- Holly (7/5): - The location was perfect. Employees were fantastic. They always came out upon an issue. And we’re very quick about it. The only things that we didn’t like was that we only had one parking spot and then the street parking was full of people that wasn’t actually staying. They were just long-term parking. The TV cut off before 6 o’clock every morning and didn’t come on until around 5 PM. And we kept having issues with the plumbing as the toilet when it flush the toilet water backed up in the shower while we were showering

The beds in the bedroom were comfortable. When we had a drain issue in the bathtub, it was fixed promptly. This rental does NOT supply a top sheet for the bed, bath towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish detergent, a kitchen towel, a spatula for cooking... these items tend to come standard when paying as high a price as we did for this unit. On top of that, we weren't told about the above until AFTER we booked and were told it was non-refundable!!! Unit needs upgrades- the property is very old. Mattress on the sofa bed needs replacing. Decor is very old.

No it wasn't the cleanest or most updated but it was comfortable and was exactly what we were looking for. Noone really bothered us. Had all the essentials. Parking was terrible. But doable. No elevator only stairs. Top floor is 5 sets of stairs that go up and it was very difficult at times with 2 smaller children and groceries and all the stuff. But also doable. But for someone who would be handicapped would absolutely not be good for. And hopefully you read this but that blue/teal couch has got to go!!!

Don’t drive a 4 door long bed truck here and expect to be able to park it in their parking lot, dude was kinda rude about it saying we “weren’t allowed oversized vehicles” and “had to park along the street” but doesn’t say anything about that in the description of the apartment complex and also the truck is a full sized truck, not oversized. Also the description said we’d have a ocean view balcony, we had to go out of our room and down the hall to be able to sit on a balcony that was shared by another room, wasn’t a fan of that.

The owners were AMAZING! super accommodating. We had a car plus our motorcycle and they allowed us to tuck our motorcycle back to help with parking. Such good people! No WiFi :( at least from what we saw there isn’t any. The room also holds a lot of sand but you’re at the beach, if you don’t like sand you shouldn’t be there to begin with. But 2 of the beds did have sand still in them so that was uncomfortable but we also brought our own sheets to change them! Problem solved

The place had a designated parking spot for us too. I did not like that there were absolutely no supplies in the place. I understand it states to bring paper products and towels, but it literally meant everything. Rooms could provide first roll of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap for free. The pictures made the bedroom seem bigger, but it was really two beds jammed in a room, I didn’t mind, but it was not what I expected.

- Reva (1/5): Horrible, afraid that managemet would get back at me and they dd. - Was close to boardwalk Daughter stepped on a shard of glass in kitchen and split open underside of toe; floor was so dirty that foot was gray w/specks of dirt which got into cut and now foot is puss-y and swollen. Called office to ask for bandaid; owner yelled at me, said this was my fault saying that we had gone together to become familiar with apt and why didn't I complain of shard of glass then. I said I wasn't planning on suing them-that I just wanted a bandaid. Referred me to his wife who flipped out, said her cleaners were excellent. I couldn't get a word in (just wanted a bandaid and maybe some alcohol or cleaner for foot); finally said I would have to hang up, but then she angrily texted me demanding I call her back! I dd not since she wasn't going to give me a bandaid but instead scream at me some more. When I left 3 days later she called the police on my family saying we peed on her mattress and she wanted me to buy her a new one! Noone in family wets the bed, we r too old. Police finally took phone from her saying that conversation with her was going nowhere and talked to me. He said that the spot on mattress was dry, went through to bottom. He couldn't say that it was urine. We did have Countrytime Lemonaid mix for us to drink and my only guess was that spilled on bed. Police said he would try to figure out what she wanted and he guessed that she wanted a new sheet bought. (Btw, they only provide bottom sheets, no top sheet and only have double beds.) Police officer said he would call me back with more info but he never did. Several hours later I got a notificationn from my credit card that I was charged $500 by wife. Called police and was told it was for a new mattress. I was not contacted about them going to do that. I wonder if they had a mattress that needed to be replaced and moved it to my apartment. I CAN'T HELP BUT THINK THIS WAS DONE TO GET US BACK FROM THE EARLIER CONTACT WITH THEM ABOUT THE GLASS CUT. What a mess!

