Marika (3/5): Non ci tornerei - La posizione dell'appartamento è comoda, trovandosi vicina all'inizio del centro di Desenzano, la facilità di parcheggio grazie alla presenza di 2 o 3 aree di sosta nelle immediate vicinanze. E l’arredamento nuovo e moderno Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 2 notti in due coppie e, purtroppo, l'esperienza è stata decisamente negativa a causa di una gestione approssimativa e di una scarsa attenzione all'ospite. 1. Essendo in 4 persone, trovare solo 2 cialde di caffè per tutto il soggiorno è stato un biglietto da visita piuttosto deludente. 2. Pulizia e manutenzione carenti: In una delle camere da letto abbiamo trovato una ragnatela con ben due ragni. Inoltre, uno dei lenzuoli era visibilmente tagliato (per fortuna ne abbiamo trovato uno di scorta nell'armadio). Inoltre Gli asciugamani e lenzuola non avevano proprio un buon odore di ‘pulito’ ecco… Problemi con il freezer: Il congelatore era completamente bloccato dal ghiaccio. La prima volta che lo abbiamo aperto sono letteralmente cadute tre lastre di ghiaccio. 3. Regole e penali assurde: Prima del check-in ci è stata inviata una lista di regole rigide con tanto di penali pecuniarie in caso di inadempienza (ad esempio, l'OBBLIGO di lasciare pulita la cucina e di smaltire la spazzatura pena il pagamento di una multa). Una politica del genere, mai incontrata in nessun'altra struttura, non fa certo sentire l'ospite il benvenuto. Le uniche note positive: Nel complesso, non lo consigliamo. Il prezzo pagato dovrebbe includere servizi e pulizia adeguati, non una lista di minacce di penali a fronte di servizi carenti.

Johan (7/5): Dejlig ophold med alt indenfor gå afstand. - God beliggenhed med fin udsigt fra lejligheden på 1.sal. Ren pool med god plads. Gå afstand til Gardasøen og til indkøb. Affalds sortering i kælderen var svær at finde.. der stod affald fra andre gæster som hellere ikke kunne finde det.
Ines (7/5): - Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, die Lage ist relativ zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, Pool sauber. Das Personal war freundlich. Leider hatten wir auf unserem Balkon keine Sonne, aber dafür ist der Lago nicht weit entfernt. Auch am Strand war mit Hund absolut kein Problem. Das Zentrum von Desenzano ist nicht weit entfernt und fußläufig bequem erreichbar. Insgesamt können wir die Anlage empfehlen.

Janusz (9/5): Bardzo dobre i wygodne miejsce na pobyt nad jeziorem Garda. - Wspaniałe miejsce na pobyt cztero-osobowej rodziny. Apartament czysty i bardzo zadbany. Zaskoczeniem była rozkładana sofa, która zawierała dodatkowy, wygodny materac. Trudno doszukać się większych wad, raczej małe niedogodności np. brak ręczników kuchennych i żelazka.
Wojna (10/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, nawet jak podróżowaliśmy środkami komunikacji. Basen super. Apartament czysty i zadbany. Wszystko działało bez zarzutu. Na pewno tam wrócimy.

Chętnie przyjadę tutaj kolejny raz lub polecę znajomym :) dodatkowo bardzo dobry kontakt z personele - Apartament jak najbardziej wszystko w porządku, ładnie, czysto, przestronnie. Lokalizacja blisko jeziora, kamienistej plaży oraz promenady. Do dworca kolejowego 30 minut na pieszo, więc też można dotrzeć bez dodatkowego transportu. Zewnętrzne baseny dostępne od godziny do 10 do 19, wiec brak możliwości wieczornych kąpieli, pomimo pięknego oświetlenia basenów :(

Laura (8/5): Pleasant stay in a nice and well-located apartment - The location is really good, the apartment is as it looks in the pictures, comfortable, spacious and pleasant. The pool area is very nice. The apartment could have more household items that are necessary for a usual stay (cork, iron, hairdryer as well as enough trash bags, toilette paper and soap) and pantry staples (salt, pepper, oil, coffee)
Juliane (6/5): Gute Lage, das Objekt könnte ein fresh up vertragen - Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation über booking lief sehr gut. Vor Ort haben wir kein Personal angetroffen. Die Küche könnte eine bessere Ausstattung haben. Als Familie war es sehr spartanisch. Ein Zusatzbett war bestellt, da wir eine 4köpfige Familie sind. Beziehen musste man es selbst. Der Pool war schön, jedoch wurde einem die Freude ein wenig genommen. Es gab eine Bademeisterin, die alle Regeln sehr streng nahm. Viel entspannter war es als sie 3 Tage nicht da war. Man konnte dann sogar Ball spielen, ohne das man jemanden gestört hat. Im Flur lag leider Hundekot, der den ganzen Tag nicht beseitigt wurde. Wir hätten uns eine Rezeption gewünscht.

Chiara (9/5): Un bell’appartamento sul lago di Garda - Appartamento completamente ristrutturato con molto spazio per riporre vestiti e oggetti. Piccolo giardino esterno. Piscina anche ristrutturata con a disposizione gratuitamente dei lettini. Pulizia buona. Vicinanza al centro. Letto scomodo e scricchiolante. Lettino per i bebè per 5 euro a notte non aveva nemmeno il materasso. Prezzo non indifferente considerato che é un appartamento e che check-in ecc avvengono online/senza staff.

