Guest Reviews
- Phillip Slone (3/5): - It was cheaper than other hotels in Salem. Bed was to hard. No computers,no games,no pool. Nothing to do. Only selected few TV channels.
- Victoria (8/5): Slept well overall good stay - Close to a restaurant. Close to my work location the next morning Staff seem very confused on check in process. They needed to swipe my card three times and it was paid for before I arrived. Once for incidentals second time I have no idea and third time because booking did not charge correct amount and there was a difference of .30 cents. That thirty cents is gonna make a difference when if I used my points and went to the choice website I could have saved $15
- William (3/5): It was a nice trip away from home, but the extras culd have been better. - The staff was nice and responded to questions quickly. The room had ants in one of the beds. The TV did not work, The associate on duty tried to fix the problem but was unable to. We were offered the opportubity to change rooms, but it was already 9:30 at night. The WiFi was not working very well. It kept disconneting. The breakfast was basically a bagel and coffee. There was no juice at 9 am. Working Wifi and a working TV would have been great. A better breakfast would have saved me money on the way home.
- Allan (8/5): Reliable as expected - Good price and as expected Nothing really
- Jenifer (5/5): -
- Thomas (7/5): OK😞 - Location Not well kept up.
Breakfast was a disappointment.
- Kevin (6/5): - Basic No curtain on windows
- Albert (2/5): My stay convinced me to never stay there again - There wasn’t one! Nothing was clean!
- Ronnie (1/5): -
- Randa (4/5): - Lobby was very clean Rooms need to be updated. Outlets didn't work, loose tiles on floor, carpet fraying. No guests but still put on second floor room.
- Cheryl (4/5): - Roms were clean. Beds comfortable Site said pool and there was none. Some staff was rude. Breakfast ok but small area
- Stacey (1/5): I don’t recommend this place at all. Our sink was plugged, tv didn’t work, outlets in lamp didn’t work, and the staff w - Maybe the location but even then wasn’t the best The staff were rude, the site lied about a pool, the room was horrible and for the price of the room it was not worth it
- Phillip (1/5): - Didnt Got told one thing showed up guy got mad at me called other dude and kept telling me I had to call booking.com and get them to cancel the reservation
- Breanne (6/5): Avoid this one unless you are not picky. - It was easy to get to from the highway. There was enough space in the room. The heater worked well. The staff was relatively friendly. The bathroom was clean but small. The room was dirty with pealing paint. Comforter and duvet were stained and looked like they had not been washed in some time. The fold out bed was very thin and uncomfortable. The lighting was dim and yellow throughout the hotel. When asking for additional towels, it seemed to be an issue to get more than two. During our stay, the emergency services had to show up to get guests out of the elevator. We were seated in the breakfast area when police and fire showed up. The juice offered in the complimentary breakfast was expired. Brown orange juice and clear apple juice.
- Maureen (1/5): Terrible hotel ! Dirty - Nothing , a very dirty room !!! We were on the first floor ! The curtains on the window were sheer curtains! Could see right through them! Pills were on the floor from the people prior to us ! Couldn’t understand the English from the from desk man ! We will sleep in our truck before ever staying at your establishment !!! See above
- Johnny (7/5): - The property is easy to find and the room was clean and comfortable. When I walked in to check in the staff was sitting in a chair leaning down so I did not see him until I leaned over the counter. Then in the morning the staff was laying his head on the counter and was surprised to see me at the counter. When I got cereal there was no milk in the dispenser. So I asked if he could refill the milk dispenser which he did so. Otherwise the staff were very friendly.
- Brian (1/5): - No hot water tv didn't work and spa tub didn't work
- sheng (1/5): 不负责任的门店经理,无法联系上! - 1.遗失了物品,尝试联系门店经理,但是联系不上经理,打了4,5次电话都联系不上;
2.发票一直没有给我开;
- Joyce (5/5): -
- Darrin (8/5): -
- Reina (8/5): -
- Barbara (5/5): Ok for a short stay. - The location was good. It was quiet. The room was clean. The carpet in the hall needs replacement. The air was stale. The air in the room was extremely musty smelling. The elevator had bad carpet and smelled bad.The breakfast was sparse and there was no protein.
- Billie (6/5): The bed was very comfortable. The room served its purpose - Wasn't much of a breakfast. The light above the sink only had 1 bulb. The toilet was loose. The curtains were hanging off the rod
- Chris (6/5): - Convient location
Shower had good pressure There was orange bugs that look like lady bugs. I killed them
- Leonard (4/5): Would not stay again and would not recommed this hotel - very limited breakfast Pool out of order and looks like it has been that way for years. Also unable to get a receipt for my stay. told it would be e-mail but that did not happen..
