Neil (8/5): Overall good residence, lacking attention to detai - The residence was good, our room was on the corner so we had a view of the lake which was amazing. The room only had a sofa bed though for both of us but the website does warn about this. The only real disappointment was the website offers a swimming pool with bar and restaurant facilities but it doesn’t open until July which the website does not warn about. Also the gardens would of been much nicer if tended to which they seem to be lacking attention but we put this down to the possibility that the peak season is maybe around July. The staff were very helpful though and spoke good English which really helped.
Verified traveler (8/5): - Freundliches Personal. Einrichtung eher spartanisch. Alles da, aber minimal. Zum Glück hatte ich meinen eigenen Haartrockner mit. Hatte Zimmer mit Seeblick, super Panorama. In Devio 2 Supermärkte, alles andere im nahe gelegenen Colico. Die Umgebung hält alles für Ausflüge bereit.
Madelaine (10/5): - Lugnt och fint hotell med mycket hjälpsam personal. Perfekt läge för att göra utflykter till Valtellina och besök på vingården Nino Negri trots att vi inte hade någon bil.
Christophe (8/5): Superbe vue mais confort spartiate - Nous avons pu visiter le lac de Côme à partir de l'appartement. La terrasse donne sur la partie nord du lac. Le site annonce deux chambres mais en fait, il y a une seule chambre en mezzanine, non séparée. L'équipement de la cuisine est très rudimentaire (une seule casserole et une poêle, pas de micro-ondes, permet juste de réchauffer un plat à la casserole ou de cuire des pâtes). Le rideau de la douche est restée dans les mains de mon fils. Le ménage, malgré l'annonce n'a pas été fait du séjour et nous avons eu chaud la nuit car la clim n'était pas assez forte.
franck (8/5): beau sejour - hotels residence sympa calme le soir mais mal isolé et surtout des klaxons aux abords de l'hotel, les horaires de piscine qui ferment à 19h en pleine été c'est dommage
Laura (8/5): Sehr saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage - Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sauber. Leider gab es kein richtiges Bett, nur ein Schlafsofa. Die Anlage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Es gibt auch sehr viele Parkplätze. Die Dame an der Rezeption war immer sehr freundlich und gab uns Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung.

Verified traveler (10/5): We would return..... - Lovely apartment in the quaint village of Dervio. A perfect place to have as a home base and take day trips from. The receptionists spoke good English and were incredibly helpful. Very comfortable, large apt with an upstairs loft. Great secure parking area. However, it needed a good maintenance crew to help keep this relatively new gem from going into a state of disrepair....use bleach to get rid of the mold in the showers, clean screen on bathroom duct, and replace light bulbs and venting over stove. Even with these minor problems, we would return (with Clorox!).

Jules (10/5): Relaxing stay overlooking Lake Como - Excellent room with a view. Very quiet with very helpful staff and very accessible wifi. a few extra touches like a couple of wine glasses in the kitchen would have been nice but overall an excellent in that corner room
