Paul (10/5): - Beautiful new hotel. Room was spacious and clean. The hotel is centrally located near supermarkets,, stores, brewery. nsil salon, massage salons and restaurants.. Asian restaurant and bar on property is fairly priced and has really good food and also serves breakfast.. Pool and jacuzzi area was very nice. It was a great stay and we will be back. Nothing.

Roz (10/5): Great service - Upon check in I received a text asking if there was anything I needed. I asked for more hangers and they were immediately brought up to our room. When we went down for breakfast, our room was cleaned and fresh towels were there by the time we got back from breakfast.

goodneighbor (10/5): Great Spot as Home Base for exploring the Berkshires. - We stayed here for seven days, best Hilton Garden Inn ever! The staff is very friendly and the food at Jae’s Restaurant was terrific, morning, noon or night. Great breakfast menu, no buffet, reasonable prices. Nice workout room and pool. Jae’s lunch and dinner, Asian Fusion is privately owned and run. Great for takeout in lieu of room service. Rooms are newly remodeled, they are still doing the second floor. Wonderfully situated above South St, hiway 7, between Pittsfield and Lenox.

We ended up leaving something behind by mistake and they immediately called us and let us know that we had left something in the room that was important to us. We really appreciate the extra special personalized service. When in the area, we will definitely stay here again.

Marielena66 (4/5): Do you like sleeping? Try another hotel. - This is not a good hotel for sleeping. We could not control the temperature very well. Regardless of how we set the thermostat, the fan was fast and loud . We could not turn it off. We could not cool the room very well. The room was very hot.,When we lowered the thermostat by a degree or two, it would blow very cold air )(very loudly), but would again be two hot within an hour. We called the front desk and they sent some very quickly. They could not fix it but told us it was supposed to work that way.

Dolores (4/5): So all my family and friends left - It was my birthday and I invited 15 family members and friends thinking that I was gonna buy everybody dinner at the hotel when I got there the restaurant was closed and the bar was closed. I went to the front desk and said I would’ve never booked this trip here if I knew everything was gonna be closed and they said it was the responsibility of Booking.com to tell me that They said well we can give you a free money back for tonight and you can go get another hotel where was I gonna get a hotel that fast that had dining so that was very disappointed I wanted my money refunded because I had no knowledge and they said it was up to the third-party which is Booking.com to be responsible in telling me that the restaurant and bar would be closed

LibertyStreet (8/5): Nice stay. - Very nice hotel, easy to find, and a stone’s throw from Bousquet ski hill. The Asian restaurant off the lobby seems to be popular with locals. Lots of other restaurants in area including a not very good Papa John’s. Staff was pleasant. Hotel is clean and attractive. Good parking. Not a lot on TV (Spectrum?) and we had a bit of trouble getting remote to work. Heat worked well. Beds were very comfortable.

Esposa3 (6/5): Mediocre at best - We booked at the last minute having decided to stay another night in the area. The receptionist was unsmiling and unwelcoming. Not a good start in any circumstance. The room was ok but terrible lighting. The bedroom and en suite need updating. I asked for a couple of glasses and was told that there weren’t any! We had 2 very flimsy plastic mugs in our room! Breakfast at Jae’s is ridiculously expensive and not particularly good. Unimpressive the whole experience!

And do not get breakfast at Jae’s in the lobby. The hotel provides free coffee. They charge you over $5 for a cup of the same coffee.

The restaurant at the hotel is not from the hotel but a Thai restaurant. I do not like Thai food so had to go out for dinner each night. See above. Also at night coming back to go to bed almost no parking. All were restaurant attendees. Still no receipt even though they were given my email address.
IonaFezzywig (6/5): JUST AN AVERAGE STAY - We stayed mid week, Tuesday thru Thursday. Overall our stay was good. Our suite was on the fourth floor corner overlooking the parking lot. The building was clean and tidy our room quiet. The parking lot was full in the evening but in the early morning, 5:30, it was 75% empty. Which leads to the one issue with our stay. The hot water in both sink and shower took a good 5-8 minutes to get hot enough to use and low water pressure was a problem. You might expect that with the building at full capacity and every shower and tap in use but not with a mostly empty building. We thought the first instance with the hot water and pressure was an anomaly but the problem reoccured the next morning too. The front desk was informed in person upon check out. Also no clock in the bedroom and the nightlight in the bathroom was inoperable. Not the worst experience we've had in the many different hotel brands we've stayed with but this is not the standard we expect from a Hilton property. Just an average stay. (During our trip inbound to the hotel we received a text from Hilton Honors that said we could check in early and choose our room. We tried 3 times but the access code wouldn't work. A call to Hilton was not helpful, after a 30 minute hold and another 10 with an agent he said we couldn't do early check in until it was time to check in and then proceed to try and upsell us on the Hilton Honors program. Perplexing at best and nothing was accomplished.)
Z2333PWannl (4/5): Handicapped room - The handicapped room was poorly laid out. Thee shower was in a bathtub and had a stool instead of a bath chair. Totally inaccessible for someone in a wheelchair. The towels and lotion were placed high up. If my husband hadn’t been with me I would be out of luck. I couldn’t shower anyway. There was little space between the beds to fit my.wheelchair. I couldn’t open the bathroom door by myself. My husband had to prop it open but when the bathroom door was open you couldn’t open the door to the room

Teresa (8/5): Very good - The people who clean the rooms were friendly and extremely nice. The person who checked us in could have been friendlier and more welcoming. We asked about our Hilton rewards said she couldn’t do anything about it now. It should have been done at booking. I didn’t see anything on the booking website about the rewards. The room was nice, clean but the view not so much.