- Guest (5/5): We waited too long to book a nice place that was closer to Centralia so this was the best option lef - The facilities are a but rundown. The curtains in our room were cracked/damaged and the facility in general needed some TLC.
- Mike (10/5): No drama - Location Elevator not in middle of hotel
- Timoneisha (10/5): -
- Amacher (10/5): -
- Rebecca (9/5): As expected.return customer - Convenient this is the 3rd time I stayed here. Nothing
- Joshua (2/5): Not what it seems - None The place is dirty, from the carpet stains in the hallways, to loose tile in the bathroom around the toilet, and those lady bug Beetles in the bed room walls, counted about 20 we killed. Sheets definitely need to be up grade. The breakfast hardy had anything warm.
- Beth (2/5): Probably would not stay again - Close to the expressway Curtains ripped, stained. Bed linens horribly stained
- Justin (7/5): -
- Ronald (6/5): - Right next to I-57.... Super Easy to find. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and super sweet even after dealing with the super impatient / irritable customer in front of me. The blackout curtain in my room was jacked up but I was to tired to fiddle with it so I just put a paperclip on it to hold it together but that's my only complaint. Bathroom was very clean. Ample car parking but I didn't notice anywhere to park big trucks with trailers or semi's but I also didn't look that hard. There were semis parked across the street in another lot but I think that was attached to the other hotel. I found a larger spot near the dumpster that was wide enough for my F-550. There is a convenience store and a Applebee's across the street within easy walking distance.
- David (3/5): Was location convenient but woul not stay again - Close to where I was visiting(family). The door lock was broken, the bathroom still had dirty bath towels and floor mat inside.
Hotel was supposed to have breakfast. They did not!
- Lisa (2/5): No comment - I know as a fact I dropped money at check in and when I went and asked attendant he laughed at me!!!!
- Peggy (2/5): All my family members had problems with our rooms. Dirty & broken. - Did not eat there My shower curtain was dirty, & the vent fan sounded like it would fall from the ceiling. My hairdryer didn't work, & they didn't have a replacement. I had to go to another room to dry my hair! I finally gave up and didn't dry my hair! I was there for a funeral. My other family had even more problems with their rooms. The motel needs a major overhaul, and updating. I will not stay there again. The only good thing was that it was close to the funeral home.
- Mark (10/5): - Parking was fine, breakfast was good.
- Michael (9/5): -
- Blane (3/5): Very poor - Location Room cleanliness
Room repairs
Breakfast
- Irena (10/5): Comfortable - We were at the hotel only one night
Everything was good N/A
- Ivan (4/5): - I found a live snail in room.
- Lois marie (6/5): - Food crumbs on floor in room and it smelled like a smoke bad
- Darlene (2/5): Needs work - Not once did we had anyone come through for housekeeping. The bed and pillows were extremely worn and dated. Carpets were dirty and the breakfast was mainly a waffle station.
- Douglas (6/5): - The room smelled like stale cigarettes. The mattress was dirty. There were ants in the room. The bathroom floor didn’t have grout in the tiles. The tv remote didn’t work the tv. The carpet threw out the hotel was coming up all over and very dirty. Not my best experience.
- orlando (6/5): - This hotel has the dirtiest carpet that I have seen in my life.
- Penny (8/5): - Breakfast is minimal. Room was quiet, furniture and bed were in good repair
- Leanne (10/5): - Road tripped from Texas stayed at 5 different hotels this one was by far the best! Would definitely stay again!
- Connie (1/5): - Nothing really hate to say that place was dirty. Pool and all facilities were closed which advertised was open breakfast was tiny nothing to choose from. Won’t stay again
- Wrightson (9/5): -
- Cheryl (5/5): Interesting stay - Location Furniture was old, used and outdated. The room could use a deep cleaning too.
- sandi (8/5): Good clean hotel for a one night stay - It was a great hotel gor the price. The bathtub was slippery and scared me a bit getting out as i am elderly. Thank God for the grab bars. The bed was too tall a and hard for me to get into, but comfortable once there.
- Smith (7/5): No pool was a disappointment - The beds were comfortable. The rooms were nice. Booked the reservation because of the hotel was supposed to have a pool. Got to the hotel and the pool is closed. That was very disappointing.
- Keith (6/5): - No one at the front desk to check out. Complementary Breakfast no good, had to adk to get coffee made.
- Flor (9/5): Superb - Location Room smelled
- Viola (5/5): Passable - All good!!! Blow dryer did not work
Housekeeping never came during our 3 day stay
- Sandra (4/5): - room was fairly clean. Hair dryer broken. Carpet wrinkled
didn't have another suit to moves us too. No replacement for hair drier. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean.
