Não gostei do pequeno almoço, muito limitado, e detestei ter que recolher os tabuleiros com os pratos no final da refeição, não é admissível num hotel que os hóspedes é que tenham de tratar destas coisas.

- Katja (5/5): Wir werden nicht mehr kommen! - Zentrale Lage, Zimmer waren zweckmässig Lift war meistens defekt, wir waren im 4. Stock. Beim Frühstück hatte es viel zu wenig Platz für so viele Gäste, sehr chaotisch. Auswahl war sehr bescheiden. Drinnen hatte es zu wenig Platz, draussen musste man das Essen geben die zahlreichen Tauben verteidigen. Preis eher hoch für diese Zustände, schade!

- Sari (4/5): Ei paras paikka - Ainostaan sijainti oli ok, lyhyt kävelymatka beachille. Ilmainen matkalaukku säilytys. Parveke ei vastannut kuvausta. Parveke kaupunkinäkymällä ei ollut, vaan parveke oli sisäpihalla muiden huoneiden ikkunoiden alla ja yhteinen parveke naapurihuoneiston kanssa. Aamupala oli kuin koulun ruokalassa. Munakokkeli ja liian käristetty pekoni annosteltiin suoraa lautasellesi. Tarjolla ei ollut mannermaista aamupalaa, ei leikkeleitä, kurkkua, tomaattia tai salaattia. Lisäksi huonetta ei saanut ajoissa klo 15, vaan jouduimme odottelemaan sitä tunnin, että saivat siivottua...moni muukin odotti huoneen valmistuvan. Odottelimme aulassa, missä kahvila/baari oli suljettu, joten lähdimme muualle kahville.

Some of the staff were very friendly but it was a short trip for my son’s birthday so - The property was located next to several shopping areas and restaurants. It was in a decent location to the water. I love being able to rent bikes and get coffee. I asked for two beds during booking. I traveled with a male friend and my son. I booked five months before our travel date. When we got to the hotel, the only thing available was a king size bed. They stated the hotel was booked in and they cannot accommodate our request for two beds. They stated they would send a rollaway bed up to our room, but they never did had to sleep in a bed with a friend and my son. They stated the reason was because we checked in so late, but I let them know right after booking we would be arriving late. Also, the air conditioner leaked, and there was water all over the floor. I reported it they came up and fixed it but the next day it did the very same thing. They stated breakfast was included, but my son did not have a ticket. I was told if I had any trouble to go back up and they would give him one when I went back to the desk, the front desk, lady stated I needed to pay for it. That was fine, but my son is 12 and did not eat very much.
- nina (5/5): Preis Leistung passt leider gar nicht! Lage war aber top! Alles andere eher 👎 - Die Lage! Personal war hilfsbereit. Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht sauber, Dusche hat mindestens 10 min gebraucht um lauwarm zu werden. Möbel, Kühlschrank und Badezimmer extrem abgenutzt. Wir brauchen keinen Luxus aber da sollte man echt mal renovieren. Poolöffnungszeiten gehen gar nicht. Um 17.00 konnte man nicht mehr aufs Pooldeck rauf, i wohl es 25 Grad hatte und strahlender Sonnenschein war. Hätten uns gerne den Sonnenuntergang angeschaut, deswegen hatten wir ja auch ein Hotel mit Dachterasse gebucht. Frühstücksschlange war ewig lang. Es gab Eierspeise, Bagels, Toast, Cream Cheese und Marmelade. Hat schon gepasst. Frühstücksterrasse war super. Lage ist Top!

- Derricka (1/5): worst hotel ever !!!!!! - nothing but the location this place is a dump breakfast was horrible hard to access no seats and you cant take food upstairs. the staff is super rude i booked a pent house but my flight got delayed making me come in a night later they sold my room and put me in a extra small stuffy room. bathroom needs extra work sand on the floor and we didnt even go to the beach meaning the room wasnt cleaned at all ! worst hotel dont stay here !!!!

