• Drew (3/5): I will not be staying there again. - The front desk staff were quite helpful and nice. The breakfast was great. The location was great. Two main things resulted in this bad review: 1) the cleaning staff were belligerent and intrusive. An old man on the cleaning staff burst into my room TWICE despite the "Please do not disturb" sign on the door. No good explanation was given for the intrusion but he yelled at me about being in the room too much (I was sick with a cold and in bed at the time!). Furthermore, after that, the cleaning staff never cleaned the room again. This is inexcusable and extraordinarily unprofessional behavior for a hotel, in my opinion. 2) I checked out early, and the front desk receptionist waived the last night's cost. However, upon returning home, the hotel manager hounded me multiple times to pay the final night. Again, this is entirely unprofessional and showcases the lack of communications and systems in place there. I would recommend avoiding this property and business in Vienna.

Yet, the hotel is a bit worn out and for instance the elevator was sometimes not working for reasons beyond our knowledge, at certain times there was no one at the reception and the sound proofness was not perfect. Yet, no major complaints, though there was certainly room for improvement. Bottom line: If you want a price/performance hotel at a decent location, this hotel is good for you.

The bathroom is very small and the bathtub was super high which makes it hard to get in the shower specially for seniors. I was scared of a slip and a fall because it was very slippery.

• bennettjennifer (8/5): Perfect Choice - My daughter and I had a room on the 5th floor which was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The beds were of a good size too. The tea and coffee amenities were replenished daily, plus a generous amount of water was also supplied. The Hotel location for us was perfect and within easy reach of the venues we had booked and planned to visit. The staff from Reception to domestics were so very pleasant and helpful, with a special mention to Oliver. On the whole this was value for money with a very welcome atmosphere each time we entered the Hotel.

L'hotel si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro a cui si arriva se dall'areoporto si prende il treno per il centro (CAT) che consiglio vivamente, molto comodo e velocissimo. Stanza di dimensioni modeste ma ok. Letto abbastanza comodo. Nonostante in pieno bermuda quarter, silenzioso anche di notte. Suggerisco alla strruttura di cambiare i cuscini del letto, troppo troppo piccoli. E di istruire gli ospiti su come regolare la temperatura della stanza, abbiamo sofferto un caldo senza precedenti.

Although cleaning was done daily, room was not clean (apple under fridge from probably previous guests, dust on LED of headboard). I also did not like the fact that we booked two rooms - one room for 1 person and 1 room for 2 adults with child. The smallest room was given to the one with 3 people so we were squashed + the cot. The room was not also made to be safe for toddler - sockets exposed. Lighting was very poor and furniture damaged. Given we were given the smallest room for 3 people the room was foggy and it was very hot inside. Not worth the money we paid.

Room was nice - very clean and the heating was superb with the cold weather outside. Breakfast was nice - again, staff were attentive and polite. The hotel is well located for the underground and the majority of the sights by foot. Would recommend this hotel as it's hard to find fault.