- Obaid (4/5): Disappointing -
- Kimberly (10/5): Exceptional - They have a pool but it's not open
- Tamara (3/5): Poor -
- Melissa (3/5): Not great - Bathroom floor tiles were not on properly it was hot when got in our room blind cover was broken had a ray of sunlight coming couldn’t cover it
- Harley (6/5): - It’s good just outdated and hot through out the hotel and it needs more lighting
- Christie (4/5): - The halls and elevators were disgustingly dirty. The rooms were somewhat clean but there were spiders and bugs in the room! Staff argued withme about everything I asked for.
- Sonya (1/5): Bad -
- Peter (6/5): - Bed was so-so; place was clean; breakfast was minimal.
- Corless (10/5): Exceptional -
- Redhi (9/5): Superb - The room was very neat and clean. Satisfied our requirement of one night stay after a long drive . Had good sleep here The breakfast gad very little options . Had Edie Ted little more for the price
- francisco (4/5): - Bed bugs in the beds unsafe shower area A law sued waiting to happen high fall risk waiting to happen in the shower. Manager will not fix problem in showers staff member said.
- Monica (8/5): It was a great stay. - The bed linens and towels smelled so clean and fresh, and the bed was very comfortable. I wish there had been more towels and wash rags in the room.
- Bishop (3/5): Poor - It was convenient The breakfast, though free, could have been better. There was a band-aid in the stairwell the whole time we stayed. The pool was out of commission, which my kids were looking forward to using had we known it was out we wouldn't have booked there. The front counter was not staffed when we went to check out which made us late to our event we had to get to. Overall the stay was not bad the cleaning staff were very nice and attentive I'd recommend them all day. But the place was not worth the money we paid for one night.
- Johnny (5/5): Passable -
- JOY (8/5): - Good
- Ladonna (9/5): Superb -
- Emily (6/5): Pleasant -
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Johnny (7/5): Good -
- Cheryl (9/5): It was the perfect blend of convenience and comfort for our trip. - The hotel was in a perfect location for our visit - close to the interstate, across the street from a convenience store, close to food options. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The check-in & check-out experience was easy and quick. There was plenty of parking. We received additional towels and toiletries upon request with no problem. The water pressure was very, very low; however, we had other friends who stayed at a hotel across the street who had the same experience, so it may not be anything within the hotel's control.
- Sally (10/5): - Looked like I had a one room suite! Nice place, highly recommend.
- Laurie (10/5): - Staff was professional
- Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Russell (10/5): - Elevator too far from room, computer system down when we checked in.
- Sherry (4/5): - Room needs updating. It smelled like old wood, stink bugs and spiders in the room. Bottom of Tub was oddly shaped where you couldn’t stand straight.
- Doreen (8/5): - It was nice and staff was very friendly
- Ashley (4/5): Disappointing - No pool. Bathroom ceiling has stuff falling in the tub
- Craig (8/5): - Convenient to freeway
- Sally (8/5): - I liked the location to my travel but hotel has aged and needed a good cleaning. Robin gave us a warm welcome.
- Linda (8/5): - Disappointing breakfast otherwise stay was ok!
- Kavonya (7/5): Good -
- Paul (6/5): - The light doesn't work when you walk into the dark room.
- mauro (8/5): - Only three places to eat in town.
- James (4/5): Mediocre - Hall carpets quite dirty. Reported a crack in main window. Bathroom faucet handle fell off. Coffee was empty when we came for breakfast
- Merrill (8/5): Very good -
- Dylan (10/5): - Convenient location right off the interstate.
- Hailey (4/5): Disappointing -
- John (3/5): Poor -
- Michele (6/5): - Curtains ripped . Ceiling had damage
- Rhonda (4/5): Never again - This hotel was very disappointing. The halls, stairs and elevator carpets needed vacuuming and cleaning. It’s gross to say, but we found a pillowcase in our bed when we pulled back the covers. The breakfast was minimal, basically a few apples, cold cereal, bread, and a little coffee. Nothing was refilled.
I will say the bathroom was clean , although the faucet was broken.
- Xiuzhen (9/5): Superb -
- Rebecca (4/5): Disappointed in the quality of the room. - Central location The room was poorly furnished. The table and chairs were very unstable. The outlet where the table was placed did not work so the lamp on that table also did not work. We had to move the table that another outlet so I could work on my laptop. The WiFi also did not work. The drapes were not hanging correctly and it was difficult to close them for privacy. The lock was hard to open and we had to try several times to get in.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Your and my night mare - No checked in at 9:30 went to the room. They have a heat lamp in the bathroom as a light they have the mirror was the light in the bathroom sink missing two bulbs. The bed was hard as a rock and the place was disgustingly dirty I will be never staying at the quality Inn ever again.
