• Yanis (2/5): - Nous avions réservé deux nuits au Guesthouse , du 30 avril au 2 mai, mais dès notre arrivée, grosse déception : on nous annonce qu’ils ne peuvent finalement nous garantir qu’une seule nuit. Pour la deuxième, on devait se débrouiller nous-mêmes pour trouver un autre logement, ce qui est totalement inacceptable après une réservation confirmée. Nous avons alors demandé un remboursement pour la nuit non assurée, mais le personnel nous a répondu qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire car nous étions passés par Booking. Aucune solution concrète ni aide proposée, ce qui montre un sérieux manque de professionnalisme. Pour couronner le tout, une fois dans la chambre, la climatisation s’est mise à fuir. On nous a donc déplacés dans une autre chambre, mais celle-ci avait une forte mauvaise odeur, rendant le séjour encore plus désagréable. Au final, expérience très décevante. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

• Michael (4/5): - The location Was not given the room I booked and looked nothing like the pictures. I usually don't write reviews but make an exception on this occasion. The pillows were not pillows rather some random square foam, the sheets were not clean, the bathroom door didn't close, there were gaps in the room door so people can see in. The room was dirty and run down, felt musky and the sheets made me itch. Apart from the location, nothing to like. Much much better options available for less money. The next day found a spotlessly clean, friendly hotel for a lower price.

Petit-déjeuner beaucoup trop léger (même si on s’en doutait au vu des commentaires, mais il faut vraiment qu’ils améliorent ça) Fourmis dans la chambre. Les chambres ne ressemblent pas aux photos. Mauvaises insonorisations, on avait un voisin complètement irrespectueux qui hurlait au téléphone dans sa chambre puis dans les couloirs. Matelas dur.
• Dylan (5/5): Ok - The location was great and the staff were friendly. You can rent a scooter here for a good price too. Our room was smothered with ants, the staff sprayed the room a few times but didnt offer us a new room to stay in. I didnt see the ants at first and later found they were all over my bag and in my packing cubes. The room had a damp feeling and the bedding had a slight smell. Breakfast wasn’t great either.

Le petit-déjeuner très sommaire, et la serveuse plutôt peu coopérative. L'accueil et la salle de restauration mériterait une meilleure organisation et un peu de chaleur dans la déco !!

Pour le petit dejeuner il y avait juste une petite cuillère de confiture. Il a fallu en redemander une autre les 3 aitres matins.. Personnel pas désagréable mais rien à voir avec d autres homestay qu on a fait.

Nous avions une fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain qui ne datait pas d’hier! Le faux plafond chargé d’eau menaçait de tomber. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans sa version minimaliste.

• Ibra (5/5): Could be nice but they don’t maintain there property or scooters at all in good working order - They were quick to address major issues. The tv didn’t work and needed to be replaced twice. The wifi didn’t work so I had to change room. The scooter I hired from the hotel broke down twice and I was stranded twice resulting in I didn’t get to see and do all I wanted during my trip to Kampot.

• John (6/5): It did the job, what it needed to do. - Comfortable bed, the kettle in the room, breakfast 2 shops down from this hotel, the cleaner, big room, good shower & toilet. The courtesy of the young man whose English was quite good and the young lass that tried very hard. Power off nearly all day one day. WiFi is just fair, depending on which room your in. The restaurant advertised as open, is not.

• Mia (2/5): Bad - Walkable location to the bridge and beach front and that is about all that is good for this property. The room was very unclean, it did not get cleaned during our whole stay. The room had no wifi during our entire stay even after letting the staff know and there were ants in the room and bathroom. Also had mould on the walls in the bathroom the whole facility is very old and not maintained.

Ther was not even a mirror in my so called deluxe room - no comp coffee or tea or toilettes Very disappointing- charged me 2 days rental on my scooter! Was no staff available to turn my keys in after first day+ I filled up the empty tank!! - stayed in nicer hostels for 1/4 the price!!

• Chhengan (7/5): Just okay - Good location They put in on the 3rd floor and I carried 2 heavy backpacks by myself, imagining how hard it was. Moreover, I was traveling alone and I booked a double room with a king bedroom but they gave me Twin bedrooms which I really didn't like.

It was very difficult, they didn't even bother to use the translator. There was a weird water sound in my toilet or shower during the night that didn't stop. There were also soooo many stairs and no elevator but it's because my room was on the top floor.

Booking was made and paid for accommodation and breakfast for 3 nights. Breakfast wasn’t served. The room needs repair and thorough cleanup. Bed sheets had stains. Changed to cleaner ones after request. (This wasn’t a pleasant experience.)The information and photos about this guest house were available on the internet were old and pre covid.
