Ronna (9/5): Wonderful spa hotel in quiet setting - The staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good, with many choices and the option for made to order eggs each morning. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Lake and a balcony, which we very much appreciated. The spa was fabulous, as my husband and I were able to prebook and have a private spa just for us for 1 hour each day. The spa was cleaned by staff prior to our arrival and again immediately upon our departure. Wonderful experience! The carpet in the room and hallways could use a refreshment.

Leider war im Zimmer kein Bett mit mit einer Matratze sondern nur das Unterteil von einem Boxspringbett. Dieses war natürlich so hart wie ein Brett. Nachdem meine Frau nach 20min Kopfschmerzen bekommen hat und die Rezeption keine Lösung für das Problem hatte, sind wir in der Nacht gegen 23Uhr abgereist. Das Hotel sagte uns, dass sie leider die erste Nacht nicht erstatten können, da Booking.com ihnen das nicht erlaubt, aber die zweite Nacht würden Sie uns erstatten. Nach Rücksprache mit Booking.com war das natürlich gelogen und nach nun 14tagen haben wir keine der beiden Nächte erstattet bekommen. Booking.com sagt sie können nicht helfen, wir müssen uns an das Hotel wenden. Ich habe nun mein Konto bei Booking.com gelöscht und werde dort auch keine Buchungen mehr ausführen, denn aus meiner Sicht geht es nicht, dass Booking.com ein 5Sterne Hotel verkauft und wenn dann kein 5Sterne Hotel geliefert wird, haben sie nichts mehr damit zu tun. Also einfach einen grossen Bogen um dieses Hotel machen und wenn Sie ein Hotel in der Gegend suchen, dann nehmen Sie das "Swiss Diamond Boutique Hotel - La Romantica" in Melide, dort bekommen Sie die 5Sterne auch!

Gregor (7/5): Mehr Schein als Sein - Nettes Hotel. Sauber. Es hat uns gefallen. Wir waren etwas irritiert, dass dieses Hotel 5 Sterne hat. In der Schweiz wären das wohl so zwischen 3 und 4. Es ist klein und eng und bietet nicht wirklich viel. Der "Wellness Bereich" hat den Namen nur ansatzweise verdient - es ist super klein und eng und heiss und hat kaum Platz für mehr als 3-4 Leute... der Pool sieht auf den Bildern "gross" aus, hat aber knapp Platz für die erwähnte Anzahl Leute. Alles okay, aber mehr Schein als sein und weder die Bilder auf Booking noch die Sterne sind so, wie es wirklich ist. Aber: es ist sauber und zentral gelegen.

Alessio (10/5): Cliente appagato, cliente guadagnato: consigliato! - L’hotel è di assoluto livello. Il personale è cortese e disponibile, sempre pronto a coccolare il cliente. Le camere moderne, con vista a 180º sul lago, ed arredate con gusto: Chapeau all’interior designer. Per quanto il paese sia piccolo, la posizione è ottimale e tutto risulta a portata di mano o, meglio, di passeggiata. Concierge serio e puntuale, ma una menzione speciale va ad Andrea e specialmente a Mauro: il titolare dell’albergo. Persona cordiale e sempre pronta a regalare un sorriso al cliente, nonché proprietaria di un simpatico cane, mascotte della struttura per acclamazione popolare. Siamo rimasti 4 notti, estendendo progressivamente la permanenza per contingenze lavorative; il personale ha fatto del suo meglio per assecondare le nostre esigenze, e posso affermare serenamente che torneremo qui, anche qualora il lavoro dovesse condurre alla vicina Lugano. Il Grand Hotel Campione rientra nella mia top 3 personale, andando a fare compagnia all’Art Rotana di Manama ed all’Adams Beach Club di Cipro; scalzando rivali del calibro del Grand Intercontinental di Seoul. Caldamente consigliato. Volendo trovare delle pecche: l’assenza della piscina e della palestra si fanno notare. I locali comuni, dedicati ai pasti, sono molto contenuti. L’opinione sfuma, se avvertiti in chiave intima e sobria. Meglio, ad ogni modo, della sfarzosità pacchiana di altre strutture del segmento.

Evelyn (5/5): Das Hotel verdient keine 5*. - Sehr schöne Lage am See Den Spa kann man nur für 1 Stunde mit Reservation benutzen. Jedoch entspricht der Spa nicht einem 5* Niveau: teils Schimmel, Waschbecken und WC-Deckel mit Riesensprüngen im Material und kein Personal vor Ort für die Gäste. Beim Frühstuck war das Personal auch nicht motiviert: Bestellungen gingen vergessen…. Für den 2. Kaffee musste man sich bemerkbar machen. Wirklich negativ aufgefallen ist uns: beim Welcome drink sind ca 4 Mitarbeiter nach der Reihe direkt am Hauptgang zur Rauchpause raus…. Die Gäste sollen dort auf der Terrasse ihr Getränk geniessen?!? Unmöglich. Man sitzt zwischen Rauchwolken gefühlt….
Irina (10/5): ממליצים בחום - יחס של צוות למופת. קבלו אותנו ממש יפה. הגענו עם רכב גדול. עובדי המלון עזרו לנו עם חניה למרות שלא היו חייבים. ארוחת בוקר הייתה כלולה במחיר. ארוחה טובה ומפנקת. ממש נהננו. היה חסר לנו נוף לאגם.

Andriy (6/5): - Приятный персонал, паркинг справа возле отеля на общественной парковке не дорого, с 21 до 8 бесплатно, европейские розетки, так как это Италия 5 звезд и рядом нет :) максимум 4 звездочный бутик! отель. Повторяю - бутик отель, маленький. Завтрак на 4 звезды максимум, яичницу, фреш и тд нужно просить у персонала. Номер был маленькой. Дул современный, большой, но с него по полу течет вода, нет уклона. Второй раз точно не выберу.

Frédéric (6/5): Hôtel italien en Suisse - Le personnel charmant, le restaurant de très bonne qualité . La vue sur le lac. Spa : pas d accueil , sauna et hammam froid. Dans la chambre problème avec la porte d entrée qui ne se fermait pas et problème avec la porte fenêtre .des ampoules grillées dans la salle de bain. L accès de la baignoire est dangereux pour prendre une douche. Prises de courant sont vétustes . Pour un hôtel ***** trop de petits problèmes qui se cumulent.

Marla (10/5): Exceptional option at the water near Lugano. - Outstanding service and lots of details taken care of well. They even provided toothbrushes and paste which we had forgotten. Shower was a bit challenging but not enough to be a problem. Breakfast was great and our pup was welcomed everywhere.