- Inbal (1/5): - It felt like a warehouse, not a hotel room, even though I paid for a deluxe room. The front door was very heavy, it was difficult to get luggage in and out. The view from the window was of the parking lot, and too many mirrors in the room that made it uncomfortable. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the lobby. There was no hot water in the shower, and in my opinion, they put us in this problematic room because we only stayed one night. So be aware, if you are thinking of booking one night at this hotel, you should think again. Breakfast at the entrance to the hotel with all the accompanying smells... I didn't like the atmosphere. Not pleasant at all! The bonus is the location alone.

- Dov (4/5): לא אחזור לשם. - המיקום היה בסדר גמור 1. מערכת אזעקת האש הפריעה לנו לישון , התלוננתי ולקחת שעה וחצי -שעתיים עד שתיקנו. רק אחרי 1 בלילה יכולתי ללכת לישון. אני מתכונן לדרוש חזרה כסף עבור זה. 2. ארוחת בוקר - צריך לעמוד בתור עד שמישהו יחלק לך את האוכל בכפות ובכמות מינימלית. לא נעים.

That’s the only thing we didn’t like some were at the villa and some of us was at the President but we all booked for the villa That half of us was at the villa and the other half was at the President

- Wilson-Kelly (9/5): Great location and staff. - Henry was fabulous and was very helpful. Breakfast was very good and well run. Bar drinks delicious. We were in room 103 and the water in the shower would not get hot, even after several minutes.

- Magdalena (9/5): - Hotel w idealnym miejscu, przy plaży i w centrum rozrywkowej dzielnicy. Czyściutko, smaczne, syte śniadania. Obsługa bardzo miła, dużo miejsca na śniadaniu. Powitalny drink. Wybrałabym ten hotel jeszcze raz. Nie udało nam się skorzystać z basenu na dachu. Nasza karta nie działała w windzie wiozącej na basen.

- Annette (8/5): - Lovely location and staff were very helpful. Room was nice and spacious and clean. Nice pool. If you are staying for more than one day like us, don't expect to have your room cleaned, clean towels or having toilet paper etc. to be refilled.

- Salvatore (4/5): Un soggiorno fatto ma non da rifare sicuramente - Della struttura posso dire che la posizione a Miami Beach è davvero ottima vicinissima al mare è davvero ben servita!! Della struttura non mi è piaciuto la scarsa comunicazione tempestiva della manutenzione piscina mi hanno avvisato solo 10 ore dalla partenza avevo preso l’albergo apposta con la piscina per chi è avendo due minori era un morto ma soluzione al mare!!! Scarsa coerenza e disponibilità sul discorso piscina!!! Poi la colazione davvero misera poca scelta di opzioni un po’ di uova bacon e qualcosa di dolce ma poco dato che ci sono un sacco di turisti di tutto il mondo direi che c’era veramente poca e ripeto poca scelta poi servono loro e vi lascio immaginare la lentezza nel servire!!!!

Outdoor space was spacious and lovely but because seating was cushion based, and heavy rain had previously occurred, seating was sodden and unusable. Would suggest outdoor drugstore box to house cushions for inclement weather. Pool was closed unfortunately.
- Raphael (2/5): Não vale a pena - Localização Quarto pequeno, muito exposto com janelas viradas para rua no piso térreo. Sensação de insegurança enorme. Piscina não estava funcionando, sendo que era um dos motivos por ter escolhido hotel. Me frustrei e fiquei apenas um fia nesta hotel, cancelando a minha reserva e indo para outro hotel.

Being close to everything made our stay easier. We visited Miami Beach, which was nearby and easy to access. The breakfast wasn’t tasty, and the room was uncomfortable. The room was very small, and the bathroom door didn’t close properly.
- fredy (3/5): no lo recomiendo - personal amable no limpian las habitaciones, solo dan en una ocasión un shampoo super pequeño y un jabón pequeñito en toda la estadía, no avisan que la piscina continua deshabilitada, el desayuno no es bufet sirven poco y no hay muchas opciones