Then canceled my reservation. More worried about shaking people down for money than their guest experience.

- Sam (10/5): - great value for being right on the boardwalk, everything was exactly as advertised. Check in was super easy, just went into the office, paid rent, went over a few things, and was handed the keys. Check out was even simpler, just moved out, dropped the keys in a dropbox, and texted that we left. I’m not sure you could find a better spot at such an affordable price!

- Kathy Kirschner (10/5): Rainy escape - The location was perfect! Right on the boardwalk. Sit on the couch and can watch TV and the ocean! Stairs. But, it is an older property. I have some physical limitations, however I was able to traverse the stairs fine. Handsome rails are provided on both sides.

- Chris (10/5): Awesome and quaint - Really close to the boardwalk. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Had a shower with a tub. Has a full size fridge, stove, and microwave. Has dining ware, pots and pans, and silverware. The water handle in the shower needs new washers put in it. It made a lot of whining noise while using it.

- Gavette (7/5): - Great location. On the Boardwalk. Price was fair. Friendly host. The beds were very comfortable. Toaster didn't work, small TV. ,no elevator, slept on top of bed, hair on the sheets. Just needs some updating.

- LORI (4/5): Not Clean - location sand in the beds, electrical outlets didn't work, urine stains on sheets on pullout, broken tiles in the bathroom, light out in the refrigerator, no one at the office on site
- Heavenly (9/5): - It was great. Nice place. It was confusing finding the apartment we rented. Hard to explain to family coming in, because the address takes them to the office.
- Rachel (10/5): - Loved the location. Cute one bedroom apartment. Bedroom area quite small, nice living room with kitchen table, and decent kitchen and bathroom, nothing flashy, but it worked perfectly for our family: 2 adults and a toddler and infant. Bedroom was small with no closet space. Dresser was difficult to access since room was so small, but this was just a minor inconvenience for us.

- Anina (2/5): - First I got there and the condo that I had originally they told me party was too big and they had me purchase the kind of blow it with the other bedroom when I book a room two cars available for parking when I got there they told me I did not and I have to go with the third bedroom in order to get the second car would be an additional $30 for the room which was three nights which should’ve added up to $90. When I checked the receipts they charged me an additional $190. They yelled are our group within the first hour of being there. They wanted us to park really tight up against the wall. We had a hard time getting in and out. The condo was filthy, with dead bugs and broken window. Etc. when asked for a rewarded to go else where they refused and said they will not give it back. There is mold in the condo making it unsafe to stay there. We ended up just staying since they refused the refund and just tired to stay out as long as we could. I will never stay here again.

- Cheryl (7/5): - Place was clean. Smelled nice. Dog friendly. Comfy beds. Sofa too low, plastic, not comfortable. 3rd floor too much for seniors. Should have asked for 1st floor.
- ACoop45 (7/5): Quiet, relaxing, invigorating. Everything we were seeking. - The location was fantastic. We liked being next to a pizza place. The owners were very friendly and tolerant of my mishap. (forgot to text him we were 20 min away. It didn't take him long to show up tho. ) The place was quiet and that's something we like to see. Hmmm.......the fact price are through the roof for fried dough. Property wise, it was great 😁

- Christopher (4/5): Board walk terrace - Close to bar and board walk can sit chair outside and watch bikes. Some bugs, no water pressure, hott water always got cold when shower and the parking was not good, the couch bed had stains and could not sleep on. There is NO pool. Which i was told there was but you have go get a drink at holiday in to swim

- Nathaniel (9/5): - Really close to the beach. It was a nice cozy place. Parking wasn't much of an issue, just don't expect to be parked right in front of where you're staying at all times. Honestly the property was better than all the negative comments let on. The floor was a little dirty when we got there. It could've used a quick mopping before we arrived, but other than that we had no issues.
- EILEEN (7/5): It worked for what we needed. - I was able to contact the manager easily The young kid was very nice. The older man that took the payment was brusque. I was only aware I needed the payment and photo ID. He wanted the card I used for down payment. I didn't bring it. It was my husband's.
