• CHRISTOPHER (8/5): Alegria Hotel Side.. - All inclusive but stopped serving Alcoholic drinks at 23:00. The food was OK but certainly not wow.. They cater for Russians and Germans mostly so no English channels on the TV.. It's certainly not a 5 Star Hotel.. I would sat more 3 - 4 the most.. Recommend a room with sea view too... The Side museum and Harbor with Greek ruins is well worth a visit.
• Gray (8/5): - Nice hotel and the food was great and plenty of choice and always fresh. Staff were great. Outside of the bar was quite noisy for a couple of nights. Mainly Russian and German. All ill say is that the Germans were nice and polite and quiet. Would definitely stay again, great place.

Room on the 4th floor with sea view was great although I think in the season could be quite noisy as a bar next door that was not open Access to the beach is easy and plenty of shops around Food was good in the hotel great breakfast and lunch evening meal was a bit repetitative but great value. Hood selection of drinks and all the service staff were very helpful and friendly. Not really an English hotel more German and Russian....so people not that friendly. Great spa treated myself to a few sauna haman and massage treatments. Small indoor pool for out of season very handy. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels and kettle with tea coffee in the room. Animation team very good. Only negatives is not really anywhere for a single female to go to in the evening out of season. Also reception guy very rude not welcoming.
• Marzena (10/5): Wspaniały pobyt - Wspaniałe miejsce na pobyt, hotel tylko dla osób dorosłych, piękne lobby, smaczne posiłki, codziennie zmieniana pościel i ręczniki. Obsługa bardzo przyjazna, codziennie oferta jakiejś rozrywki.Bardzo blisko do morza, w pobliżu dużo sklepów. Piękna jest część antyczna miasta, blisko do Alanya i Antalya. Cudowne miejsce, po prostu nie chce się wracać.

Ich denke es liegt an der Kultur und man spezialisiert sich auf die klassische all inklusive Reisende Familie mit Vater Mutter Kind. Hast du keine Frau dabei wirst du ignoriert. Das Einchecken verlief schon sehr desinteressiert. Egal wie spät es ist kann man einen klassischen Ablauf erwarten und nicht alles erfragen. Wir haben das beste aus unserer Zeit gemacht aber werden nicht wieder in dieses Hotel kommen.

Die Zimmer sind sauber, werden täglich gereinigt. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und gut. Die Wellness Angebote sind zum Teil kostenlos und das Freizeitangebot ist vollkommen ausreichend. Das Personal spricht überwiegend deutsch und ist freundlich. Zum Strand sind es 10 min Fußweg, gibt aber auch in der Saison einen Shuttle Service. Insgesamt ist das Hotel zu empfehlen, da das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Spontanurlaub - Dafür das wir 2 Tage vorher gebucht haben und es alles sehr spontan war und günstig sein sollte, war das Hotel in Ordnung. Nichts besonderes aber auch nicht schlecht. Die Bediensteten waren meist nett und hilfsbereit, das Hotel an sich war sauber aber einfach, das Essen war 50/50: einmal war alles lecker und am nächsten Abend war es wieder gleichzusetzen mit fast Food. Der Außenanlagen waren super und die Wellness Angebote auch- allerdings war der spa Bereich etwas überaltert und nicht mehr wirklich „gepflegt“. Gleiches gilt für die Einrichtung der Hotelzimmer und der Badezimmer. Alles in allem war es für das war wir wollten: ein bisschen Sonne zu tanken ausreichend.

• Forrest (6/5): No where to escape cigarette smokers - I would consider this hotel a good place if they were able to provide me any space to inhale fresh air with no cigarette smoke. We were exposed to smoking at the beach, at every patio area and even inside the hotel lobby as personnel smoke in their office or guests smoke standing at the doors, there is no fresh air to inhale at this hotel. Food and service at the hotel were fine, nice variety of baklava at every dining, nice grilled fish, clean tables, smiling staff. Rooms were on the smaller side, beds are pretty tiny but I am not a giant so it was alright. My only complaint is that space for non-smokers is very narrow and there is lack of respect for non-smokers throughout the facilities.
• irfan (2/5): Hotel from hell - The worst hotel I have stayed at. Booked and paid for a larger room but given a room alot smaller than paid for via expedia. Requested early check in as our flight arrived 2.05am but was made to stay in lobby with my children 6 hours despite vacancies. Requested with 2 double beds. Given 2 single beds. Was told I would get Seaview and thats what I paid for instead given room overlooking hotel opposite. Food repetitive, had vomits and food poisoning for 2-3 days. Pain in lower back from sleeping on sofa. I contacted expedia to resolve matter was told I be contacted by guest relations not once was I contacted. There are better hotels in the area, who will provide you with a great service. And you will feel welcomed. This was an absolute nightmare definitely not family oriented. Stay here if you Intend to ruin your holiday and feel miserable everyday. Due to the experience at this hotel despite going to turkey 4 times in years gone I have no intention to return anytime soon.

• Zurab Parjiani (10/5): Nice hotel close both to the beach and antic city - The hotel is nice, solid 4*+. With two pools and the easily accessible beach. Food was fine - everybody could find something to their taste, rooms were comfortable enough. I wish there was some more space in rooms, but you get what you pay, so there is nothing to complain about. In a 5 km. distance lie ruins of ancient Side - I strongly recommend to visit them (3-4 hours should be enough). P.S. We didn't pay much attention to hotel animators and nightlife opportunities in Side, so I will leave them out of my review.
• Techgirl (8/5): Nice hotel with very few British. - Had a good holiday at this hotel although the first night they had no room ready for us and we were taken to another hotel 5 mins away. We were tired and just accepted the change and never got a reason for it. The next day our room was ready first thing. It was a modern room with a sea view and we were given our safety deposit box and beach towels for free as an apology. We were all inclusive and the food was really good and plenty of it. I've never seen so many salads to choose from. We ate out twice just for a change of scenery. A large sandy beach was a 5 minute walk away and we could use the all inclusive food and drink facilities there too. There are 2 pools in different areas of the hotel. One had 2 slides which were on for a few hours each day. These were enjoyed by both kids and adults. The pool was particularly busy when the slides were on.The staff were friendly but most didn't speak English. The hotel and resort are mostly used by Eastern European families and German was the common language used. The evening entertainment we saw was amusing and ok although at times not very professional.
