- JACKSON (6/5): The stay was good, but I had to pay twice for 2 rooms. Please help me with the refund! - We did not have breakfast there. I need you to send me the link so I can get my refund back from you for the 2 rooms that I booked. The total was $252.48. I had to pay again upon arrival because they had no record of the rooms.
Thanks you Jenelle Jackson I need for you to resend the link for the refund of the charge of the hotel rooms that I paid for through you and when I arrived, it was not reserved. I had to repay again.
Please send me another link so I can upload all the documents that I send to send you for reimbursement.
- William (4/5): I will not repeat my stay here. Just two much on the downfall side - When entering the hotel it smelled so heavy with cleaning supplies. Like trying to hide another bad smell. Heavy smell of pine sol that actually took your breath. Not sure why it was so so strong No elevator

- Lacy (1/5): - Dirty sheets. Poop on wall in bathroom
- Jacki (5/5): - Was hoping for more protein and less carbs Having to always turn right onto the highway when I needed to go left
- KEVIN (7/5): met the needs of the stay - breakfast was fair. Prefer a hot breakfast. Location was good. Cost. Very expensive for what we got. Listed as $76 online. Don't know why it was so high. $100 room was what it was. Staff was great.
- Johnna (8/5): New flooring makes all noises in hall louder…. - Room was nice Breakfast was puny…only hot item hot waffles…no eggs or sausage/bacon…husband couldn’t eat anything but yogurt…we had to go find a breakfast each day for 3 days!
- LaTarsha (5/5): -
- Moore (10/5): A good place to stay. - Everything went well. The lady, Barbara, was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to help us with a problem with another person staying there. It was resolved satisfactory. There was the issue of being short of staff, partly due to the holiday and partly due to the local economy. The management did what was best to ensure everyone was cared for.
- Faircloth (10/5): - Sleep
- Cain (10/5): -

- Michael (6/5): Wish there was an elevator and my room could’ve been cleaner. - Young lady that checked me in was very friendly and informed. It’s located directly off of 85. There’s no elevator. The prior stays old soap was left on the sink countertop. My bathroom wasn’t the cleanest had gray streaks going down the shower walls like it was never cleaned from the prior stay. Asked for a late check out cause my car was being repaired as I was driving to Houston and broke down. Was told by housekeeping I needed to pay extra for a late check out.
- Danny (1/5): - Nothing
- Steven (10/5): - Location and the building smells good...... N/a
- Paula (10/5): - The Staff!! They are amazing!!