Raytegoed (8/5): Luxe verblijf dichtbij het meer en stadscentrum. - Mooi gerenoveerd en modern appartement met goede moderne voorzieningen zoals: moderne keuken met vaatwasser en oven, airconditioning en wasmachine. Moderne badkamer met goede douch. Gelegen in een rustige villawijk niet ver van het Gardameer en stadscentrum. Mooi zwembad met voldoende groen eromheen. Bedden zijn aan de harde kant. Geen receptie, maar contact via app/ telefoon. Contact was wel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.

Z ludzkiego punktu widzenia, jestem ok z całkowicie bezkontaktowym załatwianiem spraw związanych z przekazaniem kluczy i wymeldowaniem (WhatsApp, maile) natomiast cenię, gdy ktoś się przedstawia i podpisuje. Tutaj komunikacja jak z botem (…here is Kristall Lago Residence…).
Therese (9/5): Fräsch och fin lägenhet med bra läge - Rent och fräscht i lägenheten, läget är bra, 8–10 minuters promenad till restauranger och affärer. Mycket bra service med värden som svarade snabbt på frågor. Enda minuset är att sängarna är stenhårda och man fick bara ett stort lakan att dela på som täcke i både dubbelsängen och bäddsoffan. Inga filtar/extra kuddar fanns.

Vi havde bestilt to lejligheder med balkon med udsigt til pool. I stedet fik vi to lejligheder i stuen med spartansk udsigt til pool. I disse stuelejligheder hører man alt, hvad de laver på 1. Miroslav (10/5): - Klidná lokalita, pokoj po rekonstrukci, čistý a plně vybavený (myčka, pračka, základní kuchyňské vybavení), rozkládací gauč i postel pohodlné, uprostřed areálu bazén pro dospělé (hloubka 140 cm) a pro děti (60 cm), blízkost pláže, asi 1 km do centra.

Trude Tysseland (7/5): Nydelig og stille område. Enkel tilkomst, godt med parkering(gratis). Enkelt å sjekke inn, og finne leiligheten. Hjelps - Rolig området. Fint og rolig bassengområde. Rent. Enkel innsjekk og enkelt å finne frem. Hjelpsomt personale som kom med ekstra sengetøy på døra. Vår leilighet låg usjenert til med høg beplantning foran terrassen. Noe bråkete aircondition, både inne i leiligheten og ute på terrassen. Toalettfasiliteter ved bassenget kan forbedres.
Bernt Willy (7/5): Flott sted for familier og voksne som vil ha et rolig avslappende opphold. - Rolig og stille. Fint bassengområde. Kort vei til sentrum og Gardasjøen. Kunne vært bedre senger. Og manglet noe kjøkkenutstyr. Vinglass bør være tilgjengelig i Italia.
Lotten (8/5): Sköna dagar med sol, bad och samtidigt lätt att ta Desenzano till sitt hjärta - Fina och bekväma lägenheter. Vi hade två lägenheter som låg direkt bredvid varandra så vi hade lätt att umgås. Balkonger i sydost så vi hade underbara frukostar där. Poolområdet över förväntan! Och ca 400 meter till stranden vid Garda-sjön. Lite hårda madrasser men annars toppen!

Anna (8/5): Lovely stay in Desenzano - Lovely pool with plenty of space. Nice short walk to the lake and city center. Easy access to the keys. Nice area, felt safe. The sofa bed was not that comfortable.
Ilona (7/5): Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Schöne Pools, gute Lage, saubere und moderne Zimmer, ausreichend Parkplätze, nettes Personal. Das Zimmer mit Poolblick im Erdgeschoss war super, konnten von der Terrasse direkt zum Pool laufen. Ausstattung könnte besser sein - kein Föhn, kein Geschirrhandtuch, kein Wasserkocher. Zimmer sehr hellhörig.

Miriana (10/5): Ottima esperienza! - Siamo stati 2 notti in uno degli appartamenti vista giardino. Stupendo: ampio soggiorno con cucina e divano letto. Camera da letto molto grande e bagno. In entrambe le stanze ci sono portafinestre che danno accesso al giardino (soluzione ottima per i bambini). Tutto nuovo e pulito. Inoltre ottima la posizione, vicino alla spiaggia Desenzanino. All' interno del residence c'è anche un parco giochi. Mia figlia si è divertita molto durante questa mini vacanza. Torneremo sicuramente quest'estate quando sarà accessibile anche la piscina. Non c'è il bidet e il phon. Potrebbero essere aggiunti alcuni utensili da cucina.

Doris (10/5): Schönes ruhiges Appartement - Sehr schönes neues Appartement mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Nespresso Maschine und Backofen auch vorhanden. Schöner großer Balkon mit Blick auf Pool und etwas Gardasee. Sehr ruhige Lage! Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Zur Altstadt ca 10-15 Minuten
Bas Houtkamp (6/5): Slechte faciliteiten. Keurig appartement en vriendelijke staff - Appartement was erg schoon en netjes. Receptie was vriendelijk Het gebouw en zwembad zijn erg gedateerd. Dit is niet te bemerken op de foto's. Vervallen staat. Vuilnis op straat wat wel was opgemerkt maar niet werd weg gehaald. Personeel probeert nog iets van te maken. We zijn gebleven omdat er geen refund mogelijkheid was. 1000 euro voor 4 nachten en dan nog 5 euro ter plekke voor een parasol durven vragen.
