• Philipp (9/5): Super Aufenthalt, richtig sauber, gerne wieder. - Die Unterkunft liegt relativ ruhig etwas außerhalb von Moab, direkt an einer Tankstelle. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wird alles gemacht, dass keine Schlangen, oder sonstigen Tiere in der Nähe sind. Und es gibt auch einen kleinen Pool. Leider war das Badezimmer etwas klein, aber hat den amerikanischen Standards entsprochen, was für uns Europäer manchmal etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, insbesondere, wenn der Duschkopf recht weit unten hängt.

• GermanDoro (7/5): Cute cabin in a great location. - Location, cute little cabin. I picked the cabin with a toilet and shower inside. I am glad I was in the cabin alone. There is a full bed and a bunk bed in the cabin but it would be very small for 3 people. There was no bulb for the outside light No blanket, just a thicker sheet, good thing I had a sleeping bag. It was pretty cold at night. Hot during the day. Heater and cooler are way too loud to turn on. The cabin door is very hard to lock and unlock. Took me several attempts each time. The fridge is not very cold even when turned up. The shower needs a deep cleaning. There is a lot of build up around the frame. And why is the shower head so low? I am 5‘ 8 and don’t fit under it. :) The pool was closed which really was a bummer. Something was broken. It would be nice to have a mini foldable night stand or a little shelf to put things on next to the bed to put the phone or coffee in the morning. The price is pretty high for not having everything working 100%. I don’t need much but those are easy things to fix.

• Jennifer (8/5): Great location, excellent value, perfect solo traveler size. - Perfect location! None of the traffic from downtown Moab and closer to the state parks and attractions. Cabin was small but clean. Campground itself was nicely maintained. Unfortunately no laundry items available in the store while I was there. The bed was a bit sagging. The towels are sad.

• Gareth (7/5): Lovely view - We liked the privacy of having our own cabin with a lovely view. We were lucky to be at the back away from the road. The cabin was very small! It is a few miles out of Moab with no other facilities in the immediate area.

• Otto (7/5): No frills, but well priced. - Price point was good. Check in/out simple. Good access to Canyonlands, although I'd stay closer to Moab if I returned. While clean the little cabin was worn with loose fixtures for the towels and toilet paper. The on site store didn't open until 8 which if you're heading into the parks to beat the heat is really too late. The other three locations we stayed at while visiting the National Parks all opened at 7 am for breakfast.

• Michael (8/5): super convenient location. clean enough cabins, also has convenient amenities - super convenient location. just 1 block away from the fork towards canyonlands,about10 mins away from arches! the cabin was okay. has washing machine, microwave, a (somewhat overpriced) gas station. basically the perfect hub for your advedntures in moab. far away enough from downtown that you can do astrophotography right on the spot during the 5 days we stayed, linens were never changed, the soap they provide is very thin, you have to ask for a bunch more if you plan to shower more than once

It was quaint and cozy and the staff was great. We could not get any hot water in the shower till we were just about to leave. I would’ve preferred a queen bed and there was no place to charge our EV.

Accommodations were lacking in a big way! - This property is located in very close proximity to Arches and Canyonlands Island in the sky entrance. I’m not one to write reviews, but felt I needed to advise future room booking folks, so here it is. The cabin we stayed in, the deluxe cabin, was made for a single person use. The bed is too small for two people and the cabin itself is so very small, there is so little space for a suitcase and belongings for one person, much less two. The bathroom has no sink or countertop. The “kitchen” has a small sink, but empty cupboard’s are above it, making it awkward to even brush your teeth. And the cleanliness fit the feel of the place. You are charged a cleaning fee, which is a shame since dust was literally hanging from the blades of ceiling fan above the bed. And you are charged a resort fee on top of that.

A little far from town but counterbalanced by less light at night Traffic noise but got used to it. Took 15 minutes to drive into Moab to meet tours or for dinner. Mostly an RV park

The cabin itself was very clean when we got in! The shower had nice pressure and warm water The cabinets near the microwave was really convenient The water went out for an hour or two because of a break in a pump or something like that. Not something they can entirely control though! Being remote and working off pumps and wells and septic tanks can be challenging.

• David (1/5): Bad - Good location near park Mattress was absolutely disgusting. It needs to be thrown out!!! First time ever where we left facility a day early in order to get good night sleep. We paid for two nights.. We had to book new room at another lodge. A full refund is in order!!!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Simple cabin with awesome location! - The Deluxe Cabin with a full bed was perfect for me as a solo traveller. The cabin was cute, clean, and comfortable. Even though the park was full of RV's, it was quiet at night. The shower and bathroom were a little cramped, but not too bad. My only complaint is that my last night there it snowed and got below freezing, and I had no hot water in the morning. The location is amazing! Far enough from Moab to avoid the traffic and noise, yet close enough to hit the town for food and shopping. Extremely close to Canyonlands, Arches, Dead Horse Point, scenic drives, and I-70. Check in was smooth, and they gave me a complementary sanitary kit, which included wipes, hand sanitizer, and masks. The store is handy to have on grounds to grab a snack, drink, maps, souvenirs, and, for me, a nice thick winter hat. The gas station there is rather expensive for the area, but, it seemed like an accessible place for big RV's. I had a car and was able to fill up in town. Would definitely stay here again!

Recently though their prices for the basic cabins have gone up to the point that I think this last trip will be the last one where we will stay in one. It's also difficult to reach a live person if you have a question before you arrive; it isn't clear what time constitutes 'late arrival'.

My bed was not made when I arrived, even after a late check in. I wasn't given a pillow case but the sheets were in a pile on my bed and one of them looked like it wasn't even washed. It was def not worth what I paid. Beds were comfortable.

You can make it work and, if the idea is to spend more time outside and all you need it a bed and shower, then it is not a bad option. The campground was clean and organized. We didn't really use any more of the amenities. I did like that we were close to both national parks and away from the city.

This is the second time staying there. 1st time we camped with our RV (june 2019) this time(june 2020) we rented a casita(brothel) and our friends rented a casita(bank) as well. Both were clean, mattress were comfy. The shower house that is only for the casita's was cleaned every day. If you want to extend your stay(like we did both times) they will do everything possible to figure out how. Will definitely be back.

• Janet (8/5): Simple Stay - The location worked well for us as for being close to both park entrances and we had awesome views of arches park from our door. It was extremely quiet and not over crowded. Would stay again for a few nights and like the simple, rustic rooms.

The cabin was spacious, with a good size of private bathroom and shower, that was a plus. Highly recommended if you would like to have a private shower with your stay. Totally can hold up to 5 -6 people.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Play area and pool for children was nice. Cottage was not clean, power didn’t work upstairs, nails from recent work on the property were strewn around the parking area in front of cabin. Previous stays here were better, not sure if there have been recent changes.
• Richard (2/5): Uncomfortable stay - We paid for a Deluxe Cabin and my husband said he thought a jail cell would have been bigger and more comfortable. First let me say that the front desk staff were delightful and the grounds were very nicely maintained. If you were in your own RV the experience probably would have been delightful. However, when when we tried to open the door to the unit it hit the double bed which was pushed up as far as it could be to the wall. No way the person next to the wall could get out of bed in the middle of the night without waking up the person next to them. No place to put a suitcase so that you could open it up and take out the items you needed. We had to use one of the bunk beds that were crammed into the other side of the cabin. The towels were thin and very rough. You had to brush your teeth in the sink that was in the kitchen. The only mirror was in the sleeping area with had no light so I had no idea what my makeup looked like when I put it on. No chair to sit on. The two night stay was a nightmare. We only slept a few hours a night.
