• ABDULLAH (1/5): High Ratings, Disappointing Reality - لك الخيار !! - Unfortunately, this experience does not deserve a five-star rating in terms of quality, service, or professionalism. The hotel is simply an average boutique property trying to imitate a historic atmosphere without offering any real uniqueness. Even the balconies and views were disappointing, especially compared to the neighboring Stamba Hotel, which is far superior in both hospitality and quality. Breakfast was below average — limited variety, weak service, and not even the most basic food safety standards were respected. Most food items were left uncovered and exposed, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming this level of luxury. I also genuinely felt a sense of unequal treatment, and for that reason, I would not recommend this hotel to Gulf travelers at all. I say this as someone who has experienced more than 50 hotels and resorts across Georgia, which is why I believe the hotel’s ratings are more emotional than professionally aligned with true international hospitality standards. We were charged an unreasonable amount for laundry — nearly $110 for washing only 6 simple cotton items. Room service was also extremely limited, to the point where two small water bottles and two tea bags were considered the maximum complimentary offering. The worst part of the experience happened during check-in. Our reservation clearly included two rooms with breakfast, yet the receptionist insisted it was only one room for two guests. After further discussion, the rooms were separated into different invoices and deposits, and breakfast was removed from one room by labeling it as an “extra room.” This can only be explained by either a serious lack of professionalism or poor English comprehension. In both cases, it created an unpleasant and unacceptable guest experience for a hotel presenting itself at this level. To be fair, the downstairs bar has a stylish classic atmosphere, and the bellman was genuinely the only truly professional part of the experience. للأسف، هذه التجربة لا تستحق تصنيف خمس نجوم إطلاقًا، لا من ناحية الجودة ولا الخدمة ولا الاحترافية. الفندق عبارة عن بوتيك عادي جدًا يحاول تقليد الطابع التاريخي دون أي تميز حقيقي، وحتى الشرفات والإطلالات كانت مخيبة للآمال، خصوصًا مقارنة بفندق ستامبا المجاور الذي يتفوق عليه بمراحل من ناحية الضيافة والجودة. الإفطار كان أقل من عادي، لا تنوع ولا خدمة ولا حتى تطبيق لأبسط معايير السلامة الغذائية، فجميع الأطعمة تقريبًا مكشوفة ومعرضة للرذاذ البشري بشكل غير مقبول لفندق يدّعي هذا المستوى. كما شعرت بوجود تمييز واضح، ولذلك لا أنصح الخليجيين بالنزول فيه إطلاقًا. وأقول ذلك بعد تجربة أكثر من 50 فندقًا ومنتجعًا في جورجيا، لذا أرى أن تقييمات الفندق الحالية عاطفية أكثر من كونها تقييمات فندقية احترافية حقيقية. تم احتساب مبلغ مبالغ فيه جدًا لغسيل 6 قطع قطنية بسيطة وصل إلى حوالي 110 دولار، كما أن خدمة الغرف كانت محدودة جدًا لدرجة أن توفير عبوتين ماء صغيرتين وكيسين شاي فقط اعتُبر الحد المجاني الأقصى! أما أكثر المواقف سوءًا فكان عند تسجيل الدخول، حيث كان الحجز واضحًا لغرفتين شامل الإفطار، لكن موظفة الاستقبال أصرت أن الحجز لغرفة واحدة فقط، وبعد النقاش تم فصل الفواتير والتأمين وإلغاء الإفطار عن إحدى الغرف باعتبارها “غرفة إضافية”! لا يمكن تفسير ذلك إلا بضعف شديد في الاحترافية أو بعدم الإلمام الجيد باللغة الإنجليزية، وفي كلتا الحالتين كانت تجربة مزعجة وغير لائقة بفندق يصنف نفسه بهذا المستوى. للإنصاف فقط، البار السفلي يحمل طابعًا جميلًا لمحبي الأجواء الكلاسيكية، كما أن حامل الحقائب كان الشخص الوحيد الذي قدم تجربة احترافية فعلية. Rooms Kazbegi من أفضل فنادق جورجيا، أما فرع تبليسي فكان من أكثر التجارب الفندقية إحباطًا بالنسبة لي.

Очень мрачно, ужасная слышимость, слышно все, соседей, двери, был дождь, всю ночь капал на подоконник, было ощущение, что находишься в пыточной, стеклопакет очень тонкий, не защищают от звука снаружи, за две ночи в отеле поспать не удалось совсем. Это место не для тех, кому нужен комфорт.

Our room (506) had something like plumbing or a fan making a noise all night. We tried switching everything off but couldn’t sort it. One glitch with our booking, swiftly sorted but it felt uncomfortable having to push back against a very determined manager.

Rooms is an institution in Tbilisi, and happy to see that the quality seems to have remained high throughout the years. It genuinely feels like a cool, local hang out spot, it's the perfect base to explore Tbilisi from. Some of the facilities need a little extra love. The leather bed frame had some scratches and the room is a bit worn out. The quality is still very high, but you can tell it is a popular hotel.

• Назым (2/5): знайте что ваши вещи в номере не в безопасности. - Расположение и интерьер. рум сервис забрал мою вещь из номера, я обнаружила это спустя время и обратилась на ресепшен. нашли мою вещь (белую юбку) спустя сутки грязную, ею что то подтерли. предположительно пищу, либо моя вещь лежала с постельным бельем и столовыми вещами. никакого извинения я не получила, лишь только упреки что так и было. у меня есть доказательство что по возвращению в тот вечер моя юбка была чистая (мы снимали видео в лифе). отношение персонала меня просто поразило. Рейтинг просто 1.

• Penny (10/5): An excellent place to stay in a very cool city with fabulous staff. - Fabulously clean and lovely rooms. The bar & restaurant were really good. The staff in all parts of the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. In particular, Shota was very helpful, suggesting very good restaurants in the city & helping us to book. A very picky thing: it was quite dark, which although creating a cool atmosphere, it was sometimes difficult to see things!

• Denise (8/5): Beautiful stay in central Tbilisi. - A beautiful, individual and very stylish hotel, in a great location. Very comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast- served on the weekends until 12.00, which is a massive plus. Great cocktails in the bar and the books lining the walls in the entrance are great. A major drawback for me as a light sleeper was being disturbed by doors opening and shutting- at night and in the mornings. Pretty common in lots of hotels, but for some reason the locks seemed particularly loud and I got woken up quite a bit. This was disappointing for an otherwise fabulous hotel.

• Dmytro (8/5): Nice stay at cozy hotel - The hotel overall was good, and I would especially like to highlight the reception team. They were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our experience in the lounge area was disappointing. The lounge staff seemed indifferent and ignored our requests, which made us feel overlooked as guests. Additionally, in the evenings, the lounge is open to visitors from the street. This led to overcrowding and made it difficult for hotel guests to receive proper attention and enjoy the space comfortably.