- Salinas (10/5): - Muy limpio todo
- Hurley (9/5): -
- WARREN (9/5): -
- Timothy (9/5): -
- Dudley (6/5): Quick and easy - The price was decent and there was plenty restaurants close by. The parking lot had to have been too close to a sewage drain because it smelled really bad outside of the hotel.
- Suzy (10/5): - Breakfast was great!
- Michael (4/5): Most likely will not return. - The bed was comfortable. Staff did their best to make my experience better. Once the bathroom was cleaned, body hair was still in tub. Rooms not cleaned well. Former occupants hair in the tub. Towels were old and stained. Floor was dirty. Pool was closed.
- Vladimir (5/5): -
- L Michael (10/5): - Thin walls mean you're hearing what other guest are doing. Particularly bad after night U. Georgia home football game!
- Rodney (10/5): - Friendly staff, inside hotel was very clean and kept up.
My complaint was the “slamming doors” all up and down the hall when I was trying to sleep. We would about fall asleep then “wham” neighbors would leave come back “wham” again all night till 2 am. They need soft closing doors.
- Darrick (8/5): - Everything There was no breakfast
- Joanne (10/5): - The staff was very nice.
- Teela (10/5): -
- Frank (9/5): -
- Frank (10/5): -
- Bullington (7/5): -
- Gavin (10/5): - The staff and cleanliness were top notch
- Maria (2/5): Olor a cigarro exagerado - La atención del personal La habitación y sábanas olían extremadamente a cigarrillo. La habitación tenía el piso sucio. El cabello y la ropa queda impregnada del olor a cigarrillo.
- Troxler (8/5): - The bed was too soft. It made my back hurt.
- Isaac (10/5): - Muy limpio y ordenado hotel, me gustó!
- Marquis (10/5): - I had a pleasant stay at the Quality Inn. The location was convenient, with plenty of good dining and shopping options within walking distance. The nightly rate was very reasonable, especially for the value provided. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Room service was prompt and courteous, making the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a good choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the area.
- Maffett (1/5): Don’t trust the staff - At 2am, another couple was given my room a key. They tried to enter, but I had barred the door. Night shift
- Dale (8/5): Our stay at this hotel was good. - The breakfast was ok. There was enough there to eat but nothing special. The halls with tile floor are clean but noisy. That's the only complaint my partner and I had. Everything else is good
- Patricia (4/5): - The bathroom had hair on the floor and tub. It appeared someone had dyed their hair and when they showered, some of the dye splattered on the wall. The mattresses were creaky and uncomfortable.
- angela (6/5): -
- Colleen (10/5): - No elevator
- carl (5/5): We slept, bathed, ate breakfast and checked out, - The breakfast was okay, similar to other hotels. The rear main parking area is a mess, one lane access. The asphalt is very broken up, the surface is on the rough side.
- Ron (2/5): - No hot water and very low water pressure
- Wayne (7/5): - Needs attention. Some areas are really rough
- Schena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lee (8/5): Very good -
- Carlos (7/5): Needed a place to shower and sleep. This was a good value for just that. - Clean, as I expected based on other Quality Inns i’ve stayed at Little hard to find driveway/entrance to its location. Not enough parking. Neighbors were VERY loud until 1am. Need was too squishy.
- Trevor (10/5): - Staff
- Jaimi (10/5): Nice - The entire staff were super friendly and accommodating. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel was clean and nice.
- Michael (10/5): Nice place - Friendly staff, clean rooms.
- Candice (7/5): Good -
- Beverly (10/5): - Lovely place, Relaxing and comfy! Staff was Awesome.
- Craig (4/5): - Very run down and has a shelter vibe and prefer to sleep in my car next time
- Ana (5/5): Passable - It was close to interstate It has a funny smell to it, the shower was dirty and there was a dirty towel left on the shower curtain. The towels looked like they could use anther was or just taken out of rotation.
- PAMELA (8/5): - There aren’t a lot of choices in this area. This motel is horribly run down and old. The driveway is hideous so it seems sketchy as you drive up. The room was clean and surprisingly the shampoo was decent. Breakfast was included and was adequate with some toast and bagels, some danishes, cereal, packets of oatmeal/gritz, small yogurt cups, apples, juices and coffee.
- Festus (10/5): Exceptional -
- Justin (7/5): Affordable clean place to stay with a decent breakfast close to the interstate - Price was great staff was friendly Pool was closed room was a little dirty
- Phillips (10/5): Exceptional - The room The pool it’s not heated
- Sharhonda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Abercrombie (8/5): The staff was great, it was clean and very quiet -
- Glenda (8/5): Great location, met our needs for overnight stay. - The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was great, near shopping and restaurants The entrance was difficult to find. The hallways were tile (very clean) so rolling luggage and late arrivals were quiet loud.
- Kirk (8/5): would definitely stay here again - several food options within walking distance. The climate control in my room was not working, I did not let the staff know because the weather was such that I really didn't need it.
- Queen (10/5): - Area had a lot of options for quick dining and right by interstate.staff friendly
- Ryan (3/5): Came to stay for a single night & was so grossed out I’ll never stay at this location again. - The over night staff was nice & welcoming. Grossest room I’ve ever stayed in. Boogers on the wall, spit shot from the bed to the wall never cleaned up, blood on clean towels. Shower head had calcium build up.
- Irwin (10/5): - Really good
- Kirsten (4/5): Disappointing -
- Quintana (7/5): Good -
- Jeremy (8/5): - It was a good experience.
- Barry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joel (4/5): - Front Desk staff are really good But the room smell and the cleaning staff do not clean properly.
- Alexis (10/5): Most comfortable bed I’ve slept in at a hotel. Friendly & helpful staff ❤️ love yall - The lady was very kind & welcoming. (None)
- Scudgins (2/5): Very poor - The staff was very nice. It was absolutely disgusting 😭 there were little black hairs all over the bed - the bathroom was gross - we booked for the pool basically for the kids & got there to be told it was shut down. It was really disappointing & I felt absolutely disgusting afterwards.
- Patricia (2/5): - They advertise a pool the pool was down the ice machine was down the noise control was terrible you could not get any sleep because of the second floor you could hear every sound of somebody walking across the floor there was blood on the pillow cases when we went to use the beds we asked for new cases never got them I even took pictures of it the cleanliness of the place was nasty the room had a musty mildewy smell it is definitely a place I will avoid for the future lesson learned it was not a Quality Inn it was a nasty
- Carrie (1/5): Bad - The hotel didn't charge me. And I found a nother hotel that there pool worked Pool not working. Was the only reason I booked the room...
- Andrea (10/5): - Front desk staff was very friendly.
