• Edward (10/5): - Beautifully furnished condo overlooking Hampton Beach in the heart of town. The 3rd floor view from the balcony and living room is spectacular. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances and every kitchen tool you could possibly want. New washer/dryer. Cable TV with all the channels in both the living room and bedroom. Private, safe, on-site parking is a huge plus. The owner was very friendly and helpful in providing instructions for the arrival procedure, which went off without a single hitch. The Sea Spray Condo on Hampton Beach is highly recommended. Perfect place to go if you want to enjoy the beach or just sit back and relax on the balcony.
• Diane (10/5): Great place to stay in Hampton Beach - This was a great place to stay. Right across from the beach and had the benefit of parking in an assigned space on the condo property. Great views and close to eating and shopping establishments. Also a couple of blocks away from the Casino Ballroom. I hope to stay here again on my future trips to Hampton Beach.

Jen the owner was awesome; she responded quickly to all my questions and emailed me saying the condo was ready for check in earl! Definitely will stay there again!

A very spacious, well decorated and well stocked condo with a beautiful view of the Atlantic. The communication with the owner was very pleasant and helpful. Easy check in. Located right in the heart of Hampton Beach, we could walk to many restaurants and bars (if they weren't closed due to the unfortunate Corona pandemic). It's a gem of a place with a gorgeous view of the beach. I would definitely return.
• Rachel (10/5): Great Winter Getaway - The view of the ocean is amazing - you can watch the sun rise unobstructed from the living room. The place is very clean and has everything you could possibly need. Pictures don’t do the place justice - much larger than it seems on here.

Ocean, beach, sky, just perfect!! The condo is beautiful and roomy, with absolutely everything you need (except maybe for a confortable couch...) Would highly recommend for a couple or family of 4.

It was a fantastic idea. after the holiday weekend and before Hampton Beach kicks off its season.not all restaurants open but lots of peace and quiet The condo has a perfect location. On the boardwalk in the middle of all the action and just across the street from the beach.Really important especially with my 79 year old Mother.Clean,beautiful condo with an unbelievable view.
