• Dionne (1/5): Not suitable for children or solo female travellers. - The price Located in a very dark street and difficult to find. We couldn’t find it the first evening. Very noisy as not too far from very busy part of Kuta. We arrived and chose not to stay. It didn’t appear safe enough to leave our bags there either. Great if you’re a guy back packing or a group of surfers wanting a cheap room but not as a stop over. However, the price reflects it! We just didn’t think it would be Located in the area it was.
• Grace (5/5): Served its purpose as a quick drop in before flying out to store luggage, shower and near all the shops. 1000% would not - Location was perfect!! Next to all the cheap shops and food and laundry and beach! Very poor standard, no hot water for shower. I got what I paid for and was used for a few hours before flying out. Difficult for driver to locate!
• Bella (4/5): Disappointing - Staff really kind and helpful! Not super tidy and location was hard to reach for taxi cabs.
• Issabelle (3/5): Terrible - Bedding was clean Room smelt wet and was full of mould. Uncomfortable to even use the bathroom without holding my breath due to the terrible smell. Shower was cold, had to purchase my own toilet paper and had to ask for wifi password to be put into each individual device. Ended up buying my own air freshener for room. Staff were loud at night, talking and partying outside of room up until 4am in multiple nights. Overall, better value for money at other places in the area

• Luke (4/5): cheap price but not worth the discomfort - we arrived at 1am and reception staff woke up to let us into the room. good location on poppies lane. we had a fan in the room, it was extremely squeaky. we booked a double bed and arrived to two single beds, both with only woollen blankets on them no sheet. the bathroom is very basic and smelt like sewerage. shower was cold water only which was fine as the room had no aircon so we welcomed a cold shower.
