroom beachfront apartment. This unit needs a deep clean. It’s so very dusty and dirty. I spent a full 2hours wiping down and cleaning before we did anything. There were things left in drawers and around the apartment from the previous guests. Bathrooms looked clean but they are really run down with tiles falling off the walls, taps and fixtures have their mental corroding, and black mould growing in the shower from what looks like wall water seepage. The water pressure and shower heads are terrible. Vanities are falling apart. I would suggest a full refurbishing of the unit if you want to keep charging the high rate. All drawers in the kitchen need a deep clean. The dishwasher and microwave were super clean as of new. Fridge is outdated. Curtains need a wash as they were so dusty. Pillows on couches were pretty gross.

• Nicole (8/5): Great stay, amenities needed attention. - Location, view and pool area. No air con in the room only a fan. We had to keep turning the fan off due to it coming on and off ( including the light) randomly through out the night. It was extremely hot in the bedroom). The safe was broken and the dryer did t work.
